Chaos Legion MC is an up-and-coming motorcycle club. Their Club hangout spot is called "Sandlot", the area is located behind the 24/7 on Senora Freeway, next to U-Tool hardware store.
You will see them wearing their Red, White and Black colours as they drive through the San Andreas State.

Sensing the weakness up north, Chaos Legion declared war to the Wastelanders. Mostly one-sided war was fought over the turf in Grapeseed. After a month, war was called to an end and Chaos Legion took the Turf.
Clowncil[]
War that was not a war. Internal turmoil made it impossible for Chaos Legion to protect Grapeseed and they succeeded the land to the Clowns.
