When Sonya first returned to the city, she was working on packer runs with Gomer, during which she discussed the idea of establishing a new criminal organization focused on the manufacture and distribution of explosives. With Gomer's help, they chose the name C4. Sonya then brought Kirk Seeman and Justin Demarco on board as the first members of the group. Jessie Adler and Billy Thorne were also included in the inaugural meeting of C4. Over time, C4 expanded with new objectives and goals, and now operates exclusively out of Paleto. They manage multiple properties and businesses in the far north and are typically active during the AU timezone.
