General Description
Bowser is a dog who can often be seen hanging around the South Side Taco Shop, Mission Row Police Department and Pillbox Medical Center. He can often be seen messing around with Unity the cat or Dr. Choi Zhangsun. He also rides around with various members of the Emergency Medical Services. Occasionally, he can also be found assisting various criminals in their escapades.
Originally purchased by Mother for the VU fight club, Bowser left to be on his own and currently lives with Justice Wayne Ardson, sometimes staying with Dr. Choi and Unity.
Refers to himself as a 'sovereign doggo' and owes allegiance to no group.
