The Cerberus Business Center is the home headquarters of Cerberus. The building also provides office space and mailbox stashes to other businesses in the city.
About[]
The Cerberus Business Center offers spacious offices with gorgeous cityscape views for the businesses of Los Santos. The initial idea was to bring all Cerberus executives into one building where they can all get to know each other. Cerberus tasked Cassie Cupcake to screen small businesses at Dean World and the Andi Jones Farmers Market that could occupy office space in the building. Once the business center opened, the Clean Queens brought in more businesses.
Cerberus does not charge the businesses for their office space, only an initial one-time fee for the Interior Decor. Companies can choose from nine different Interior office designs, including seven $15,000 offices and two $40,000 corner offices with an extra meeting room and windows. Businesses can store items in a mailbox cluster in the lower level, which the police search periodically. Cerberus can evict any businesses that exploit their office space for illegal activity. Currently, four Cerberus employees administer the offices.

- A gigantic outdoor Cerberus hellhound statue.
- An indoor parking garage with a door to the lower level.
- A lower level Cerberus hellhound statue next to the mailbox clusters.
- A multi-story mural portraying the creation of business people by Leslie Lingberg.
- An elevator to the different offices.
- An upper level with a public conference room (with a "sidebar" bar on the side) and a lockable sliding door to a private conference room. The private conference room furniture can change to a long conference table, a podium facing several long desks, or an empty room.

CERB-CON on March 16, 2022
On March 16, 2022, Nancy Drew held a Cerberus Business Seminar at the Cerberus Business Center called "CERB-CON". Leslie Lingberg, Dean Watson, Lang Buddha, and Harry Brown answered questions from aspiring business people while C.B.P.D. handled security. The seminar ended with Cassie Cupcake, Nancy, and Lang announcing Cerberus Industries.
Bunny's Mayoral Campaign Announcement[]
At a contentious press conference in the Cerberus Business Center on March 22, 2022, Cerberus' political candidate Sabith "Bunny" Cohen officially announced her run for mayor.
