Civ Gang, also known as Civilian gang or CG for short, is a collective of individuals united in the goal of earning money for a better life.

Background[]

Civilian Gang, aka Civ Gang, was an idea created by Eugene Zuckerberg as a way for normal, hard-working "civilians" of Los Santos to protect themselves. He approached Jason Polam and Raia Kaine with his plan, and all of them then founded the Civilian Gang. The group was originally formed to make money through their civilian jobs and various legal business ventures with the idea for a better life.

As Jason has been in and out of the city, he gave Denzel Wallace a shadow leader role. Vee and Denzel seemed to have split that "leadership" role as they continue to grind and progress for the gang while giving other members things to do. Raia, Clayton, Tolan and Kookie seemed to have stepped up with them and trying to make sure the gang are headed in the right direction. Raia was nervous the gang was going to die at one point with some others in the gang not coming around and helping as much but Denzel assured her that as long as he is around he will not let it die; which in turn fired Raia up and has been on the same page as Denzel and Vee.

Activities[]

The group spends time doing civilian jobs while starting business ventures when the opportunity arises. At the same time they are building up their criminal activities in secret. Over 8 months, all members of the gang lost their civilian status. The group is now a criminal gang with the same goals of a better life.

As time has advanced, the gang has now delved into heists, robbery, moonshine, weed, illegal street racing, boosting, scams, chopping, petty thievery, roof running, unclean businesses such as money washing and various clean businesses.

While they do serious jobs, the gang is also well known around the city for wanting to have fun. Sometimes at the expense of progression. And maybe some of their pride.

Civilian Jobs[]

The gang was founded by civilians and crims, but mainly focused on civilians. The main jobs of the gang were focused on Group 6, Sani and Mechanics. While towing was introduced later down the road, those 3 jobs were the main source of their income and BUT Coin production early on. Those jobs once made the gang have a rich reputation early on in the city. Sadly, they no longer are considered that. Some members of the gang still do Sani weekly and sometimes daily, all members lost their Group 6 employment, which was the heart of their money.

There was also a time where the gang created their first business with selling GPUs, Computers and Racks for the city during the GPU boom. It was called Dick Hammer PCs.

Now the gang mainly focuses on Food stalls, Sani and Mechanics for its civilian jobs. The gang used to run Kaines Kuh-Babs before ownership changed and the Coffee Shop. Sani has been slowly making a comeback within the gang with the GPUs from the boom now going bad. However, they mainly resort to buying materials if they don't want to do Sani. Mechanics now is starting to become more important for the gang. Jason, Nunu, Clay and Rai all have high mechanic rep, with Jason and Clay being master mechanics and Tolan supplying them with mats for the repairs.

Heists[]

The gang, while being small and very inexperienced, has kept up at a decent pace with other more experienced gangs in the world of heists. They have completed many laundry mats and cash exchanges. They have also attempted the Maze Bank heist as well, with a range of success. Maze bank has become a challenge for the gang, mostly in experience, but also in BUT Coin production. At one point the gang was at the top of the gang lists in terms of BUT Coin production. But as time went on, the will to grind died out within the gang. Now they have fallen behind in BUT Coin production against many gangs. However, they are still at a decent place for how small the gang is.

Many members were out of the city when it was brought up in conversation for them to ask for help from Hydra so they can progress. Maze Bank was completed once with some members of Civ Gang present. Since then, with members returning to the city, Maze Bank was never completed as a full gang or pushed for again.

The Art Asylum was unlocked, but never tried.

Moonshine[]

The world of moonshine has become pretty profitable for the gang, but at the cost of some sanity. The main cooks for the gang are Vee and Denzel, with secondary cooks Raia and Tolan. The gang itself runs their runs, and profits go to the gang, with some exceptions. During their moonshine production, the gang purchased a property in Little Seoul to be a farm for the ingredients to make moonshine. They still run moonshine.

Weed[]

The gang became allies with The Guild up in Paleto to become pushers during the weed boom. At the time the entire city was getting weed rep and pushing for their turfs. The gang had some suitors for a secondary pusher on turfs, but they ultimately chose The Guilds offer in Paleto. The guild charged the least and the location was very quiet for the gang to push and make money with very little risk. Many opportunities arose with this alliance, mainly to form the Paleto Cartel. However, that goal never came to fruition. The gang slowly started selling less and less weed as Paleto became more watched and unsafe. The gang no longer pushes weed, but can change in the future.

Business Ventures[]

Dick Hammer PCs
The first business venture for Civ Gang. It was pretty successful during the PC boom. After realizing the market price set by The Company included a large profit margin, Dick Hammer PCs was founded to take advantage of the opportunity. The business started with selling basic computers but expanded into parts such as CPUs, GPUs, and HDDs and Butcoin mining racks.
Dick Hammer PCs
Kaine's Kuh-Babs
A business venture for the gang after Raia expressed interest in opening a shop. Employees consist of Gang members Raia, Denzel, Clay and prospects Soul and Kookie. The Kebab shop has been involved in food wars with Snr Buns, Alex's pizza shop, and other shops in the area. Sadly the shop changed ownership and the Kuh-Bab shop was no more.
Get Roasted
A business venture for the gang run by Raia Kaine. Raia and Vee desperately wanted the coffee shop, so they secured the ownership of it. Mainly run by Raia, Vee and Kookie, they made decent money with the limited variety of menu items. But what people loved about the shop was the quality of the products and their names. They sadly no longer have the coffee shop.
Roll Play
The newest clean business venture within the gang, owned and operated by Denzel Wallace. Roll Play is the sushi stall located at the food court in the SNR Buns building. Sadly, the shop ran behind schedule on its grand opening, but the shop became open shortly after other gangs wanted to buy out the stall so they can run it. It was never sold to Kaneshiro. While not gang owned, the gang still helps Denzel with the operation of the stall.
