Brittany Angel is a character role-played by KylieBitkin.

General Attributes

Brittany Angel is a Judge and retired Police officer where she served for many years in multiple police departments,

She was most well known for being the lead of the High Speed Pursuit Unit and was one of the PD's most feared drivers.

She achieved incredible success in the PD as was one of the most competent and respected Officers throughout her tenure, but eventually felt that it was time to retire.

Angel is a 38-year-old Caucasian female with naturally white hair and blue eyes. Her white hair is nearly always pulled into a ponytail or bun of some sorts. Angel spends time working out (and taking steroids) and is incredibly and physically fit.

Angel lost her left arm to an RPG shot, and now has a Cybernetic arm developed by Procyon Medical to replace her lost arm, currently this is covered in synth skin.

She is an overall cheerful and happy person trying to make a difference in the city. However, she can sometimes come off as mean or insulting due to her blunt nature and no holds barred attitude. This same attitude made her one of the most effective law enforcement officers in the city. She is not afraid to do what is necessary to get results and always follows through on her promises no matter who she is dealing with. She is a stickler for the rules and following protocol, enforcing the law on criminals and SoPs on PD, and will always follow the chain of command, respecting the rank despite the person who may hold it. Despite this she is not afraid to fight for what’s important to her.

She is feared and respected by both criminals and PD alike, although those who get to know her realize she is much more approachable than she first appears and not always the alpha she presents herself as.

Since her 5-year holiday, Angel has become a lot less jaded.

Background Information

Angel has two biological sisters, Antigone West is her twin sister, and Claire Everly is their younger sister, all three of the sisters were put up for adoption at a young age with Angel and West being sent away to a separate family from Claire. Angel and West grew up together in the Liberty City, and because the two sisters spent their childhood growing up together, Angel had developed a much closer bond with West than she did with Claire.

Claire was eventually reunited with Angel and West when she was in her teens, but Angel felt that Claire didn't fit in with them at all because Claire never made a real effort of forming a true sisterly bond with them after their reunion. After a few years, Claire eventually moved away to pursue a career of becoming a police officer in a different city, leaving Angel behind with a feeling of abandonment.

Angel always wanted to be a cop and make a difference in the world, despite her mother’s insistence that she could be a porn star and make a lot more money. Instead Angel went her own way and as an adult, Angel joined the Liberty City Police Department where she worked as a police officer in the Algonquin district. With one of her main motivations for joining the PD was her hidden bloodlust and ability to legally murder people as a Cop. While she enjoyed her years working for the LCPD, she eventually decided to move to Los Santos and joined the Los Santos Police Department.

She aspired to rise through the ranks in hopes of one day being in charge of either leading the Training and Recruitments Office or the Traffic Enforcement Division within the police department, all of which she achieved by becoming Captain of the Blaine County Sheriff's Office, lead of Personnel and Training Division and lead of the High Speed Pursuit Unit.

When Angel first applied for the PD she was asked what her aspirations were as an officer. And her reply was "I want to be a Trooper", which made her interviewers laughed. Angel herself doubted this would ever happen especially due to the many setbacks she encountered in her career. However, eventually, nearly 4 years to the day, she was offered a place in the SASP, fulfilling her final career goal.

Angel lost her Arm via an RPG during a period of chaos in Los Santos that eventually led to the Sanguine war. Angel served in the war, and was instrumental in securing victory for Los Santos, by breaking a stalemate and leading the charge from her tank. She was later wounded and evacuated but her impact was not unnoticed and she was acknowledged as a war hero.

After over 5 years in Los Santos, Angel eventually retired from the PD as an acclaimed officer and war hero, taking a much needed vacation.

She had a relationship with Kyle Pred, and after they had been dating for a while, Pred decided to quit his job as a homicide detective in Maryland, and move to Los Santos so he could be with Angel. They had a tumultuous relationship and remained "engaged to be engaged" for a long time, but eventually got married.

However, after losing his job as a police officer and the Sheriff, he turned to a life of crime, something that Angel struggled to manage. This problem eventually came to a head during the Sanguine war of which they were on opposing sides. Over time, Pred called for a divorce, causing Angel to only want to fight harder against him much to the Sanguinian's dismay. Angel was critical in breaking a stalemate and lead the charge from her tank, leading to the eventual victory of Los Santos and her being declared a war hero, but Pred and Angel's relationship never recovered.

The divorce remained pending for awhile. Although they could never quite keep apart. On one fateful night Angel and Pred reconnected during which Angel quite literally blew his mind, causing Pred to have a stroke. Pred passed away doing what he loved. Their seemingly unbreakable connection was finally over.

At least that's what Angel had been telling people, the truth was that Pred had left the city, with no plans to ever return, the small lie of his death would be a simpler explanation. However, one day 6 years later Pred returned to the city. Fortunately for Angel their wedding had been unrecognised by the state with the government collapse and there were now officially Ex’s but that didnt stop Pred trying to get close with Angel once again.

Key Events

New Beginnings
Angel retired from the PD after 5 long years of service in Los Santos and sold all her belongings and went on a holiday, embracing her newly single life after losing Pred.

Angel travelled the world, spending most of her time getting massages from muscle men in the Bahamas. After a few years she eventually ran out of money and needed to find a job.

She returned to Los Santos fresh and rejuvenated. No longer stressed and jaded from life on patrol, she went seeking new employment. Having served her time in the Police, she sought a new venture and approached the DOJ for opportunities.

Judge Angel
After a few days waiting for any news, Angel called DOC chief Alan Crane. “Hello Judge Angel” he answered having just hired Angel to the DOJ as a Judge.

Angel headed down to city hall to begin her new career as a Judge. She received an onboarding and a tour of the City Hall from Crane. Her journey as a Judge had begun, she could now hold the city responsible for their crimes, not only criminals but the Police too.

First Case

Angel spent her first few weeks shadowing other judges and learning the ropes, she got her first case. A civil defamation case, “Vivek Ramasquamy vs Pilbus Shonley” Angel ruled in favour of the defendant (Pilbis), however she admonished him for his conduct during the trial and found him in contempt of court. The trial gave Angel lots of experience in handling legal and court proceedings. Her feedback from fellow Judges was all positive and gave her the confidence to handle more serious cases in the future.
