Coolidge is a puppet and follows the racing scene closely. They claim to be from the future and know how people die, telling R3dd3vil they would die painfully in an incident involving a cactus. Although Big M said that they just smoke a lot of crack.
Coolidge's real name is Happy birthday and was arrested during the F1 boost mission were they were caught shooting down security but got caught in a flank. The PD had no idea thay had just caught a Puppet, with Happy ending up in the ICU
