Cotton Candy, better known as 'Candy', is quite new to Los Santos. Not much is known about her yet except for the fact that her mother had passed away and she has cannibalistic tendencies. Candy hangs out with the Clowncil and the Diamond Dogs but she has no official affiliation yet.
