General Description[]

Bryce Miller is the Flight Chief at AirX Flight School. He is also the founder and owner of Sh!ts&G!ggles.

Personality[]

Bryce is an easy going and chill dude. He has a frat-boy personality and is naturally flirty. Because of his upbringing he learnt to bottle up his emotions, instead of dealing with them. Most times he coveys his emotions through pop-culture references.

He tries to maintain a positive attitude at all times. Due to this mindset he's a very neutral person in the city and maintains good relations with everyone he interacts with. If any kind of problem or conflict does come his way, he tries to solve it with words rather than dealing it with violence. He cares a lot for his friends and helps them with any problems they may have.

He loves adventures and is an avid thrill seeker.

Background Information[]

Bryce Miller comes from a rich family where his father always tried to buy his affection and mother left when he was a kid. The nanny raised him for a while until his dad banged her and left with her. His dad rarely checked up on him and just sent him money from time to time. He pretty much raised himself and he learnt how to fly planes from their butler, Jeeves.

Bryce from a young age had abandonment issues, felt like he was never loved and never learnt how to deal with emotions. Whenever he felt sad or alone he would watch cartoons, movies, and shows. He found joy in watching them and soon started to convey his emotions through pop-culture references.

After he got cut off from his family for partying too much and drinking too many mango White Claws, he decided that it was time to grow up and become a mature and successful business man.

He moved to Los Santos and enrolled at Los Santos Community College. He graduated with a major in Business and a minor in Hospitality and Tourism. He was good at Track and Field and enjoyed playing football. He was the creator and the president of Alpha Sigma Sigma, the best fraternity in Los Santos.

He dreams of money, women, and success with his new adventures.

Barbra Thunk - Ex-Girlfriend

Having met through Scruffy, Barbra quickly took a liking to Bryce and want to be adopted by him. Bryce took this as a joke and she took it seriously.

Bryce had just gone through a rough breakup with Cleo Shaw and Bryce was at at the lowest he had been for a while. Barbra came in with pick-me-ups to try and be there for him. She then eventually asked to be un-adopted.

On their first "not date" Barbra asked Bryce if they could do something fun together. Bryce then set a boundary that he was not ready for something right now consider what he had just gone through. They tried climbing Mount Gordo, reached the peak but ended up hurting themselves in the process.

The two spent a lot more time together, Bryce eventually was reciprocating the flirting until eventually he takes her on a heli ride after jokingly telling Winston Walker that Barbra and him are going on date. Later confirming that wasn't indeed a joke. The two starts forming a romantic relationship and eventually on their second date, they both agree to put a label in it.

While Bryce was out of the city, Barbra and Kiki Pendragon get a call from Aurora Sparks for a pickup after having been left at grandmas by Scruffy Doodle. They later run into him again and while jokingly trying to kidnap him, they take him to the shore. Barbra pulls out a gun and gives it to Aurora. After exclaiming that she had no bullets, Scruffy pulls out his gun and blasts Aurora's brains out. Having just lost her best friend, she experiences panic attacks and suffers from substance abuse.

Even though he had just got out of a serious relationship that is similarly going through the same route as his current one, he still thrives to make it work and is emotionally available for Barbra. He often re-assures her from her insecurities and is very open to what he is thinking and how he is feeling as he doesn't want to make the same mistakes he did.

Cleo Shaw - Ex-Fiancé

Bryce was introduced to Cleo by Sherry Paie. The first time they met they were having back and forth banter and Sherry was trying to wingwoman for Bryce. Cleo did mention to Bryce that she doesn't trust people and that they will never ever be a thing. Few days later they decided to go on a hiking trip but both during the entire trip were establishing that it was "not a date". Both have commitment issues (Cleo because of the stuff that happened with her dad and ex-boyfriend developed trust issues and Bryce has had abandonment issues since his childhood). So they kept tip-toeing around the fact that their hangouts weren't dates. However after spending more time together and an awkward conversation later they finally agreed to go on a date. Bryce borrowed Wayne Biggz's submarine and for their first date Bryce took Cleo out to explore the ocean. After this they continued to hang out a lot more and started to get to know each other better.
Because Cleo is a cop and makes a lot of enemies and gets hunted/kidnapped on a regular basis Bryce asked her to move in with him and Flop to the beach mansion so she has a safe place to stay. Bryce, Cleo, Keanu (Bryce's dog), Mads (Cleo's pet frog (RIP)) and Reaves(Bryce and Cleo's pet frog) became a team and their team name was called Breo. After a lot more dramatic, awkward, drunk and serious hangouts/conversations they decided to be officially in a relationship.

After a discussion where Cleo suggested they take a break and Bryce declining, Dante Wolf proceeded to give Bryce his engagement ring, that he had planned on using on ex-girlfriend Nancy Drew. This was a short-lived secret as, Dante told Cleo that Bryce has an engagement ring but doesn't know if and when he would use it. At first, Bryce and Cleo were privy to the idea of being marriage; calling it a "cult". But later owned up to the idea of being married having dealt with the highs and lows of their relationship and them still being together.

Bryce later gives it to Cleo as "something to look forward to in the future". Stating that, if Cleo was "ready"; she would then give it back to Bryce as a sign of being engaged. About a week later, Cleo decided to face her fears and hike up Mt. Chilliad. At the peak, Cleo decided to pop the question "Do you want to get married, bro?". Cleo quickly took it back and played it off as checking where Bryce was at in the relationship. Bryce said yes, but Cleo committed on saying that it was just a test. Bryce then leaned on the edge of a steep slope trying to show Cleo how to bounce rocks and fell. Cleo followed after.

Both wake up at Pillbox, having no memory of what happened. Bryce, sadly, was in put in Intensive Care after his fall. Cleo, after seeing Bryce in his state, decided that life was too short to not be with Bryce. She asks Nancy Drew, who was also in the ICU room to give her a ride to their house in Chumash where she would try and get the ring to give back to Bryce as she thinks she's now ready. Upon trying to access their storage, she finds out that keyholders didn't have access to them anymore. Devastated of not being able to obtain the ring, she tells Nancy the situation. Nancy then proceeds to get her wedding band ,that she and Dante prepared for their potential wedding, to give to Cleo. After returning to the hospital, Cleo puts the wedding band on Bryce's finger.

After Bryce was okay to leave the ICU, they talk about what happened and realize that they had inherited the ex-couple's matrimonial rings. Cleo then passes the proposal responsibility to Bryce. They then realize that they've accidentally proposed to each other. They laugh about the ludicrousness of the situation and move on. After this, Cleo starts referring to her relationship with Bryce as engaged to be engaged as both of them are already taking about getting married and a wedding when they haven't been engaged yet.

After waking up from a wild dream of being engaged inside the Chang Gang compound, married in the back of a CVPI by some random woman they picked up at UwU Cafe, and surviving a zombie apocalypse together; being engaged was the only thing they remembered from the dream. Bryce then decides to pop the question, to make it official, to Cleo of making him the "happiest dude and be his dude", dude. Cleo, in delight, replies yes.

Both anticipate their wedding to be chaotic as they are.

They eventually break off their romantic relationship but still flirt, care, and love each other; one more vocal than the other. Both are currently working towards making each other better and making their rebuilding their relationship better, having gone through hell and back with and for each other. To everyone, but themselves; they are a couple. When asked what their relationship is, they reply with "It's complicated" or she's "Cleo" or "I have a Bryce"

They recently have broken all contact and are over, relationship-wise.

Mel Rickenbacker - Adoptive Father

Mel is Bryce's adoptive father, they have a complicated father/son relationship with each other where it sometimes seems like Mel cares for him, but other times he won't hesitate to hurt Bryce.

Peaches Hayabusa - Adoptive Daughter

A long time ago Bryce found Peaches loitering around MRPD. Afer talking to her for a while he found out that she was Tanner Phillips's adoptive daughter. Since Bryce and Tanner are good friends she started calling Bryce her uncle. Bryce let Peaches know that one of her adoptive mother had passed away during a boat trip and had gotten eaten by sharks. So to console Peaches, Bryce took her to the spot where her adoptive mother was killed and Peaches took her revenge on the sharks. After that she left the city for a while. Peaches recently returned back to the city and Bryce immediately recognized Peaches when he met her at Dean World. Bryce has been showing Peaches the new construction and locations around the city. He gave her 30k so she could buy her first vehicle which was a Hakuchou. After Father Tanner, left the city to go to Mexico. Left without a father figure and feeling like he was her father figure anyways, Bryce and Barbra decided to adopt Peaches.

Tessa Lamb - Best Friend
Tessa is one of Bryce's oldest and best friend. Their friendship didn't start in the best way but it was something that blossomed over time. Bryce doesn't do well with commitment. Can be selfish and abrasive. But Tessa brings the best out of him. Tessa is someone who forgives and forgives and forgives and gives people so many chances. But it paid off with Bryce, where someone she could barely tolerate ended up her best friend. They care about each other. Tessa is one of the very few people Bryce opens up to. Whenever he is in his feels or needs solid, logical advice, he turns to her. He trusts her advice and confidentiality above most other people.
Andi Jones - Best Friend
Andi and Bryce are very close friends. In the past, after many days of awkward tension between them, they had both conveyed about having feelings for each other but Bryce having commitment issues at the time and fear of it affecting their friendship decided it would be better for them to stay friends. Although after revealing her relationship with Kaleb Rush, he became jealous, and has made numerous attempts in hopes of breaking them up. Andi knows Bryce very well and expects this behavior from him so she usually ignores these antics or puts Bryce in his place. Despite this, they are still best friends and care about each other. She suggested Bryce to Jackie Snow to be a manager/flight instructor at the AirX Flight School, knowing his love for flying.
Jeffy Coldiron - Best Friend
Bryce was introduced to Jeffy by Peaches Hayabusa. They have become good friends. Jeffy often wingman's for Bryce. Both work at the All Ears booth at Dean World sometimes. Bryce hired Jeffy at AirX Flight School as a pilot.

Dawn and Bryce have become good friends. Bryce got Dawn hired as the Flight Chief Assistant at AirX Flight School. Bryce helped Dawn with her flight training and helped get her pilots license. The two get into all sorts of shenanigans around the city.
Elena Vega - Friend
Elena and Bryce have known each other for a while. As Bryce would say they were a "High-Key Low-Key" thing. Due to both of them having commitment issues they never really talked about their relationship and so were never official. They cared about each other in their own way. Elena has severe commitment issues which caused her to be unhinged sometimes where if she found out that Bryce was flirting with another girl, she would try to kill that person without hesitation.

One day when Bryce and Elena were hanging out in the casino both were high on cocaine. During this Elena accidentally hit Bryce with a saw-blade bat to the head. This caused Bryce to go to the ICU and he had amnesia. Elena was obviously sorry for what had happened and was an emotional wreck due to this incident. After a couple of days Bryce did regain his memory and things kind of went back to normal but he started having thoughts of wanting to end the "High-Key Low-Key" thing.

After this Elena wasn't around in the city as often and then left the city for over three weeks without saying anything about it to Bryce. Bryce took this as the end of their relationship and started dating others. Bryce started to spend time with Cleo Shaw and they eventually started dating. When Elena returned back to the city , Bryce called her and said that because she had left without saying anything and they were never really a serious thing, he ended the relationship. Elena disagreed to it not being a serious relationship and said that she had left because her cat had passed away. This led to a heated argument between them and Elena ended up figuring out that Bryce is dating someone and Bryce accidentally revealed that it was Cleo. Later on in that day, a disguised Elena found Bryce with Cleo and she ended up kidnapping Cleo. During the kidnapping she did not hurt Cleo but warned her that Bryce was a horrible person and that he would cheat on her too and she let her go. Then Elena called Bryce one last time and was angry about how he painted the picture that Elena was the crazy person to Cleo and was just angry about the whole situation.

Even though they are not in speaking terms now, Bryce did care about Elena and hopes that their paths cross again and that they can be friends.

Pixie Plum - Friend
Pixie was Bryce's romantic interest and one of his close friends. They were more "friends with benefits" than actually officially dating, however.
Linguini Abalone - Friend
Bryce and Linguini are good friends. Long ago Bryce found Linguini wandering in the middle of the street and ended up crashing into him. After talking with him for awhile Bryce found out that Linguini was a blind. Since then Bryce tries to help him out whenever he can. But there has been times when they hangout where it seems like Linguini can see perfectly and this makes Bryce consistently question if Linguini is actually a blind. So Bryce has put Linguini's life in danger many times in attempts of confirming if he's a blind. But every single time Linguini has ended up in the hospital. Recently Linguini got his driving license taken away for being a blind. Bryce felt bad for Linguini as his taxi driving business was how he made his living. Bryce has made numerous attempts to help get his license back to the extent where he had to argue/fight with Tessa to give him a driving test and almost lost his job at the driving school over this. Bryce was finally able to convince Tessa and the judges to give Linguini a driving test which determined if he would get his license back but unfortunately Linguini scored a -89/10 on the test. Bryce is still trying to help Linguini get his license back.
Emma Gaine - Friend/Ex-Fiancé
In an attempt to make Andi Jones jealous and call off her wedding to Kaleb Rush, Bryce went on to ask all the women that he knew if they would marry him. Emma was the only one that said yes, with a stipulation. That stipulation was that Bryce be honest in why he wanted to randomly get married. He told her that it was to make Andi jealous. Surprised that he was honest, not so much for the reason, Emma agreed.

During a court case in which Bryce was being sued for his role in someone falling off Mt Chilliad, Emma ended up being a witness, as she was on site when everything went down. She basically told the judge that Bryce is a very clumsy and an alcoholic (Bryce was drunk when the incident occurred on the mountain). This caused the judge to send Bryce to mandatory therapy for his "alcohol problem." After this court case, Bryce, being very annoyed with Emma's testimony, called off the engagement.

They're still friends and Bryce has mostly forgiven Emma for this situation they were in. #BrEmma is still a posiblity since they each have small feelings for one another.

Dante Wolf - Ex-Friend
Started off with him hating Bryce's guts for constantly flirting with Nancy Drew, they are now very close friends.
Flop Dugong - Ex-Friend
Flop and Bryce have been friends for a long time. Flop often wing-man's for him. Flop is also part of Bryce's fraternity "Alpha Sigma Sigma". They are often seen hanging out together. They are also roommates and own a beach house on great ocean highway.
