Background Information
Brett Biggledoinks is from Liberty City, where he lived a mundane married life as a business consultant. After noticing a coworker's recent upbeat personality, he asked what had changed. He mentioned he had gone to a seminar, and offered for Brett to join him.
Brett opted to go to the "Yes!" Seminar, but doesn't remember anything about it. He ended up in Los Santos shortly after.
General Description
Since arriving in Los Santos, Brett has (as he states) become "dead inside", after going down a dark path. He violently threatens any authority figure who suggests that he be omitted to Parsons Mental Institution - because he's "not crazy", he's brainwashed.
Brett owns a pair of headphones that he wears so that he can't hear demands, and thus cannot say "yes."
Brett has been told to murder over 30 people, has been robbed daily, and is now married to Violet van Housen since his came in the city.
