The Chang Gang Compound (often referred to as the Cubby) was Chang Gang's main residence, headquarters, and base of operations in 3.0. Located in the center of Little Seoul, where the gang lived, the compound made it easy for the gang to patrol and protect their territory.
History[]
Chang Gang moved into what would become the compound in November 2021, in which leader Mr. Kebun transformed the block into turf for the gang and began their takeover of Little Seoul. This began with Mr. K, Ramee El-Rahman and other OGs buying houses in the main part of the compound.
On November 12, 2022, during a time when gang compounds/turfs across San Andreas were undergoing renovations and upgrades, the CG compound received a new apartments add-on and a functional elevator system. On November 18, Judd Lincoln established a new hangout spot on the roof of the compound. New artwork was added to the compound in December 2022, courtesy of Marcell Miller.
In January-February 2023, CG began hanging out at a secondary compound in Sandy Shores for the Changaloa Cartel, only occasionally visiting the Little Seoul compound. However CG returned to using the Little Seoul compound after the Changaloa left the city. As of Spring 2023, Hydra Gang have been occupying and hanging out at the CG compound, living side-by-side with CG after the Hydra Pit was destroyed. Hydra likes to use Judd's roof for private gang meetings. In early August 2023, Hydra's main gang stash was moved into the apartments section of the compound, located 1 floor below the CG stash.
In late May-early June 2023, Paris Argo moved into the compound, with permission from Mr. Kebun. Arya Shah has also expressed interest in buying an apartment there.

- CG were known for neglecting to lock the front gate of the compound, often resulting in a lot of trespassing.
- The infamous "CG Gate" was once temporarily replaced with bollards by the city. But the gate returned, with no locks, a few days later.
- Dean Quincy was the first person that began referring to the compound as the "cubby".
- Judd's trailer and his tractor are located on the highest roof of the compound. It is not clear how they got there.
