Cowpium is a brown cow that is loyal and responds to Juan Carlos "Flippy" Hernandez. She is very chill and enjoys grazing on any grass she can, spending most of her time in Flippy's apartment.

- Cowpium has aided Flippy in robbing the city vault.
- Cowpium was once shot by Officer Blaine Miller while mindlessly grazing at Dean World.
- She had her own "barn" inside Flippy's house in Mirror Park, but now chills inside his apartment in Little Seoul.
