Description[]
Chumito Locco is a mexican gangster known as a former member of Cypress, once under Clark Mason's Bitch Work Crew.
Locco is known for his efficiency, resourcefulness, great work ethic, and his shooting skills.
Background[]
Chumito Locco was born and raised in Mexico, and when the time came, he left out his home country and moved to the Great Britain in which he met Roberto Miguelito Suarez, his long time friend, and so called "Brother from another mother" eventually they made a Familia that eventually made well known in the country.
Not that long, they moved into the Philippines, in which they spent quite a long time. He learned how to speak their language, culture and how the country works. He was known as the "Most Wanted" person in the country, because of how ruthless he is to the other groups that would go in their way.
One day, he had a sudden realization, he felt that he wanted to do something more, being in the country for quite some time now, he felt limited. And wants to find more opportunities outside the country, he became inactive to the Familia and started his own journey of new opportunities.
Los Santos[]
He landed in Los Santos, in which he felt challenged because he is a lone wolf, working and grinding his ass off on his own, a new environment without his Familia, in which it was culture shocking to him but that didn't matter to him, he continued to work hard for himself to make his dreams and plans into reality.
Cypress[]
One day, while he was selling jewelry in the towing zone, he stumbled upon a fellow Chicano named Speedy, that offered him to sell weed bags with the promise of being the part of a crew (Cypress) with the one condition of working hard for it. Locco didn't hesitate and accepted the offer and started to work under Speedy.
He partook in wars, pushed weed, and did everything for the crew and worked hard in order to be bought in by the Dons in which in no time he earned.
As time gone by, he made his name known in the streets, worked hard for the crew, and earned a lot of money, made friends, and learned a lot in the streets of Los Santos.
Locco got blooded out in Cypress as he is one of the casualties of the The Great Cypress Purge that resulted in a lot of members being kicked or blooded out of the crew.
Personality[]
Locco is a known for being a menace and usually stirring wars for the crew. He is a man of principle, if he thinks he doesn't do anything wrong he fights for it. If he thinks that there's something feels not right, he doesn't keep it into himself, instead he tells what he feels about it.
