Brito's is located as a food stall in the Little Seoul Food Court. Ingredients are supplied by Chang Gang farming operations managed by Ellie Fletch.
History[]
Originally, the taco stall was owned by Cau Mau, and named for Gabby Brito. Cau and Chang Gang entered into an agreement where it remains under Cau's name, but Chang Gang has an 80% stake. This finally gave Chang Gang a direct presence in the food court.
