Oversees financial transactions, manage resources, and ensure the gang's financial interests are protected. As Money Handlers, they play a vital role in managing the gang's finances and resources.

As a Captain, he plays a crucial role in leading and coordinating the gang's activities. He is responsible for managing a specific group of members, executing orders from higher-ranking leaders, and maintaining discipline within his unit.

As a seasoned operative with extensive experience and respect within the gang, Matua's mentor and train the contractors. They impart knowledge, teach skills, and guide newcomers through C4's operations. Matuas ensure contractors receive the training and support to advance to operative level, instilling essential values and strategies for success within the gang.

Their primary responsibility is to facilitate communication, coordination, and connections between different members and other gangs/people. They run their own business whilst maintaining and supporting C4’s interests and enabling members within C4 a legal pathway.

Initiation[]

C4 has a unique was of initiating operatives into their organization. After a few weeks or months of loyalty and showing that one is committed to doing their tasks and being good with all members of C4 an affiliate or contractor will be made an operative. The process for initiation to becoming an operative is that the member must be willing to face an explosion head on and survive. The initiation process involves a member getting suited up in a Bomb Handler suit and then taking a stone and throwing it at a gas tank at a location that is hidden to outsiders.
