The gang was founded by Fredrick "Fredo 2X" Rolling, along with brothers Keshawn "2Bit" Williams and Larenzo "Lucky" Williams.
CUHHmunity offers "Hood Tests" to individuals they find in the Southside. If people pass their Hood Test they can earn a "Hood Pass." If they fail the test, they get robbed.
