Cornelius Cobb is a character role-played by Alex Labat, also known as SNLabat.
Background and Personality
Cornelius Cobb is a mysterious individual who claims to be a special agent trained in the art of "Conception". "Conception", according to "Agent Cobb", is helping the individuals of Los Santos understand the concept that they could currently be unconscious. Therefore, Cobb believes it is his duty to help these individuals "snap out of it" utilizing various methodologies that all seem highly suspect.
