Cerberus Business Protection Department was a private security business founded by Max Larson and Xavier Sin under direction of Cerberus. The C.B.P.D. worked security for Rooster's Rest, Cerberus, and Mayor Mickey S.
History[]
Upon acquiring the Cerberus Business Center, Lang Buddha presented the idea to Dean Watson and Leslie Lingberg that his Rooster's Rest security should now become its own company and expand its security services from the restaurant to all Cerberus Businesses. At the Clean Manor Christmas party, Lang pulled aside both Max Larson and Xavier "Xay" Sin and presented them the new plans and opportunity. Both Max and Xay were ecstatic and excited for the future. Lang had Max make up a proposal and present it to Mayor Emma Gaine and the business was approved.
Once approved, Max and Xay began the transfer process, appointing trusted Rooster's security team members Jaxxon Jones, Riley Carter, Albert Intelligence, and Hess Blade as directors. The business went through several name changes during this time, eventually moving away from the Greek mythos and settling on Cerberus Business Protection Department. Publicly, the C.B.P.D. has been assembled to act as security for Cerberus sponsored events, and will be a retailer of security cameras in the future.
On February 24, 2022, Lang approached Xay at Rooster's Rest for an update on the hiring process. During this meeting, Lang proposed to have the team starting pushing weed from Rooster's Ranch on the streets, a venture he previously pitched but never saw off the ground. Upon receiving the first batch the following day, Lang instructed Max to have the team start cornering the product to build reputation for larger runs. The main goal of this project was to vet newer members of the team for future work.
By the end of October 2022, Xavier "Xay" Sin had gotten bored working security and resigned as CEO.

CERB-CON[]
On March 16, 2022, Cerberus paid C.B.P.D. $100,000 to handle security at the Cerberus Business Center for CERB-CON, a Cerberus Business Seminar where Leslie Lingberg, Dean Watson, Lang Buddha, and Harry Brown answered questions from aspiring business people.
Bunny's Mayoral Campaign[]
Cerberus hired C.B.P.D. to guard their mayoral candidate Sabith "Bunny" Cohen at public events, starting with the press conference of her mayoral campaign announcement on March 22, 2022 at the Cerberus Business Center. C.B.P.D. then guarded Bunny at the Mayoral Debate (moderated by Judge Alan Crane) at the Vinewood Bowl, Bunny's Pitchers party, a BYOBMX bike race at Vinewood Racetrack, and other public appearances. Due to Chang Gang's escalating election violence on behalf of their mayoral candidate Ramee El-Rahman, the C.B.P.D. continued to guard Bunny after she won the mayoral election.
Hero Wine[]
On April 20, 2022, Lang Buddha tasked C.B.P.D. with security for the Hero Wine vineyard and wine barrel shipments.
Cerberus Industries Product Reveal Event (Wingsuits)[]
On May 3, 2022, C.B.P.D. worked security for a private black tie event on the rooftop of the Diamond Casino and Resort, where Cerberus Industries unveiled their exclusive new wingsuit product. Leslie Lingberg, Dean Watson, Lang Buddha, and Harry Brown flew in on wingsuits as fireworks peppered the skies. The event featured live music, plane flyovers, and a wingsuit raffle. The next day, the C.B.P.D. guarded Nancy Drew's transports of wingsuits to paying customers.
BBMC Business Presentation[]
On May 17, 2022, Nancy hired the C.B.P.D. for show at a business meeting between her, Mayor Bunny, and the Bondi Boys MC at the Cerberus office. Bunny approved the BBMC's Benson's Backalley Motors proposal.
Cerberus Industries Product Reveal Event (Ramps)[]
On June 3, 2022, the C.B.P.D. worked security and ticket sales at the Cerberus Arena for Cerberus Industries CEO Nancy Drew's stunt show, where she unveiled their new ramp product to the public.
Wedding Ceremony of Kitty and Goofy[]
Marlo Stanfield paid the C.P.B.D. $45,000 for private security for Kitty Dream & Octavio Stenberg's wedding on June 18, 2022 at Pacific Bluffs.
Mayor Mickey S Security Detail[]
The C.B.P.D. guarded Mickey S during and after his successful mayoral race. On July 8, 2022, Mayor Mickey paid the C.B.P.D. over six million dollars from the State Account for government security in the month of June. After Lang Buddha paid himself one and a half million dollars of that money in "construction fees" for the Split Sides club, he began draining millions of dollars from the Tartarus account. Mickey paid the C.B.P.D. more monthly six million dollars payments on August 3, 2022, August 27, 2022, and September 7, 2022 (with another million dollars as a reelection & campaign security bonus).
Cerberus Internship Reality Competition[]
The C.B.P.D. handled security for Creative Director Marlo Stanfield's reality competition for aspiring Cerberus interns. During the day 1 interviews on June 14, 2022, Appie Turk gunned down Xavier Sin for "disrespect" because he tried to confiscate his class-2 weapon at the Cerberus Business Center. Day 2 challenges started on June 28, 2022 at Burn Island. The day 3 "trade up" challenge started from the meeting room at the Cerberus Business Center on July 5, 2022. The competition concluded on the day 4 finals on July 12, 2022, when Elena Vega won Marlo's "Intern Trivia Champion Cerberus Extravaganza" game show where eight contestants in a 3 x 3 grid of offices had to text answers to trivia questions.
PD Prom[]
In a security nightmare on July 1, 2022, C.B.P.D. ran security for the PD Prom at Gentry Manor. The event was full of off-duty police officers, and was organized by Cassie Cupcake and Nancy Drew. When Carlitos stabbed one of the C.B.P.D., the Vagos got mad that the C.B.P.D. gunned him down. During Cassie's announcement of prom king and queen, Randy Bullet RPG'd the event.
Orpheus' First Public Demolition Derby[]
The C.B.P.D. ran security for Orpheus' first public Demolition Derby event inside of Cerberus Arena on September 15, 2022. Cerberus intern Charlie Greene and Orpheus owner Nancy Drew organized two derby car rounds and one monster truck round. Afterward, a C.B.P.D. security guard found Dwayne "Wiked" Flores unconscious in an arena car bay with head trauma.
Gold Gala[]
C.B.P.D. guarded the black tie Gold Gala event on September 30, 2022 at the Vultur Lé Culturé gallery. The Artist Studio showcased an art exhibit of 12 exclusive gold-themed paintings by 12 local artists. Music artists performed upstairs with free food and "Golden Hour" wine available.
