Chatterbox (born July 4th, 1995) is the former King and Elder of the Clowns, and was founder of the Clowncil. His birth name is Jagger Gerardy, still used by his original (non-clown) persona.
His adopted mother is Tessa Lamb, and Bobby Beldrum is his estranged adoptive brother. Donny "Giblets" Rashguard was his adoptive brother since childhood.
Chatterbox is the owner and main resident of The Funhouse.
Appearance[]
Chatterbox, like many clowns in Los Santos, wears a mask. His is clean in appearance with distinctive red hair and blue eye makeup, and he completes the look with sunglasses, only taking them off sometimes. Chatterbox tends to dress more formally, in a variety of suits and button-up shirts and dress pants.
Underneath the clown mask, Chatterbox has many facial scars, especially on the left side of his face.
Chatterbox has a tattoo on the right side of his stomach, a "cursed saki" to match Ray Mond.
After Chatterbox gave his mask to Ray when she left the city, he wore a bandana. However, others would make fun of him, often claiming he looked like Pigeon. During the re-emergence of Jagger, Chatterbox reconstructed a very old mask, which only covers half his face. This is his current mask.

Backstory[]

Chatterbox has been a key clown in Los Santos for many years, living in The Funhouse in Grapeseed. He helped found the original Clowncil and brought back its reincarnation in 2024. He also helped start the New Clown Order. Many other clowns look to him for leadership and guidance.
As a hater of "gang-bangers", Chatterbox has had an impact on the criminal underworld of Los Santos. He denounces them at any possible opportunity, never missing an opportunity to "snit" on them to the police (whom he also generally hates). He and the other clowns primarily antagonize Chang Gang, and members like Mr. Kebun and Carmella Corset are some of his sworn enemies. His interactions with Bondi Boys MC/3.0 led to him unknowingly killing his wife, Giggles.
Chatterbox fought in the Mime War with other clowns. Upon his return to Los Santos, he worked with them to organize the clowns against threats from the Mimes, the gangs, the police, and the government himself. He also met Ray Mond again, and their interactions antagonizing each other eventually turned into a romance that had significant consequences for them and the clowns.
Murders[]
Chatterbox's murders since returning from the war:
- Richard Tips (October 2nd, 2024) - Chatterbox kidnapped Richard, Sooty Gamwich's partner, and took him to the pond at Mount Gordo. After a heated verbal exchange between the bound cop and Chatterbox, he stabbed Richard in the heart and set him on fire, fleeing the scene for police and EMS to discover. Chatterbox was later charged and sentenced for the murder.
- Alexander Bones (October 7th, 2024) - Chatterbox and Ember Quinn brought Dr. Bones to the same spot by the pond, as part of testing Ember's willingness to follow "Jagger's" orders and "pull the weed." Chatterbox shot Alexander in the head and the two clowns fled the scene. They were both charged and sentenced for their roles in the murder.
- Desmond "Frog" Walker (Allegedly) - Chatterbox has mentioned to a few people that he murdered Frog some time around the events of the other murders, and that almost no one knows about it. Regardless, no one has seen Frog since.
