Charles is a dog initially adopted by Abby Brooks. The ownership of Charles was expanded to all the Angels, of which he became a full member of, and he moved into Casa de la Angel, but Charles will always gravitate towards Abby as his main owner.

Background Information[]
On Monday, April 18th, 2022, Charles, a stray dog at the time, was walking down the street when he met Abby Brooks outside the Alta Fleeca Bank. An immediate bond was formed between the two, and Abby adopted Charles as her own and gave him his name.

Tuesday, May 31st, 2022. Initiation Day. Abby Brooks had been out of the city for a few weeks; when she returned, she began farming, sad that she wasn't a full Angel. This then prompted the Angels to fast-track her initiation process, rather than give her a week to prepare. She was given the remainder of the day to complete the initiation (the first to ever be fast-tracked into the Angels). The plan started to unfold. Abby wanted to kidnap a cop in a helicopter and fly them up north. She had Oakley Stallion choose the outfits, with the request to be scary and to match her iconic pink hair color. After a lot of panic thinking, she decided against using a helicopter and instead devised a plan to use Charles to lure a cop into an alleyway where they would hold them up. Her intent going into it was to not harm the cop, but to take them to the grape seed torture room and scare the bejesus out of them. With the plan set out, Abby, Claire Seducer, Alexander Campbell, and Charles go to an alleyway outside the MRPD while Oakley, Lexi Law, and Violet head to Grapeseed. With everyone set up, Abby ties a note on Charles and sends him into MRPD to try and attract a cop. A couple minutes later, Charles returns to them, followed by Undersheriff Rocko Columbo. Claire swiftly holds him up and puts him in cuffs and shoves him in the car. Alex then drives them to the Grapeseed torture room, not signing him off duty. Claire carries Columbo to the torture room for Abby to rob him. She takes his taser as she was giving her final monologue, to cut him free with no harm. The cops arrived to save Columbo. Columbo aware that if the cops breach he will most likely be shot attempt to call the cops off (saying he was having an orgy) the cops were no convinced and refused to leave so the Angels attempted to run after valiantly breaking cuffs, multiple cops, Claire, Oakley and Abby, in a bid to save them Alex, Violet and Lexi started shooting. Alex managed to take down two cops before being put down. As the Angels began getting sent up to prison they began mocking Abby, telling her that she was going to die permanently because she had failed her initiation (hiding the fact that she had, in fact, passed) while Claire was waiting for all the Angles to be sent up to break the news to Abby that she was now officially an Angel, Abby began running around the prison panicking, she went into visitation where she saw Justin "Victor" Bridges and Charles waiting for her, Victor attempted to help Abby come to terms with her impending death but it didn't help at all; she ran away and spoke to a lifer who gave her Special K so she could die on a high, after she took it, she saw Charles running towards her, she thought she was hallucinating but Charles had actually dug his way into the prison the comfort her. Eventually all the Angels were processed and sent to Prison, so they took Abby to the visitation room to Victor could be there, and broke the news that Abby and Charles were now Angels! Several months go by, and Charles surprises the Angels with a new custom collar that showcases his own Angel wings. |

Saturday, May 20th, 2023.   Lemonhead posted a picture of Charles on Twatter with the caption, "Finally an Angel that can drive......" Upon seeing this, police set their sights on Charles and targeted him at a street race that passed through Grapeseed.   After his first ever getaway pursuit, Charles was apprehended and brought into police custody by Officer Oxlong and Senior Deputy Pond. He was charged with street racing, reckless evading, and possession of a phone dongle. Charles' car, a Lamborghini go-kart was also impounded.   In the cells of MRPD, Charles requested a bench trial. Upon there being no judges available, he then requested Xavier Valentine to be his civilian advocate to speak on his behalf. After the two struggled to come up with a defense strategy, Claire Seducer then arrived to MRPD. Once she saw Charles in the cells, she reprimanded him for getting arrested and grounded him for two weeks of no pizza, his toys confiscated for one week, and no park for one week. For giving Claire some sass, she increased his punishment to three weeks and made him apologize to the officers.   Charles' racing alias, Bolt, was burned upon his arrest. And in exchange for not notifying his mother, Abby Brooks, of his arrest, Charles was ultimately fined $4,275 and served 5 months in prison for a guilty plea. Claire also requested the police to send the arrest report number to the Head of Angels' HR, Justin "Victor" Bridges. In prison, Charles wandered around the prison yard looking for anyone to give him food. He cried as there was no one around. He left prison a changed dog. |
