General Description[]
Capped Tarranova, better known by his street name "Pigeon", is a member of Chang Gang and the secretive Chaos and Curators groups. He is a former member of Street Team and a former CFO of Vultur Lé Culturé Imports.
Pigeon is extremely well-connected, being known as one of the most prolific drug and weapons traffickers in San Andreas, supplying all sides during peacetime and wars. He delivers drug shipments and war packages via land, air, and sea, selling all types of weapons from Class 1s to Class 2s, explosives and much more. Pigeon is a prolific weed grower, with his weed strain "Aurora Kush" having the highest reputation in San Andreas, as of August 15, 2022. He is supported by his close friend Arya Shah alongside members of Chang Gang.
Alongside being a gang member and one of the biggest weapons and drug dealers in San Andreas, he is also known for putting his all into everything he does and helping the people around him. He is also a known jokester and can be clumsy at times, lacking self-preservation skills and situational awareness.
The Colombians[]
Tarranova’s drug empire was built in 2022 under the name of “The Colombian Cartel”. Portraying the head of the cartel who goes by the name of “The Slicer”, a figure dressed in all white, Tarranova has distributed his legendary weed strain throughout the city of Los Santos. The Colombians bring the weed into the city using boats, helicopters and planes in a glamorous fashion, often including the customers into the drops by providing them with flares, marking the Colombians’ arrival. Former members of Street Team, most notably Arya Shah, Mercury Frost, Daph Lilith, Paris Argo, Rosa Garcia, Bobby Porter and Billy Phresh, have aided Tarranova not only in making his strain legendary by pushing the product, but also in creating impressive drops in the form of convoys. Since the beginning, Tarranova’s best friend Arya Shah has been the main grower for the Colombian weed, until a meeting in February 2023, where Tarranova claimed full ownership over the operation, led to Arya quitting being his grower, but still helping with drops when needed. As of March 2023, Charlotte Thomas from Lost MC has been the main weed grower for Capped's Colombian operation.
The Colombian operation also included missions where the competition, the Mexican Cartel (also impersonated by Tarranova and his friends) would steal the Colombian product and the clients would have to attack them and return it. Another form of Tarranova’s drug drops, he would often turn clients into drug mules, delivering drugs to other clients in his blacked-out van. The Colombian Cartel also cemented their status as a ruthless drug cartel, doing terrible acts of torture. Liam O’Sullivan, a regular customer of the Colombians, was kidnapped and tortured by the Slicer, which led to him losing an eye as a sign of loyalty. Another customer, Flash was told to stab and kill his best friend, Alexander Luke, after both of them got caught by the police with the Colombian strain, and the latter was potentially going to act as a CI for the PD.
The biggest enemy of the Colombian Cartel has been Lea Nova, a former officer of the LSPD, currently hired by the PBSO as a deputy. Often called the ”Drug Queen” for having the most drug-related arrests, Nova has been investigating Tarranova as early as 2021. Tarranova oftentimes left breadcrumbs for Nova to find regarding the Colombian Cartel, teasing her about his weed dealings and thus creating the most complex game of cat and mouse.
To put more fear into the police and to stop their investigations into the Colombians, Tarranova proceeded to kidnap several members of the PD, beginning with the biggest threat, Lea Nova. On April 27th 2023, Nova was kidnapped and forced to be a mule by the Colombians for getting too close to busting the operation. The Colombians then continued with the kidnappings of Lea Nova’s daughters, Bobbi Russell and Louise Campbell, which were meant to personally hurt her and force her to give up her investigation.
The Colombians continued to be investigated, so Tarranova proceeded to hand out calling cards to several officers, marking them for death. Tarranova would anonymously ping the officers to a trunk and call the nearby payphone as the Colombian to mark the officers for death. Five cards were given to Brian Knight, Bobbi Russell, Louise Campbell, Malcolm Nekoda and Lea Nova, respectively. For Nova’s card drop on June 14th 2023, Pigeon contracted The Cut to fake his own assassination and to deter Nova from her belief that he is in fact the Colombian. Tarranova was arrested multiple times during these card drops, which helped the police to build a case for the docket, where Tarranova stood accused of multiple acts of serial assaults and killings, terrorism and witness tampering, among others. The trial took place on August 23rd 2023, and with the legal team of Grace Daniels and Murphy Braun, and Nova’s disinterested testimony after she had resigned from the PD, Judge Greyson found Capped Tarranova not guilty of all charges.
The Colombians continue to provide Los Santos with their strain, picking back up the Mule drops in October 2023 after a long break in which Tarranova tried diverting the PD’s attention from the cartel.

Pigeon at a gun deal
Pigeon is known for his ability to traffic dozens upon dozens of weapons throughout San Andreas, being able to sell 100+ pistols, sub-machine guns, and rifles to various customers within 24 hours. Because of his high demand he is often seen on the phone securing deals with his clientele, sometimes staying up longer than necessary just to fulfill orders and shipments. In September 2022, he managed to make orders and still sell 50+ guns while in prison for weapons trafficking charges. He was assisted by Arya and Street Team.
Pigeon's main Class 1 weapons supplier used to be Randy Bullet, sourced from Aleks and Olga Sazkaljovich, however Randy cut himself out of the equation in early August 2022 so Pigeon could get his pistols directly from the source. The Chaos was a supplier of Class 2 weapons, explosives, and other miscellaneous items such as handcuffs. Benji Ramos has also supplied weapons to Pigeon, such as M70s and Grozas, before a violent falling out on August 10 that halted their business ties. Pigeon also used to push StG 44 rifles and Thompson and PPSH sub-machine guns sourced from Eugene Zuckerberg. He purchases guns from most of the benches in the city now such as HOA, Patar, Vinny and Benji.
Ivan Ivanov of Pierogi and Alex Ron have provided Pigeon with flares to use for his weapons drops. Now Eve and Nancy provide flares to Pigeon through Cerberus.
Later on he became one of Yaegar's few trusted friends, and was given access to become a middleman for RPG's. He is one of the four people with passports to Sanguine Isle. Pigeon is also a weapons connect for The Hidden.
Pigeon is a plug for most things for The Watchers through Happy D'Klown. They are selling things such as Motion Sensors, Radio Scanner, and all other electronic devices .
Pigeon also has developed a connection with Rod Long (and tentatively MS )who provides him with Body bags, gags, Ear mufflers, Tranquilizer guns and Blindfolds
Drug updates[]
Is the plug for selling Heroine through Patar , and Arya (given by Mr. K) gave Pigeon a pill bench that he has used to push additional drugs into the city. He has involved Billy Phresh and Johnny Divine in these pill deals and made Windsong a plug.
The Curators[]
Because of his connections to Chaos and his reputation among criminals, Pigeon was recruited into the Curators criminal group by Siz Fulker and Turbo on May 28, 2022.
