With C4 founded the first order of business was purchasing a house so that a base of operations and a stash house could be available. The house was going to be in Billy's name as he is the "clean" man. All the members started grinding money and started taking out loans from various lenders and even got some people to invest in the house so that when the house would sell they'd be paid back in full plus the equity that the house gained. The group even came to a verbal agreement with Maz Razi better known as "Uncle T" of the Italians to split a house 50/50. They had their sights set on a house in Mirror Park area but soon decided that getting any house anywhere as fast as possible was the best idea so they decided on a house in El Burro Heights on Fudge Lane. C4 bought the house on January 15th 2024 and didn't need any financial backing from the Italians but still wanted to stand by their verbal agreement. The Italians will provide their $80,000 when they can and then receive three keys and C4 retains three keys.

Through busting his ass for 48 hours Billy finally had earned enough towing reputation to be able to purchase the highly exclusive crowbar blue prints. With such a highly exclusive item this left Billy with the ability to either sell them to anyone and everyone or to possibly get into an exclusivity contract with a business or gang/organization. He decided to wait a few days to make his decision while putting out feelers.
Sonya reached out to Capped Tarranova to see if he was interested but he informed Sonya that he already had one for $10,000; Which Sonya didn't believe at first but Pigeon was very adamant it was true. So this made the crew feel better about what they were doing and the timing that they were doing it because soon the market could crash.

The day after C4 bought their house Billy Thorne was robbed by four masked individuals she ended up taking Bill’s phone, key to the house, and pretty much wiped all the valuables in the house. This happened while the majority of the crew were asleep. Upon learning that the house was robbed Sonya started calling around trying to get info on who it might have been but also to let people know what had happened and keep their eyes peeled. Sonya brought up that this would need to be brought to the attention of the Italians who were supposed to go in on the house for $30,000. A day or two later Uncle T requested a meeting with Sonya after he had a meeting with Billy about the house and deciding based on the house being robbed to back out of the deal. Sonya met with Maz Razi "Uncle T" and during the meeting he brought to her attention that during his meeting with Billy that Billy was bad mouthing the C4 and said it’s probably best that you are backing out of the deal. This sent Sonya into rage mode but she was still in a meeting. Uncle T also mentioned that he learned that Billy was a The Families hang around that was transporting weed for and to them and something happened that’d got him kicked out of GSF and that Billy got into a disagreement with Siz Fulker and got shot by him. All things Sonya was unaware of. Sonya and Uncle T ended the meeting and there was no issue between the bond of C4 and the Italians. After the meeting with Uncle T and when Kirk was around Sonya brought this up to Kirk and both had decided that they needed to make a play for the house so that Billy, whose name the house is under, doesn’t try to screw them so they decided to get a lawyer to draw up a contract stating that who owns what percentage of the house and get Billy to sign it and then both of them with a combined majority could force buy Billy out.  During the contract process Billy brought Reggie might as a legal counsel and had the contract rewritten numerous times and while they were all met at the courthouse Billy snuck out and took the bench out of the house unbeknownst to Sonya and Kirk, but they had their suspicions when he went missing for a time. After the contract was signed Sonya and Kirk raced back to the house to get the bench and any materials, which they had found out the bench was gone. Sonya set out to kill Billy. As Sonya and Kirk were looking for Billy Kirk was in contact with Billy explaining that him and Sonya would like him out of the house by majority and were willing to buy him out with equity earned and Billy was not agreeing to it even though the contract they just signed had all the percentages played out. The day after the fallout Kirk learned from Billy that Billy had sold the house back to the state and had the money. Kirk said everyone needs to be paid out with that money ASAP and Billy said that he would get in touch with an attorney and get back to him. What ended up happening was the Billy tried calling every attorney with a bar license and conflicting them so that Sonya and Kirk were. Or able to get legal council to push getting their funds back legally. Sonya called judge Murphy Braun to complain and soon Sonya and Kirk had a lawyer. During the two days of fallout Sonya called everyone that she had done business with and dragged Billy’s name through the mud. Dexx Martin was even out looking to pick up Billy for her and his own reasons. On February 23rd, 2023 Billy and Sonya finally had their day in court with Billy and came out with a verdict of that Sonya gets $7.805 and Kirk gets $33,140 even though the contract was terrible and was not signed and missing clauses the judge believed that there was good faith commitment between a three and that Billy owes them.
A month or so later, Sonya and Kirk had learned that Billy was working with Reggie Mite and had actually only been a few foot steps away from their House as he was sometimes at Reggie's house, hiding. One day, Sonya tried to get Max the mayor to set up Billy so that should could swing in a nab him but Billy didn't answer Max's calls. So Billy called Sonya and said he was tired of the playing the cat and mouse game and doesn't want to live in fear. So Sonya asked if he was willing to meet up and get beat down by her and they could let bygones be bygones. They meet up and Sonya takes her turn and then she lets Kirk have the downing blow. As Sonya departs she says she's disappointed in him but proud of him for showing up and says she wants nothing more to do with him.

Everything was looking up, Sonya & Kirk just went half & half on a Packer truck and they were finally had positive cashflow. Sonya had also just got her Sabre GT Turbo thanks to a $15,000 loan from Red Harrington. C4 was finding and recruiting dependable people like Justin Kidd, Kayn Rhaast, and Walker O'Brian. Everything was great until Kayn got into a traffic accident involving Siobhan Fitzpatrick and her motorcycle.  On February 5th, 2024 Siobhan was Kayn got into a traffic accident where Kayn hit her on the wrong side of the road. After the accident, Siobhan demanded $5,000 for her not to get the cops involved. Kayn only had $100 to his name, so he was not able to meet her demand. As Siobhan was making a dramatic scene for the police and ems. Not sure what to do Kayn called for a pick up from Sonya with Jessi in the car. They did not manage to get away and were all processed accordingly. Soon after Siobhan put on the docket a civil suit again Kayn, Sonya, and Jessi for damages and injuries from the traffic accident. Jessi and her lawyer met with Siobhan and her lawyer Sebastian Birch to ask why she was being sued for this traffic accident and Siobhan responded with that she will need to wait until the police post the report after the incident which would show all three of the C4 members being involved with the whole incident. The next day, Sonya notices she's on the docket and tries to call Siobhan and she answers the phone with "If you want to talk to me, talk to my lawyer" and hung up the phone. So Sonya tries to call Maximilian Thoroughbred (The Mayor and Siobhan's husband) to reason with Siobhan through him but he never answers. Sonya gets Justin Kidd to pick up Siobhan to meet her for a meeting where Sonya explains how Siobhan is being corrupt and also lays out the consequences that could come from her actions. Siobhan motioned to have Jessi and Sonya to be removed from the docket. Later that day The Mayor called Sonya and started yelling at her about hitting his wife and Sonya began to call him corrupt and not the man he says he is, sticking up for the corruption his wife is doing and not supporting the "little people" Max could only respond with "she's my wife what do you expect me to do?" Sonya then sent Jessi Adler and Justin DeMarco to go pick up the mayor and Siobhan. Kirk was not 100% on board with the idea but still stayed with the group.  Jessi, Justin, Kayn, and new recruit Page kidnapped the mayor and his wife and they went to a spot where Sonya and Kirk were. They had a discussion to try to clear the air and try to figure out what is going to go on. Mayor and his wife said they were going to drop the case and that this meeting/kidnapping was unnecessary. Sonya said to load up everyone and they are going to the barbershop to shave Siobhan's head. So the convoy headed up to the Sandy Shores barbershop. Not soon after the cops showed up and as the C4 crew was scattering the Mayor could be heard screaming "Terrorists! Terrorists! Shoot them! Shoot them!" All of the crew escaped except for Kirk and Paige as there seemed to be an issue where the car they were in driven by Kayn was assumed wrecked so Kirk and Paige started running and hid in bushes but the car was recovered by Kayn and he got away. Jessi and Justin had a close call but Jessi's superior driving skills got them out of the situation but ended up Jessi getting downed. Once everything had settled down, Sonya called Walker O'Brian for a pick up and tried calling all the members to get their status. She couldn't get a hold of Kirk but she assumed he was mad at her and ignoring her call, plus he was with Kayn and Kayn had gotten away. Once Sonya was picked up she and Walker went to pick up Jessi so that Justin could escape. Once Sonya got Jessi, they stayed in a shack with bandages and Sonya tended to Jessi's wounds overnight.  The next day Sonya learned of Kirk's and Paige's capture and that they are being held until trial for being accomplices to witness tampering. Sonya was not happy about that charge as it was for a civil suit that her and Jessi should have never been on. But the charge was better that a terrorism charge. Sonya began mulling over turning herself in and making a plea deal to where should would be the only one to get the felony charge of Witness Tampering and everyone getting off with no charges or as minimal charges as they can. While mulling over the idea Sonya got a call from Nino Chavez and they discussed the situation and while they were discussing Sonya's options and the fact that all the lawyers in the city were actually in the courthouse when and where the mayor and his wife were kidnapped so all were conflicted Judge Alan Crane made a state announcement that any former lawyers could get their bar license due to a lack of lawyers being available so Nino went to go get his bar license. The whole time before and after the initial meeting with Nino Sonya and both Justin's were looking to the mayors phones that were supposedly thrown out the window of one of the getaway cars during the kidnapping. During the kidnapping the phones of Siobhan and the Mayor were removed from them and then during the police chase after the barbershop Paige and Kirk started throw out of the car their own phones as well as the Siobhan's and the Mayor's along with anything else like rental papers. While Nino was away getting his bar license Sonya got a call from the Mayor's phone and it was actually Justin Demarco calling her because he found it. Since Paige mentioned that the mayor actually had two phones on him Justin wanted Sonya and the other Justin to come to him and keep looking. Once Sonya and Justin got there they all split up and started looking soon after Justin Kidd found Kayn's rental papers for one of the getaway cars around the same location that the other Justin found the mayor's phone.  After some time, just like that Nino was Sonya's lawyer and went to talk to Leonardo Slacks on behalf of Sonya and tried to see what Leo could offer for a plea deal. After hearing what slacks had to offer Nino called Sonya back and explained that he would advise her not to take the deal that Leo was offering to Nino and the go to court. Sonya decided to call Leo directly to hammer out a plea deal. After he talk with Leo and they agreeing on terms Sonya said she would turn herself in. After the tsunami Sonya went to MRPD and turned herself in and signed the plea agreement that her and Leo had agreed on. Sonya got a ride up to Bolingbroke Penitentiary and was entered into her cell and held until trial.
While being held until trial the judge that was to oversee the trial asked in the docket if any judge was consulted or had signed the plea agreement and that Sonya would need to plead guilty for a plea agreement to make sense. so Sonya signed a new plea agreement where she plead guilty and she was given a $40,000 fine and 12 years in jail. Sonya was released after signing the plea agreement. Also, while being held for trial Justin Kidd had a bail hearing and was released on $60,000 bail. Then for reasons unknown Justin kidnapped Xavier Monroe and was then put back in jail for breaking bond with a $40,000 fine. While in Jail Justin found out that doing the chores could be really lucrative and started tossing lockpicks over the fence for the other members or C4 to sell and soon started earning more than his total fines and worked himself out of debt. After 12 days in jail he was released. During Sonya and Kirk had their trial with Billy they met up with the mayor and he wanted bygones be bygones and they settled on $5,000 for giving back Siobhan's phone.

After the disaster that was the first house purchase; Kirk, Walker and Sonya pooled money together and finally bought a house in Paleto. They soon began moving in and transferring all items, workbenches, laundry machines to the house. Kirk and Walker began working out the layout and design. The house is now the main hub where all C4 members go to meet each other and hangout or meet. Kirk's laundry business, Walker's auto repair and Con's wood working storage's are stored there. There is currently enough computers and servers to generate 10 BUTTCOIN a day. The house is a true beehive of activity. C4 is looking to start pooling funds again to expand to another house as this one is quickly getting maxed out.  |

After three months of delays and hiccups, Sonya's determination to get a weed operation going in Paleto is now a reality. She was working with Windsong and Pigeon who supply her with product, named Green Grenade, and then she pushes with a 50/50 split. Sonya finds solace and peace when she can take time to sit across the street of her house and sling product on the neighbor's back porch. While she did get the turf setup and running she still hadn't meet some people in her neighborhood and got their approval. Through Delver Lee and Capped Tarranova she was assured that any wrinkles could be smoothed out. Sonya still hadn't met up with Siz Fulker]] from the HOA nor Kayn Larp the weed selling and going well and the price per bag was going up. Green Grenade was slowly moving up the ranks. Since it was moving up the ranks it was getting noticed and soon Sonya met up with Yeager unexpectedly. Their conversation went like so SPEKEL PUT THE CONVESTATION HERE SINCE YOU DIDN'T STREAM IT.  After the meeting with Yeager some doubt loomed on the future of Green Grenade and possibly C4's place in Paleto. Sonya was still working and discussing with Delver and Pigeon and trying to get some more information and options. Then a change happened with the growing process and soon there were no more named strains but there was strain strengths with Pineapple Express being the strongest. Sonya and Delver as well as Nico Kanto (new leader of HOA) and it was decided that Sonya can push their supplied product and Sonya even said she didn't want Pineapple Express but the next tier down White Widow strain. Unfortunately with the new deal it meant that Windsong and Pigeon were no longer providing C4 with product but Sonya still needs "bad" or lower strength weed to give to new prospects and still wanted to keep the 50/50 deal with Windsong and this means that Windsong can grow and still expand her furniture business. With the weed operation in full gear and all the other businesses running out of the C4 HQ it was time to start looking into getting a second property to expand operations. Sonya had secured a verbal agreement with Marlo Stanfield on getting a $400,000 loan and her and the members of C4 had decided on which property they were going to purchase but the day before the crew was about to get the loan and car dealership just got in their new stock of cars and Marlo and his investors shifted to support loans for anyone who was buying a new car. While this was a setback it was only a week setback and soon Marlo was able to supply the $400,000 loan to C4 (in Ferst's name) and Ferst supplied the rest needed to buy the house through another loan from him and his investors. Each C4 member would have to pay 19,110 per week for 4 weeks.  |

Sonya and Kirk were on their way back to the Flamingo house and noticed someone on their doorstep and Sonya ran into him with her car and 
As EMS & Police showed up Walker woke up and saw the scene of both Kirk and Sonya down and went to ask what happened and Sonya whispered "code red" which Walker took as they might be getting raided so he got Newt, Hunter, and Ferst to start clearing both houses as there were cops snooping around the flamingo house. They managed to clear most of the incriminating items in cars and rental and were waiting to try to see what was happening or get an update on Sonya and Kirk.

Sonya and Windsong began their relationship when Sonya had a woman kidnapped and was at the weed-growing spot at paleto when Windsong stumbled across the crime in progress. Sonya then also kidnapped Windsong and made her kill an animal amongst other fucked up things. Windsong ran for it, hid, and then hit Sonya in the back of the head with a wrench when found. Sonya spent days hunting windsong, and eventually had a guy run sanitation with her to give Sonya updates about her location. Sonya then kidnaps Windsong, beat her ass and said they are going to work together. Eventually, this conflict led to the beginnings of the start of the weed-growing arc for Sonya and C4, with Sonya and Windsong coming together under a common goal (weed) and mutual respect was formed. Over time, Sonya and Windsong spent more and more time together and Windsong started to imply that Sonya and her were soul mates and best friends. Windsong also told Sonya she thinks she has a heart and that she cares and isn't as cold as she makes out to be. Sonya realizing she had "softened up" around Windsong, disagrees and tells her she's wrong and that everything is merely transactional for business purposes. Sonya ultimately felt confronted by emotions of "caring" and wanted to establish that she did not care, thus, started to push Windsong away. Sonya stumbles across windsong and her friend doing sanitation at the c4 house. Sonya out-raged that people were touching her trash pile that she was collecting, asked what the fuck, put it back. Sonya felt disrespected by Windsongs friend when he threw the trash bag on her car, so she cut his throat in the driveway. Windsong, clearly distraut from this event was crying and called police/ems to the C4 house driveway. Sonya coldly requested she removed the body away from her house and instructed her to do sanitation with kirk and scruffy instead. Windsong then said Fuck you, fuck sanitation, fuck c4 and began hitting sonyas car with a wrench. Sonya then jumped out of the car with a knife and windsong attempted to hit sonya. Sonya stabbed windsong. She then drove windsong to the hospital where windsong went into the ICU. Windsong after getting out of the ICU contacted C4 by email stating " idk if i was kicked out or what but if not i was leaving anyway. love you all and will miss you, except sonya. ". Sonya felt relieved from this outcome and felt it was best as she felt windsong was getting too comfortable with her and sonya felt she could focus on business without the complexity of friendships. Sonya has since felt guilty about her actions since talking to her daughter Susie about it. With Susie calling into question why sonya would stab windsong over trash, revealing that sonya was looking for a way out of caring for anyone new. Since the talks with Susie, sonya has been calling windsong from a payphone for days/weeks and staying silent. TBC

(Please see "Hair Heist" arc first before proceeding) After kidnapping of Siobhan it seems that Sonya and the Mayor as well as Siobhan have mended fences. Max has tried to actually help Sonya get Billy Thorne by setting him up but the attempts have been unsuccessful. Sonya has since helped out Siobhan by killing and ocean dumping Vingle Dan and Siobhan is the ammo supplier of C4. Sonya is hoping that the Mayor or Siobhan whomever has the power will be able to assist her in getting a food vendor stall and possibly the Mojito Inn. Sonya is very insistent on getting Max and Siobhan to move to Paleto.  Max and Siobhan have also been very supportive with all the spy/intelligence technology that Ferst is unlocking through his news job and have actually added him to their cabinet and are having him spy on certain people. Early May 2024, Siobhan, the mayor and Sonya happened upon each other outside the Paleto gas station and caught up. Siobhan was complaining about someone named Ollie O’Farrell who said he needed help from Siobhan to figure out his place/function in the city as he doesn’t make good decisions in life and eventually says his plan/goal was to arm EMS to overthrow the government, install a dictatorship with him as overlord. He eventually held up Siobhan and kidnapped her and made her go to a pier and told her all his diabolical plans. Sonya wanted to take care of him, with Siobhan or someone to set Ollie up. Unfortunately they couldn’t get ahold of him. This talk did end up Sonya asking Max and Siobhan how their finances are and how soon the could move to Paleto. Sonya offered them $100k, and a $150k interest free loan to get them more committed to making the move. Sonya then offered them a tour of the C4 houses and this ended up in Sonya giving Max and Siobhan 500 bags of weed so that they could build up their rep and be able to start selling in Paleto. Max and Siobhan were able to do a late night weed run but at the very end got pulled over and had to give up the car so they did. Or complete the run fully. The next day the C4 crew helped Siobhan do a successful weed run and have offered their services to her whenever she has time to do them as getting her reputation up is priority. Later that same day Sonya was finally able to catch up and kidnap Ollie and unfortunately had to put him down as he was on the phone and was telling the person on the other end what was happening instead of keeping his mouth shut. Sonya told him while he was down to not mess with Siobhan and didn't ocean dump him so that he wouldn't forget what she told him. They grabbed his sim card and gave it to Siobhan and the Mayor. Sonya gave Siobhan $100k loan and she and Max sold their trailer. With the money she and Max finally bought a house in Paleto. Ferst helped Siobhan move stuff from the trailer to the house. ...Please see "Shadow Members" section for the follow up to this arc/section/story. After getting established in Paleto and getting familiar with the neighbors and the happenings Max and Siobhan decided that they were ready to become members of C4 but that they need to and should be shadow members as their current jobs, roles, and positions strictly state that they can not be part of any gang. On May 13th, 2024 Max and Siobhan adorned bomb handler suits and were driven to Humane Labs and Research which is the secret initiation spot for C4. They went through the initiation speech and promises and then they were each given a stone and they both stood and they their stones at the gas canister and shockingly and for the first time ever Max was still standing after the explosion. They crew rushed Siobhan to the hospital to treat her injuries and then they all went up north and were given keys to the Flamingo house.
 Sonya is worried that Siobhan and Max's popularity could go down and end up costing them Siobhan's election chances. The way the city is and works throwing a woman under the bus or using one as a scapegoat is usually par for the course. Sonya doesn't want to pursue Max and Siobhan for info on what's going on, she's going to wait for them to come to her to let her know. In either case she's going to tell them what she thinks/the truth and not sugarcoat anything. While dealing weed and waiting to hear from Max and/or Siobhan Sonya was scrolling through YellowPages and noticed that Gary Kebun had a listing and had a hashtag #MissYouDogPound. Sonya called Gary and found out that the mayor had ended Dog Pound and taken away their keys. Gary said that Carmine decided it would be a good idea to take Chang Gang out for work release program after they did a 6 hour riot and during work release time a black and white car shot everyone down and Richard, the CG lap dog, released all of CG and helped them escape. Gary is worried about not being able to help rehabilitate people anymore and the prison will soon be run the police. Gary ended the call wit hoping that his dad, Mr. K., fries in the execution chair.  Sonya met up with Uncle T and had a discussion about CG, Max and Siobhan, and the situation. She feels the only way to settle this is to have Max and Mr. K. meet and basically end up paying off CG. She recalls the police never being able to protect Siobhan as she was kidnapped a few times before joining C4, she wants Max and Siobhan to be able to work with all the crims in Los Santos and be able to flourish or does she just sit back and brush them off a just "shadow members" and let Max learn the hard way? Uncle T feels like Max might have to learn the hard way or he might never learn of what he's going up against. Going up against K pretty much means you are blacklisting yourself from the crim underworld. Max called Sonya and they met and had a discussion where Sonya brought up all the points that she brought up in her previous discussions with Ferst and Uncle T. Sonya brought up the East Side Ballaz and how they went up against CG and at the click of CG's fingers the whole
 In order for max to maintain the utmost respect and maintain integrity in the highest position of authority for the police department as commissioner, he has had to step back from all criminal ongoing operations within C4, however, he is still involved in any non-criminal going ons + is used by Sonya for advice on political issues within and external to the gang. It seems as though Max will maintain his position as commissioner for the foreseeable future. Siobhan, however has been deputized as is not held to the same integrial standard as max, which is why Sonya and Siobhan still hang out and sell weed and talk about criminal ongoings. What started out as teaching someone to not go randomly searching through other people's cars has since turned into a war over 20 materials... Sonya was with Justin Kidd and Dee Mented/2.0 and Prior when she noticed someone vulturing around through car trunks and specifically Dee's trunk, Sonya ran over and shouted "What the hell you doing?" and stabbed the guy. Sonya ended up telling the guy off and robbing some stuff off of him. Later in the day Sonya and Susie were hanging out in front of the flamingo house when a blacked out car rolled up and a guy was heard shouting "Hey Sonya I would say put your hands up but you didn't give me that courtesy" and then shot Sonya down. Sonya was okay with being downed as she figured "I got him, he got me" and they were square. The next day Denzel Wallace, the man whom was downed and then downed Sonya the previous day, called Sonya and said that he wanted his 20 materials back or he and his crew were going to have to go to war with C4 until they get back what was owed. Sonya said that having a war over 20 materials seemed kind of out there but she wasn't going to give him anything. Sonya reached out to Siobhan to set up Denzel and jsut as about C4 was going to make the move Siobhan said it was off and then next thing you know C4, consisting of Sonya, Joe, and Kenny were being chased and shot at by multiple cars, Sonya ended up wrecking the car and flying out the windshield. After the commotion Sonya found out that Denzel had recruited/asked for help from the Ballas which she was dumbstruck by, especially for a war over 20 materials. She thought that Denzel and Civ gang were the ones she would be fighting. After getting up and reconnecting with Kenny and Ferst she was still deciding on if she should just pay Hydra 100k to take care of it since it's involving the Ballas that didn't need to be involved. Until she figures out what to do she asked Ferst to start looking into them and putting up cams and listening in on their calls. After Sonya went to bed Uncle T woke up and went and had a discussion with Denzel and afterwards sent and email to all of C4 to not go out hunting until Sonya and Uncle T have had a talk, best this be settled then lose a bunch of money. Sonya replied to the email that she wanted to kill Denzel but that she will hear Uncle T out. The following day, Sonya was awake and couldn't wait to go out and hunt but she held as long as she could and decided call Denzel and figure out what him and Uncle T discussed and discuss terms of war but what ended up happening is that her and Denzel started to get the know one another and they both realized that Denzel was pretty much like Pigeon and at the time he called Sonya wanting his materials back was actually just a joke as he felt he needed to at least have a discussion after shooting her in her driveway and that Sonya not knowing that he's like Pigeon kind of mistook the call and intentions behind it. They soon discussed their histories in the city and eventually just decided not to go to war as it was more like him and her were the only ones in their crews that wanted to go to war. He also made it clear that when they talked on the phone previously her threatening him with her gang of 10+ coming to hunt him while he was the only one in his gang around was the reason he included the Ballaz, which Sonya seeing his side kind of understood. She email C4 calling off the war due to Denzel's silver tongue soon after they ended their discussion. |

Justin Kidd and Justin Demarco were doing weed runs in the south side when they happened upon Brandon Valentino and they had a quick chat then the chat kind of broke down when Brandon said that the tax for doing that type of business down here is a present and Justin Kidd said "oh, do you want a knife?" and Brandon took that as a threat and asked "like give me the knife or stab me?" Justin replied with all you have to do is say yes. Brandon said yes and then Justin stabbed Brandon in the chest.  C4 was not happy and let Brandon decide what should happen to Justin. They all met up at the C4 initiation spot where Brandon made Justin geta six-sided die from his car and said if you roll a 1, 3, or 6 then I blow you up with the gas tank, if you roll a 2 or 4 and Brandon shoots Justin in the head. If Justin rolls a 5 he lives. Justin apologized to Sonya and thanked her for giving him a chance and somewhat believing in him. Justin walked over to the gas canister and rolled 5, Brandon said "I lied" and shot him in the head. Sonya loaded Justin's body into Brandon's car and Brandon dropped him off at the hospital and a short time later Justin was pronounced dead.  After the tsunami, C4 met up at the beach and Sonya disposed of the murder gun and discussed what had happened and the whats/ifs. If you play silly games you win silly prizes and unfortunately Justin Kidd ended up dead. Beatrice and Alec were determined to be off-limits. Sonya met up with Brandon and Uncle T to discuss as well and catch Uncle T up. Brandon gave Sonya a gun to replace the one he used. They called up Justin Demarco and explained to him about hanging around and handling a wild card like Justin Kidd and to be careful and put it as a life lesson that they (Uncle T and Brandon) don't want to happen again. |

(Please see "Weed Empire & Turf in Paleto" arc for info leading up to this) Sonya is exclusively getting weed from the guild now, which means that Pigeon is no longer in the mix as well as Windsong for that reason and other reasons. Its the district, civ gang, c4, the guild, contractors and possibly other groups that sonya is unaware of that have the blessing of the growers to sell in Paleto. Some cops have been snooping around and have taken to manning the water tower and taking photos so all the groups are being aware and cautious. After a fight with Happy Windsong drove up to Paleto to get away and stopped for gas at the gas station. Sonya happened to pull up next to her and after a bit of freaking out Windsong and Sonya started talking. Windsong described how she had pushed a lady named Sheila Michaels into a train and was able to get away with it. Sonya said before Windsong divulged any more illegal activities they should move somewhere else, so they go to the flamingo house. Windsong said that she's been missing Sonya. Sonya didn't want her to leave and didn't expect to what happened to happen. Sonya said at the end of the day she can't have C4 members attacking her and her car and getting to close to her. After some reconciling Sonya mentioned that she saw Happy D'Klown across the street as the Clowns have bought that house. Windsong offered to supply Sonya with weed. Sonya said she was happy with what she currently has going on. Windsong said that there is going to be a war ad the Clowns are planning to go to war with the Guild. Sonya told Windsong that there are five groups using the one supplier and they all will go to war with the Clowns and would easily stomp them out of Paleto. Windsong brushed that off with okay not her problem, she doesn't even live up here. Sonya took Windsong's offer as a threat on her weed business - Coming into someone else's territory and offering to be supplier and threatening a war. Windsong, scared, asked Sonya if she was going to shoot her to which Sonya replied not right now and with that Windsong ran out of the house. After Windsong left, Sonya called a meeting with the Guild and Pigeon to discuss what she learned from Windsong. Guild said that Clowns have three properties that could be multipurposed to grow weed and that they are selling currently in La Puerta area. The last Sonya heard was that the clowns wanted to be in Grapeseed but maybe there are no properties available and they are just waiting an Paleto. She doesn't have issue with them living in Paleto as long as they don't fuck shit up. Pigeon suggests calling Chatterbox to have a discussion and see what their plan is. Kirk Jerkems from the Clowns came over to the flamingo house, Chatterbox was not able to make it. Sonya asked what their intentions with the weed game are. Kirk said they are currently pushing Chain Gang's strain. Kirk said the only thing he'd want to push in Paleto is Delver Lee down a hill but they were not going to push weed as that would be shitting where they eat. Sonya repeated what Windsong had told here to Kirk and Kirk kind of threw it off as Windsong being mad at Kirk's wife, Sheila, for beating up Windsong - a crime of passion type thing. He reiterated that they have soo much dope to push in La Puerta that they don't have time to push in Paleto. Chatterbox called Kirk and decided to come the meeting. Chatterbox when asked what the clown's intentions of the weed game were he said to Kill Benji Ramos and the The Company and take over Sandy Shores. Basically the Clowns want a place of their own and Sandy Shores is in a power vacuum with the Company separating. Sonya told Chatterbox what Windsong had said and Chatterbox says that she was missing and didn't get the recent memo that Sandy Shores in the plan. Burt Beans told Chatterbox and Kirk what has been going on in Paleto and all the people involved. The main enemy of Paleto dealers/pushers is the police. The Clowns were bartering for bricks lower than what Barry was selling them for and the meeting kind of ended. Guild and C4 say to be honest the best would be for the clowns to go for Sandy Shores. Sonya told Berry she would understand him selling to them for less. But if they chose war that she would make it very, very difficult. The clowns have stayed down south and out of Paleto. Murphy initially didn't want his hands to get too dirty but has since come around to possibly owning a property in his name that C4 could operate out of. Mojito Inn... Elizabeth Remington/3.0 has joined the C4 in an associate role and her and Sonya have discussed her running the upcoming restaurant that would be fronted by Murphy. It is has also come to the attention of Sonya the Remington lives in a house with seven other cops and she gets the scoop from Remington about what the cops are up and what she hears around the house of cops. Lizzy is the official trash queen of Paleto where she routinely delivers 100s of bags of trash to the Flamingo house's doorsteps which helps greatly with parts and materials. Sonya sees a big need to get a restaurant opened in Paleto as there is a lack of food up there and actually approached Murphy about going half in owning the restaurant and having a civ (someone clean) be the "owner"/front of it. This property about support everyone in Paleto as well as be another property to do illicit activities in as well, but for Sonya the big thing would be getting Murphy finally involved in C4 in someway. They are currently looking at the old Mojito Inn location. What they have found out from Leah Strong is that currently they'd need to get a food vendor booth at the Senor Buns plaza and start working out of there and then that would open up the possibility to get an actual brick and mortar location somewhere else when the times comes. The guild (Barry & Eve) has offered to supply the restaurant with high quality food, they are already growing corn, onion and carrots. On May 27th/28th, 2024 Brandon, Sonya, and Uncle T were thirds in on a commercial property in Paleto (across street from the Hen House and the Barber shop) with the idea of turning it into a restaurant. The idea was that Sonya would run her restaurant idea out of here until the Mojito Inn property becomes available to purchase and Brandon and Uncle T can use the back/behind the scenes area for Butt Coin mining and for Mafia related meetings. Once the Mojito Inn property is available Uncle T will buy Sonya out and then the restaurant will be renamed and redesigned to Cold Cuts & Cannolis. Since there are no restaurant/food stall mechanics available for restaurants Sonya has worked out a deal with The Clowns and Alexander Bones to buy their food from their stall and resell it up in Paleto at a markup. The workers at The Paleto Bistro will buy the food from the clowns and then keep the rest, so its a lucrative job for workers/servers. Opening Night at The Paleto Bistro was June 3/4 2024. |

Due to some of the Paleto regulars, associates, and C4 members either being robbed or held up by members of Black Lotus C4 and the Guild have come together to form an alliance against them and to tell friends and foes apart C4 and all others in Paleto will be wearing white bandanas on their arms so that they are not friendly fire. There has been a change to the Gang/hideout app that only allows 25 people to push weed in a certain predefined "turf." The Guild was able to claim a satellite that designated their turf to be Paleto, but a problem was still lingering only 25 people could push weed, that is not a lot of spots for all the groups that are holding down Paleto - Guild, C4, TBD, and Not HOA. Kayn Larp was working with Burt Beans and Sonya and trying to figure out which groups get how many people and which people. This change just happened and they group expected it to possibly keep changing over the few days so they felt that any decisions made quickly might be able to not be a permanent and changes could be made. the 25 people's efforts would count towards a leveling system that opens the turf/app to upgrades. The next day, Kayn (Yeager) found out that a hideout could contain one main computer tied to the gang app and then other computers that would allow the people on those secondary computers to sell weed in the turf - but their efforts would not count towards gang/turf progress in leveling. |

On June 20, 2024. Sonya found out that Kenny Cushman was ocean dumped and then the following day she finds out from Ferst Temple that there is a recording of Murphy Braun that has been sold of him snitching out the C4 weed operation and that Max and Siobhan are part of C4. After listening to the recording, Sonya is unsure of how Murphy knows all this. But once Sonya knew Murphy knew she knew that CG now knows.
 While visiting Kenny in the ICU Sonya pulled a gun on two doctors in front of Siobhan while Siobhan was on duty as a cop. For not shooting Sonya and letting her go, PD high command placed Siobhan on suspension pending a high command council to fire her from the PD and investigate her for criminal charges. Thirty minutes after being forced off duty for her suspension Siobhan was kidnapped and tortured for hours by Chang Gang resulting in lacerations to her face.

On July 10th, 2024 Sonya was informed by Hunter that earlier in the day he saw that Justin Demarco had died on Twatter but not sure how or why. Sonya called Justin's ex-girlfriend Beatrice Merzhin and was informed that Justin was hit by a vehicle outside of the hospital randomly and succumbed to the injuries. Sonya was enraged that she never got the opportunity to do it herself and was actually worried that Mr. Kebun would think that she or C4 had done it. She was not able to get into town for a few days after finding out the news of Demarco's death. During the time Sonya was not able to connect with Mr. K. he went up to Paleto and went on a killing spree as "PP" the Paleto Punisher and asked everyone he stabbed or shot if they had killed Demarco. He did this a few days in a row and actually got really close to killing Alec. Finally, July 14th, Sonya got in the city when Mr. K. was around and they finally had a meeting, Sonya assumed that she was going to her "death" but still wanted to protect her crew and take any punishment that Mr. K. had coming for them through her. They had a meeting when Mr. K. did assume that Sonya wouldn't have just run over Demarco and had done it another way. But he still didn't fully believe that all of C4 was in the clear and assumed that a member might have done it - he even mention Ferst - but Sonya assured him that no of them would have done anything. She explained that she and C4 were dedicated to making Paleto better and making it a place for people to come to. Sonya explaining C4's ambitions with Paleto struck a chord in Mr. K. and he asked Sonya what he thought of Andi and Bobby Charles, the two candidates running in Paleto. Once Sonya gave her opionons on both Mr. K. decided that instead of something bad happening to C4, like a punishment, that they would all need to get Bobby Charles elected in Paleto.

After her talk and given quest from Mr. K. Sonya went around and got about 20-30 people to vote for Bobby Charles that night. She tol everyone in C4 to vote for him and Nino as well. Sonya felt pretty accomplished with the amount of votes she was able to secure in such a short amount of time that she felt that Bobby possibly had a chance with her help. The day after the campaigning and talk, Mr. K. went on a killing spree in Paleto, killing 13 people and has asked them all the same question of "did you kill Demarco." While Mr. K. was masked up and working alone once Sonya heard about a person going around killing randoms people and asking about Demarco she was pretty certain it waw Mr. K. Soon Mr. K. would start his day cruising around Paleto and soon getting his overall victim count up in the 50s. Mr. K. was calling himself "pp" or the Paleto Punisher. The Sheriff's office even had stings and undercover cops hiding around Paleto but whenever they almost had Mr. K. the members of CG would come to his rescue. Sonya also felt that Mr. K. doing this was a breech of their deal and she immediately stopped campaigning for Bobby Charles and soon told everyone in C4 to vote for Andi Jones. She also told everyone in C4 to kind of stay out of Paleto during the day to avoid the police and the killer. Andi Jones won the mayoral race for Blaine County. She beat out Bobby by over 100 votes. PP slowly stopped showing up but he's week or so of havoc basically caused most of the Guild to stop showing up and soon Sonya might have to find another source of product. |

Sonya was getting her weekly tarot reading from Beatrice and during the pulling of the cards The Tower card was pulled. While some think that the Tower card is not a bad thing and means impending change which could be good, Sonya immediately thinks doom and gloom. So for Sonya's terrible day it started off with her finding out that Reggie from Hades gang bought up two newly available warehouses in Paleto. Her back up plan of buying Paleto Pets from the Guild and using that space as a farm until pets are back in the city and then selling back to the Guild falling through. Then she finds out that the night before that Hunter had a run in with the Manor and now potentially C4 and Manor could be at war. But that's not all, Jordan while outside her house taking a break from decorating a stranger showed up on the back porch and kept confronting/walking towards her while she had her gun drawn and she ended up shooting this person. She had heard of the PP killings and that is why she was so cautious and defensive. It turned out to be Mr. K. who she shot and the police didn't have enough to tie this incident to PP. Sonya after hearing everything almost decided to go back to sleep but she was determined to smooth as much of it as she could but soon found out that Brandon and Uncle T were working on dealing with the Manor to make sure there was no war. Jordan was being harassed by Conan Clarkson for the day of the shooting but that stopped after a day and then nothing really happened after that. Since CG and C4 are on different time zones they never really meet so that discussion/issue could just fade away with time. Sonya did decide to reorganize all the properties and turned the smoke shop into the farm so that they could begin growing more. She also worked out a deal with Billy to use one of his properties as a restaurant and sold off her half of the Paleto Bistro to Uncle T. |

One night while Brandon was going up to one of his usual spots to sling weed he came upon Connell MacGregor from TBD gang holding up two of his contractors (Tiny Tony & Luca). Brandon asked what this was about and McGregor said that its an issue with Barry and since he can't find Barry he's shaking down anyone that is selling his weed and has said/warned about this for a week, Brandon was just not first hearing of this and was asking McGregor to put the gun down and they could talk it out but McGregor was not having it and then out of nowhere Sonya who saw the commotion from down the road had climbed up a different roof and she started blastin' and while she was downed it gave Brandon, tony, and Luca the time to take down McGregor and she said to wipe him clean and when she gets on her feet she's going to kick TBD out of Paleto. After the hospital, during the ride back up to Paleto Sonya explained to Brandon that this is really all about Billy giving the satellite to C4 instead of TBD and that TBD were jealous. She goes on to reason that C4 sells and pushes the most up in Paleto, owns the most property and spends more time up there so why wouldn't they get the satellite? McGregor had also called during the ride but the talk soon broke down into them screaming over each other and ended with Sonya saying "it's on site McGregor." After getting back in Paleto Sonya, Brandon, Tony, and Luca went to TBD's house to try to either have a talk or have a shoot out but TBD members had locked themselves inside and were yelling at C4 to leave their property. So now with C4 and TBD kind of "at war" tentatively Sonya started stock piling weapons and supplies for war. Future Hendrix was a big help with supplying supplies and gave his blessing on C$ being able to attack TBD if TBD is selling on the Besties turf. It was all hands on duty for the first night but unfortunately no one from TBD had woken up during the time frame that C4 was around. C4 did collectively piss on TBD's house doorstep.  About an hour or two after the picture was taken and posted on twatter and most of the crew went to bed. Walker and Nick noticed a white and black car circling the street outside of the Flamingo house. They soon started calling other members of C4 when the two cars started smashing into the parked cars in the driveway. While it took them a bit to organized Ferst, David, Skyler came in from the city. Skyler didn't have a gun so David said might as well cause havoc with some knuckle dusters. So as the three arrived from the city and were in position, Walker and Nick pushed from inside Flamingo to outside and a fire fight ensued. Hunter was able to get across from his house to the top of Wallies. But just as the shootout started all the cars in Flamingo driveway blew up causing lots of confusion. Walker was gunned down, Walker was trying to ensure that the door to flamingo house was locked and kind of saw the best of both worlds (inside and outside the house) for a few seconds as we rounded to the back yard, Nick was still up and ran around to the front of the house but soo succumbed to his wounds. Skyler ran around to the driveway and knocked out a gunman and then knocked out another gunman in front of Wallies before she succumbed to her wounds. David, Ferst, and Hunter secured the scene and robbed the TBD members then took the C4 members to the hospital. After a few run ins with single members of TBD, Sonya caught up with with Jenny Hall outside her house and just asked if they were still at war. Jenny said probably not since they were different time zones and barely saw each other. So that was the end of the war. |

On August 13th, 2024 while helping Alec farm Sonya got a call from Jason Tyrell from Already Dead MC who asked her if she had received a text from the hospital to which Sonya replied she did not, he then went on to tell her that Jessi was shot by a cop and died. She got who the doctor was that worked on Jessi - which was Beatrice. She then got in her car and started her revenge, she called Alec to let her know what was up and to make sure everything with C4 was good and would stay good. She went to the hospital and got info from a doctor on duty and was explained what they tried to do to save Jessi, Sonya asked which cop was it, the doctor didn't know. As Sonya was driving away she saw a police car getting hit around by some other cars and tried to intercept and kidnap the officer, she wasn't able but was soon able to catch him at MRPD and she kidnapped him to find out who killed Jessi. Sonya took the officer to the dam and held him up and demanded him to get on radio and ask who killed Jessi Adler. As other officers arrived she was still not given the info that she demanded so in front of other officer she stabbed the kidnapped one and she was gunned down. She was taken to ICU. After waking from ICU, Sonya was still on her mission. She deposited all her money to Alec, just incase. She was able to speak to some ADMC members and of the three only one would tell her that it was Rein Synnefo that killed Jessi. Sonya was driving around the city looking for any cop to seek revenge and/or get closer to Rein with. She found and officer at the Food court and she stabbed him after he wasn't being cooperative. Stabbing the officer in the food court lead to a police chase where Sonya was caught and downed. While in her jail cell Sonya started scribbling out of madness that she had "3 down more to go" and other sayings about Jessi all over the holding cell walls.  After being processed she was taken to jail where she got on the phone with Nick and wanted him to get a few people from C4 to kidnap a marshal and bring him to the fence outside the jail. Nick and the crew were successful but unfortunately the commanding officer on the scene didn't let the talk play out with the marshal to confirm if Rein did it or not and the crew was gunned down. Sonya disgusted with what just played out went into the jail/meeting area and was followed by the DOC member on duty who was commanding her to stop but Sonya knocked out the DOC member and took her weapons and soon waited for the police to arrive. Unfortunately she wasn't able to take anymore down. She was then taken to Max Security section of prison. Later that day Gary Kebun was on duty as DOC and get a call to feed the prison in Max Security to much to his surprise was his old business partner Sonya and they soon had a quick "talk" which was mostly of Sonya scaring the life out of Gary and she soon intimated him to let her out of Max Security so that she could get back to her mission. Gary let her out and she disappeared into the desert. A few days later Alec met up with Sonya at a camp that she had set up in the desert. Sonya called Carmella and asked her "how'd you like to make $100,000?" Carmella said she's listening. Sonya explained that he killed her daughter and he is a cop. Carmella said she would do it for half as she knew/asked if it was Jessi. So Carmella would "seduce" Rein where he would be caught off guard enough so that Sonya could kidnap him. Sonya stole a car and went to the city to wait for Carmella's call. Carmella called and said she's waiting for him at the vault, so Sonya headed that way. Sonya was able to hold up Rein and shot his FTO in her head before she could do anything. Sonya had Rein get in the car. After a few moments Sonya introduced herself as "Jessi Adler's Mother" and asked why he killed her. They began arguing back and forth and had Rein show her where Jessi died. She had him get out of the car and had Rein say over the radio "I'm Rein Synnefo, I killed Jessi Adler and now Sonya Summers is going to kill me." then she shot him in the head and drove away. On her way away from the scene she took out three police cars/officers. Sonya called Alec to let her know to transfer $50,000 to Carmella and they she was going to keep going until she gets caught. She headed up to Sandy Shores PD to look for more officers but none where there.

Sonya was able to acquire the house that the clowns owned and she was able to work out an deal with Georgina Williams to start a weed grow-op in the basement while Sonya lives in the top floor. Sonya spent her time designing and decorating her living-space and Windsong quickly got the grow-op up and running. Sonya was able to get the blessing from Barry and the Guild for C4 to starting growing and supplying itself with weed. Soon Sonya would find herself as being able to offer the highest quality and most lucrative weed strain. Sonya was able to convince Nick Bagel to buy the Paleto Pit Stop from her and so that he could establish a hangout of sorts for the citizens of Paleto that offered food and car repairs (with C4 members doing the repairs). They had multiple opening parties and even had Windsong perform on a couple of occasions. The Pit Stop does steady business when there are C4 members around to run it. Unfortunately, Nick still has to rely on food stalls in the city to be able to get food to serve. Sonya believes that nothing is going to be done to the Pit Stop to allow food making and that she might need to buy a food stall at a high up-charge from a gang to be able to keep the Pit Stop and any other business in Paleto stocked with food. |

After nine months of successfully establishing and running C4 with little or no issues and surprisingly not being ocean-dumped Sonya felt it might be time to step back the scope of C4 and reduce operations and allow members to "spread their wings." Also with a recent state announcement that potentially the economic stability might not be everlasting and could soon crumble again without much current progress happening. Sonya felt that C4 has allowed all its members to be successful and it was time for them to take that success and try to start their own thing until the impending economic collapse. After the collapse it would be all steam ahead again with C4 reestablishing itself again. Sonya will keep her weed business of Windsong growing and her selling to anyone that wants the best weed in the city as long as it's being sold on the turf in Paleto. But as far as Sonya was concerned she was "retired" where she'd just push weed and not burn herself out trying to manage multiple businesses and people and still keep the idea of re-establishing C4 after the next economic collapse fresh. |
