Lottie Mae is an entomologist, someone who studies insects, who recently returned to Los Santos with her parents after spending 5 years in Italy with them. She worked as an Intern for Los Santos Medical Group, where she honed her knowledge of the human body as part of her deeper goal of becoming the city's number one provider of poison & venoms.

Background[]
Lottie was born in an unknown place to unknown parents. She spent her youth on a boat, isolated and not properly socialized. She would eventually arrive in Philadelphia, which is why she refers to her unique accent as being from there. At some point Lottie had a boyfriend, who passed away. She spent every day in and out next to his body, going as far as sleeping next to it. Seeing the bugs set in on the corpse is what got Lottie fascinated with bugs. Unsure if it was reality or not, Lottie made a deal with someone she describes as a devil, to bring back her boyfriend, but to no avail. Instead she would see reincarnations of him in people she met, but she would always end up losing them. Lottie would end up distancing herself from people, and become just an observer, fearing that by getting close to people both herself and those around her would get hurt.
Lottie arrived to Los Santos 5 years ago on her own. After some bad introductions, someone told her that she should go visit Little Italy, in vinewood and was told that the people there were good. Lottie would make her way there, and telling them about her interest in bugs, Luciano DiCenzo offered her a job position as the gardener in vinewood. Lottie accepted the position, and would start to spend most of her time there. Over time, she would quickly grow a close bond with Luciano DiCenzo and Eve DiCenzo-Summers, spending a lot of time with the couple. This bond would over time grow to be of a parental nature, and the couple would eventually adopt Lottie as their daughter and giving her a home for the first time in her life.
Lottie had told her parents about her desire to start producing poisons, which they supported. Luciano with the help of Frank Smith, Carlo Marciano, and Giavanna Costello kidnapped a man for Lottie to experiment on. They brought him to the bottom of The Pit, in a deep underground prison, where Lottie conducted experiments on the man.
Poison Ivy
Upon arriving in Spain, the family of three (Lottie, Luciano, Eve) found themselves in the middle of an economic crash, and unable to exchange their extremely large fortune. Eventually they would make enough money, and were able to get themselves to Italy to settle down there. During this time, they would also travel to Costa Rica, for Lottie to examine arthropods at the conservatory and be able to show off her work there.

Lottie is a soft-spoken cheery and upbeat most of the time individual who loves meeting new people. She will quickly gel with almost anyone. Lottie is deeply loyal to those she cares about and whom she lets in. In the past she would suppress her feelings and emotions to just observe the world, but after being given a home, and spending 5 years with her parents, she has started opening herself to her own feelings, and started to want things.
Despite no longer being a "fly on the wall", Lottie is extremely observant and a very deep thinker. She is very good at reading people, a trait that has made Eve call Lottie her "mini Leslie". Despite this, Lottie struggles a lot with social cues and reading double meanings. As an example she is very oblivious when people often make sexual innuendos around her.Lottie has light chestnut brown curly hair, gray eyes and rosy cheeks. Her outfits are usually bright in color, and more on the comfortable side than the business side. Her signature is always wearing a backpack over her shoulders that contain her beloved prized possession of bugs and other arachnid creatures. Be it her doctor's scrubs, a cocktail dress for a party, or just her everyday outfit, she does not go anywhere without a backpack.

Contemplating about owning a vehicle due to the high priced rentals and constantly having to hitch rides, Lottie purchased her first vehicle, an Ingot Sedan from Mosley's Auto on Feburary 4th, 2024. Lottie's ingot is perfect for her adventures and getting to her destinations all around Los Santos with a large amount of space to include as much people as possible. The vehicle is often used for driving up mountains and is able to tank almost any obstacle. The car is favored by many such as Yuno referring to the Ingot as "our ingot".

| Lottie has both of her parents as #1. Lottie views Eve as a role model for her and someone she can depend on when needed. Eve has been a great influence for Lottie. Allowing Lottie to live with her and Luciano in their own home was a huge deal for Lottie as it isn't just living together like most people view it. In her eyes, it's an offering of a place in their life. Since Eve has gone through a rollercoaster of experiences in Los Santos as well as previously being "the queen of the city", she offers great lessons and guidance to Lottie whether it's business related, personal related, or just being someone that care's deeply for her. Eve is protective of Lottie and would prefer for her to not go through the rough parts in her life like she has. Despite feeling this way, Eve treats her with respect and avoids treating her like a "child" as she knows Lottie's potential she holds and how intelligent she is. Eve won't hesitate to seek revenge on whoever has her in harms way.

Lottie's #1. Papa Cheesy is one of the most important people in Lottie's life. Taking Lottie under his wing and giving her a loving home for the first time when she had no one else. Lottie didn't have many friends or people she trusted last time she was in Los Santos, so she would spend most of her time with her parents Luciano and Eve. Due to this, Lottie and Luciano grew a close father/daughter bond with one another over time. Luciano was one of the first people Lottie opened up to and shared her past with despite her being normally reserved. Lottie has revealed many sides of her personal life to Luciano that not everyone else typically sees and assumes of her. Lottie was taught to drive, use a gun by Luciano, given advice on learning to trust others, and more guidance she follows from him. She's very protective of Luciano and has a lot of trust in him. Luciano does his best to prevent bad things from happening to her as Lottie has been too trusting at times, which resulted in Luciano stabbing the people that would harm or mistreat her so Lottie would be respected. Since then, Lottie has got better at defending herself and even threatens people when she feels inclined to. She also uses some of his phrases and utilizes his advice in her day to day life. Luciano does believe that it's best for her to learn the hard way sometimes to help her gain more life experience and growth (though her mother Eve disagrees). Luciano encourages Lottie to always try new things, and explore the world for what it is.

| Yuno Sykk, Lottie’s cousin through adoption, Yuno is the second most important person to her in the city besides her parents, Luciano DiCenzo and Eve DiCenzo-Summers. Through a misunderstanding on Yuno’s part, Lottie temporarily became Yuno’s step-sister. Lottie, not knowing what exactly happened, went along with it, referring to Yuno as her step-brother. Eventually, the two would start spending more time working together on jobs such as Gruppe 6, hunting and Senior Buns. When Lottie met up with Yuno after Ray Mond’s birthday party, she gave Yuno a notebook for his birthday. In this notebook, Yuno would list his goals that he has in the city. Later, when the two were going hunting together, Yuno handed her his notebook so that she could write a goal for him. It was at this time when she saw his goal “Make Lottie laugh.” which made her happy. Lottie would end up writing “Watch Netflix and chill w/Lottie! And eat popcorn! Like the movies!” Eventually, on a chop job, Yuno tried to get Lottie to seduce Tommy Tate, a fellow Celibate Gang member, so that she could crush Celibate Gang, which made Lottie feel weird. Lottie confronted Yuno about why he would want her to do that and asks if he actually wants her to do that. As time went on, Lottie noticed that Yuno was very insecure about a lot of things, specifically regarding things about love. Seeing that he was similar to her, she attempted to find out the reason behind his aversion to such topics, thus taking part in Yuno’s challenges in an attempt to get him to answer a question without dodging them. Unfortunately, Lottie was unsuccessful and ended up losing all the challenges, even the fist fight she was so confident about. After they had the fist fight, Lottie and Yuno talked. She explained that she had her own reasons as to why she could not fall in love. Yuno apologized for pushing her onto Tommy T and says that he will stop. It was through this event that Lottie felt something for Yuno and felt that she might be falling in love. She instantly locked that feeling away in fear of rejection and the fear that Yuno might die if she got too close. After this event, the two spend time together just as friends, though Lottie fears that she isn’t important to him anymore due to him being too busy and getting easily distracted.

| A fellow member of the G6 Rangers and one of Lottie's closest friends. Lottie knew of Queenie as a co-worker at snr. buns then started interacting more after the "dates for dawgs" auction they attended. Both having mutual friends, it didn't take long for them to get along. Whether they're going on wild adventures around Los Santos, being there for each other, doing jobs together, they never hesitate to meet up and get up to something. Like all Lottie's relationships, she tries her hardest to read Queenie's personality so that she knows how to interact with her better. Lottie has mentioned that Queenie out of most people, is harder to read and understand her bounderies. One thing that Lottie thought was interesting was that Queenie has expressed to Lottie that she isn't normally affectionate with people, but she allows Lottie to hug her. However, Lottie keeps her close and does her best to ensure their friendship stays strong. |

Octo and Lottie started hanging out more down the line and even agreed to give Lottie driving lessons. |

| Beginning on a rocky start, Lottie became jealous of Rocko due to Luciano consistently praising him and expressing his deep care for him. Lottie has kidnapped Rocko on several occasions and has attempted to ocean dump Rocko, but instantly regretted it and retrived Rocko back after Luciano told Lottie she's still his favorite. Keeping the favorite promise, Lottie currently hasn't attempted to eliminate or harm Rocko and actually started to develop a liking towards him with Rocko becoming apart of the G6 Rangers with her. Despite their tensions and previous occurrences, Lottie will sometimes borrow Rocko keeping him in her pocket to come along with her and her friends. |
