Catherina Cortina Gonzalez is an Intern for San Andreas Medical Group and a mechanic for Milton's Mods. She is also a former member of Hades and a contractor for The Company.
Known as 'Cat' to her friends, Catherina's zany and wild personality runs alongside her steadfast loyalty to her OGs.
Background[]
Catherina was born in Bogota, Colombia. Her dad, Ignacio bought her mother Adelita from human trafficking and they had three children together: Hemilio, Felipe and Catherina. Adelita finally escaped from Ignacio and moved to New York, for a new life with her daughter, while her two sons stayed with their father. Adelita got into the porn industry in order to put her daughter through school. She had another child, whom she named Gilberto. Catherina was a very good student, graduating with a degree in medicine with plans to become cardiothoracic surgeon. Catherina learned everything about the veins in the human body, learned all of the organs and where they are. After receiving her degree, her mother Adelita died while filming of her porn videos (in a very special way). The video went viral on the internet and it made Catherina want to leave New York as soon as possible.
Catherina fled back to Colombia to pursue her career in medicine with her young half-brother Gilberto. Catherina had plans as a future doctor in Bogota but they were squashed very fast as she met a man named Miguel Hernandez. They had a child together, Angelica. Catherina and Miguel were together for about two years before everything went south between them. Both had new aspirations that were conflicting with each other. Catherina had already started working with some people from her blood family on her mother's side, who were involved in the coke business and firearms resales. Miguel, who was the El Patron of the Hernandez Cartel, had the same aspirations for the coke business. Catherina, El Patron of La Famillia Cartel, was on good terms, but it didn't last for long, as Miguel and Catherina started to fight for the custody of their daughter. At that time, Catherina already had custody of Angelica as Miguel was well-known in Columbia as El Patron of the Cartel, but Catherina wasn't known yet. Catherina never thought she would have any trouble with them so she left her adopted sons and daughters, Josephine, Damien, Jerry, and her little brother Gilberto with the Cartel as she wanted to go and seek out her blood father.
Catherina didn't have to search for long, as Ignacio was known as El Presidente from the Lost MC chapter in Hermosillo, Mexico. Catherina traveled to Hermosillo and got closer to the club, little by little, without letting anyone know who she was. Catherina knew that her twin brother, Felipe, was the Sergeant At Arms in the club and her brother Juan, who was not a patched member, and was still just 18 years old and around the family back there. Her other brother, Hemilio, was a police officer in Hermosillo and didn't agree with any doing of the Club of his father. After a year and a half of Catherina being in Hermosillo, her brother Hemilio arranged a task force to raid the Lost MC clubhouse. Catherina was shot in the head, making her lose her right eye, and Hemilio was shot to death by their father. The raid ended with the club doing one year in prison after making a plea deal. Though the Club had played the cops, as what they said in their statement for the deal was true but useless. After a year, the whole club was out of jail on parole. Catherina rose through the ranks in the Club and after three years she became the Vice Presidente. At that Church when she got voted in for her new position, she stayed alone with her father, Ignacio, in the room. Catherina stood behind him, taking her knife out of her pockets. Catherina placed the knife at Ignacio's throat and moved his head backwards to look into his eyes. Catherina smiled at him and said "Soy tu hija. Esta es una venganza para mi madre, Adelita." ("I am your daughter and this is payback for my mother, Adelita.") Catherina then sliced his throat, making him unable to scream, as she knew where to cut perfectly. Catherina then left the room, keeping the knife, leaving her kutte behind in the middle of the table. She left her brothers Felipe and Juan back to Columbia as the heat from the Feds was getting hotter.
Arriving to Columbia, Catherina brought Juan to the Cartel and couldnt bring Felipe as he was stuck with lung cancer, making him very weak and needing a lot of medical help. When Catherina brought everyone from the Cartel together again, she asked for a full idea of what was going on with Gilberto. Gilberto informed Catherina about the business that was still working very well on the firearms resale but the cocaina was still a bit rough as the Hernandez Cartel was getting more aggressive on the field. Gilberto then informed Catherina that Miguel came and took her daughter back and it had been 2 years since it happened. Catherina started to see red, blood, as she wanted her daughter back from Miguel. After a long meeting with Miguel, a war between La Famillia and Hernandez Cartel started. Shootout after shootout started, every day was a matter of who would give up first. After a week, the first casualty was none other than Catherina's adopted son, Damien. After a long shootout between both Hernandez Cartel and La Famillia, the cops joined and started to shoot at both parties. Damien was shot by an officer while trying to leave the area and it was a straight bullet to the head. Both parties left and both made a truce after the first death, to take care of the policia that joined the shootout. Both Cartels got the Policia to be on their knees and La Famillia was the one to get the policia to work for them. Another meeting went on between La Famillia and Hernandez Cartel, where Catherina and her adopted son Jerry went to discuss to come back to peace again, asking for her daughter back in exchange for the power over the policia in Bogota and a mix power of the policia at the shipping docks in Barranquilla. Miguel's answer was very straightforward, he raised his pistol and shot one bullet in Jerry's head, killing him. Catherina couldn't react as she was now alone and had to fall back to her family and think about a way to get back at them.
After a week of truce again as La Famillia didn't want to show their plan, Catherina put her plan at execution. She planned to infiltrate during the night in Miguel's headquarters with Gilberto and bring Angelica out without anyone seeing them. They were successful in retrieving Angelica but Catherina was caught and kidnapped from this, leaving Gilberto to be the leader of La Famillia while this was happening. Angelica was directly sent to Salt Lake in the United States when she was retrieved by Gilberto, which Catherina and Gilberto kept to themselves so nobody would be able to snitch under torture. Catherina was stuck for about 2 months inside the Hernandez Cartel's headquarters and was tortured for the information about Angelica. The torture went as deep as cutting Catherina's right leg, then breaking all of her ribs. After these 2 months, Catherina finally got freed from the trap she was in as she managed to escape after 2 guards fell asleep. Catherina dislocated her left wrist to free herself and with a silenced pistol that was left behind by the guard she took both of them out. Catherina treated her wounds as fast as possible to cuterise it and leave as soon as possible this horrible place.
Catherina was lost, when she left she realized she was in someplace in the north as there was snow outside. Catherina came back inside the building where she was held captive and found some hot clothes and something to help her walk with her now single leg. Catherina then left again and found the closest hospital to help her with her injuries. The hospital was weirdly a place where people spoke French, a weird type of French. Catherina met a doctor named Ellie back there, who helped her with getting treated and found some tools to help her walk better. Ellie helped Catherina get a titanium leg with some fake skin on it to attach to her missing right leg. Ellie also helped Catherina with getting her some titanium ribs to replace all of her broken ribs. Ellie was some kind of tech that was very good with prosthetics and more. Ellie and Catherina fell in love with time and they were very happy. Catherina was trying to bring Ellie back to Columbia with her but she didn't want to leave her family here in Quebec Canada. Catherina found a way to contact her family and finally got her brother Gilberto and left the Cartel to him as she was weakened and far away without money to go back. Catherina lived in Quebec Canada for a whole year and at some point got into a car accident driving with Ellie. The car accident was provoked by none other than the Hernandez Cartel trying to kill Catherina sending her vehicle into the water. Though they thought they killed her but she survived. Catherina succeeded in getting out of the car that was in the water and was even able to save Ellie, placing her in a safe place. But, Catherina went unconscious next to an unconscious Ellie. Catherina's left hand was still inside of the ice-cold water while the rest of her body was out. After a few hours, help arrived but Catherina's hand was too far gone and was amputated. Ellie found for Catherina a titanium left hand and it was made in a way to be working like a real human hand. Catherina then decided to leave and go back to Columbia to her family.
Catherina started her journey to get back to her family, trying to get through the whole United States of America by getting rides from strangers and money for food around anywhere. During her travel, Catherina got stuck in an old swamp inside of a city in Texas. Catherina started to see things, hear things and she didn't know it herself but she was just starting to go crazy with her being in such distress all the time. Catherina started to become a sociopath and in need of blood, killing people made her happy, and needed to drink their blood. Catherina was just in distress and needed help as it wasn't her real self, the leader and Patron of La Famillia Cartel. Catherina finally left the swamp and found a city in the state of California that was very lovely. She met her adoptive sister Luna Purpose there and met with a couple of friends.
After a whole year, she finally got to a port down in San Diego to leave to Columbia but when the boat left, she was found again by the Cartel, attacking the boat and making her almost drown. The Cartel, finally thought they killed her for good and left without coming back for her again. Catherina washed up on the shore of Los Santos, at the Vespucci beach where she was seen by 3 locals from Vespucci. Ems arrived and took Catherina to the hospital where she was treated. Doctors led Catherina to the Liquid Library so she could rest a bit with a cold beer. Catherina arrived at the Liquid Library and met Rod Long with others. Rod Long decided on the spot that Catherina was now his daughter. Catherina made a lot of friends around her dad Rod and was also met with her mother Izzie(Isabella Long). Catherina fell in love with her new family and even if she never listened to her dad, she loved him very much for taking her in and making her feel at home. Catherina went through a lot of relationship crises as Rod didn't want her to flirt with a lot of people that he already had flirted or had sex with. Catherina still decided to have sex with Violet Snowe which made Rod very unhappy about her daughter. Catherina even had sex with Yuki, someone that Rod didn't want her to date ever. Catherina even flirted with Emberlyn which again Rod never wanted her to flirt with. After 2-3 months, Catherina was very drunk and came home very late in the night. It was very dark so she thought she was in the right house. Well, she was wrong, she entered the neighbor's house and trapped herself in their basement, which was a post-apocalyptic basement with food for a minimum 5 years, the Lord of the Rings book series, a bed, a toilet, a shower, and a sofa. Catherina stayed in that basement for 5 and a half years as nobody came to help her out. Someday, the house got destroyed by a construction company to make it vacant for new buyers as the city of Los Santos had collapsed and every house was put back on the market. Catherina then began her quest to find her dad and mom once again. Weirdly, her new trauma and distress, being stuck inside of a basement for 5 years made her mind switch back to its original self. Catherina understands what happened to her and acts like nothing ever changed in her but, she knows. The old Catherina is back, and she is up to no good.
