Chas Diaz, commonly known as "Bandit" in the racing scene, is a full member of Hydra Gang. He has been around the racing scene for a long time which helped to secure his place in the infamous racing crew, Vendetta.

- Bandit is known for wearing yellow sneakers.
- Bandit helped with the boost of an R32, being the hacker.
- Due to his career as a street racer, Bandit has owned many cars, namely: a Dominator and Mustang. However, he has recently upgraded to a Nissan Skyline GT-R R32.
- Bandit is into boosting and has done multiple S+ Boosts. One of these instances being obtaining a VIN scratched Dominator GTT and another being the Widebody GT-R R35, Bandit hacking for both of these boosts.
