Description
Chris Horton worked as a self-employed taxi, which he used as a way to communicate with his associates. He also attempted to organize a shadow organization.
He spoke in cockney rhyming slang, a dialect from east London, giving him the nickname "London". He was very loyal to those he grew to trust (although it was difficult due to his past), and tended to be a loud mouth with a short temper. He also suffered from PTSD and severe claustrophobia.
