Jordan Lee

Deceased Prospect — Jordan Lee was accepted as a Hangaround on the 1st of July 2021. Their jacket was Collin McKinley. Promoted to Prospect on the 21st of August 2021. Jordan specialized in meth cooking; he was the original lead meth cook for the club and the first to reach 100% purity. He was nicknamed "Jordan Ramsey". Died on the 18th of June 2022. Jordan was kidnapped by a lackey of the Dungeon Master, a serial killer. The DM left misleading clues, taunting the BBMC about their missing Prospect as they searched the city frantically for him. Stevie borrowed $90,000 from Nancy Drew in a valiant effort to pay the ransom. Sadly, although the club found him just a few minutes before the deadline expired, Jordan had already bled out. His last words over the phone to Stevie were, "Stevie, I'm in trouble. Do not trust the dice." A stuffed turtle was placed on a shelf in the Billy shed in his memory, where his name is written daily by the club in lieu of having him "signed in" on the Billy board. The club's meth lab was also given the codename "Jordan's Memorial" in his honor.

Riley Carter

Founder / Former Vice Prime Minister — Riley Carter became a Founder on the 8th of April 2021. Promoted to Vice Prime Minister on the 26th of April 2021. Exiled on the 11th of July 2021, after a failed coup attempt to seize control of the club from Dundee during the BBMC vs. Vagos war, assisted by Patched Member Malakai Anderson. When Dundee refused to step down, she said she no longer wanted to be a part of the BBMC. Riley was declared a traitor by Dundee. While he originally intended to execute her and Malakai, Dundee changed his mind and spared their lives. Riley currently works at Rooster’s Rest and Otto's and does minor crime and dirty business deals. She became a Full Member of the racing crew Redline.

Irwin Dundee

Founder / Former Prime Minister — Irwin Dundee became a Founder on the 8th of April 2021. Promoted to Prime Minister on the 26th of April 2021. Removed on the 20th of August 2022, by being shot in the head by then-Vice Prime Minister Barry Benson and then-Enforcer Collin McKinley. This followed the events that occurred on the 18th of August 2022, where Dundee kidnapped Barry, held him at gunpoint, and attempted to sacrifice him to Norman Bones due to a secret deal he'd made with him in June 2021. Returned on the 17th of December 2022, after Patched Member TJ Walker made a deal to save his life. Reinstated as an untitled High Command Member on the 26th of December 2022. Exiled on the 6th of February 2023, after Chang Gang confronted BBMC about Dundee shooting CG Member Eugene Zuckerberg in a double-cross after kidnapping PD officer Demi Black. Dundee then admitted to attempting to ocean dump newly promoted Vice Prime Minister Collin McKinley in a grab for power during the Clown War two weeks earlier. Dundee walked away while the club was deciding on a vote of no confidence and chose not to hear the results. Then-Road Captain Junior Meats was the only member who voted for him to stay. A few days after the vote, Barry kidnapped Dundee, strapped C4 to his body, and blew him up in the center of Legion Square with cops and a crowd of onlookers watching. The club considers him "Blooded-Out". He started a cult, The Fire, in March 2023. The cult was rebranded as a gang, Bang Boys Syndicate, in July 2023. Dundee disbanded the BBS and flew out of the city on the 11th of December 2023.

Pez Speedwagon

Founder / Former Treasurer — Pez Speedwagon became a Founder on the 14th of July 2021. Blooded-In as a Shadow Patched Member on the 19th of April 2021. Promoted to Shadow Secretary on the 26th of April 2021. Switched to Shadow Treasurer on the 14th of July 2021. Went loud as Treasurer on the 30th of September 2021. Blooded-Out on the 28th of June 2022 by Irwin Dundee, after it was discovered that he had snitched to the police on a Lost Prospect and a BBMC Hangaround. The club gave him a vote of no confidence and removed his access to club funds. They declared that Speedwagon was a traitor and was to be immediately and permanently removed from the club. Pez was offered the chance to walk away, but when he refused, Dundee shot him point-blank in the head. Dundee stepped over his body and said, "I gave Pez Speedwagon a founding rank, not Cody." His body was later discovered by the LSPD in the city's crypt, and Speedwagon was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit with life-threatening injuries. Pez retired from criminal life to focus on the club businesses that he took with him after being Blooded-Out of the club. After an expungement, he joined the Los Santos Police Department on the 18th of August 2022. He was deported from the city on the 9th of January 2023.

Junior Meats

Former Road Captain — Junior Meats was accepted as a Hangaround on the 27th of July 2021. Their jacket was Channing Turner. Promoted to Prospect on the 27th of October 2021. Promoted to Patched Member on the 4th of January 2022. Promoted to Road Captain on the 20th of March 2022. Blooded-Out on the 9th of February 2023, three days after Dundee left the club, after expressing that it felt like the vibes were off. He said he didn't belong anymore and had nothing else to offer. He was Blooded-Out on Vespucci Beach behind the Lifeguard Tower by Prime Minister Barry Benson, with his pug Milo by his side. Barry told the rest of the club that, "He took lead to the head like a true Bondi Boy." Junior miraculously survived his execution but suffered brain injuries that made him lose all memory of his time in the BBMC. He now works for The Colombians making illicit drug deals and drops in the city.

Antonio Rodrigues

Former Sergeant at Arms — Antonio Rodrigues was accepted as a Hangaround on the 22nd of October 2021. Their jacket was Olivia Garcia (Switched to Junior Meats). Promoted to Prospect on the 24th of February 2022. Promoted to Patched Member on the 6th of November 2022. Promoted to Sergeant at Arms on the 24th of March 2023. Blooded-Out on the 19th of May 2023 by Finley Milton, explaining he had felt distant from the club for months. He expressed that internal strife, cliques forming within the club, and his authority as High Command being undermined had led to him not enjoying waking up in the Billy anymore. He became a Full Member of the Angels.

Malakai Anderson

Former Patched Member — Malakai "Mal" Anderson was accepted as a Patched Member on the 27th of May 2021. Their sponsor was Riley Carter. Exiled on the 11th of July 2021, after a failed coup attempt to seize control of the club from Dundee during the BBMC vs. Vagos war. Malakai left the club alongside Riley Carter and was spared from being killed under the "Blood-In, Blood-Out" rule due to it being a "Package Deal" with her, as Dundee was unwilling to kill Riley. Malakai currently works at Rooster’s Rest and Otto's and does minor crime and dirty business deals alongside Riley. He also races under the name "Lemonhead" and became a Full Member of the racing crew Redline.

Wolfe McCreedy

Former Patched Member — Wolfe McCreedy was accepted as Hangaround on the 9th of April 2021. Their jacket was Irwin Dundee. Promoted to Prospect on the 3rd of June 2021. Promoted to Patched Member on the 2nd of August 2021 due to his expertise at hacking. Blooded-Out on the 12th of November 2021, after it was discovered that he had snitched to the police in front of The Families on their turf after his motorcycle was stolen. The club proposed that Wolfe's punishment should be to torture his close friend Kirk Jerkems, who had previously slighted the club. However, Wolfe refused this punishment and chose his friend over the club. Members believed that he was no longer trustworthy, proving to be more of a problem than what he was originally going to be punished for. Irwin Dundee, Barry Benson, Collin McKinley, and Channing Turner all voted for him to be "Blooded-Out". He was taken to the mines and shot by Chain. Wolfe miraculously survived his execution but suffered brain injuries that made him lose all memory of his time in the BBMC. Wolfe then joined the Clown Cartel and became an OG Member named Tighty-Whitey, having worked with them on the side while in the BBMC. He flew out of the city on the 3rd of June 2022 and opened a power washing business.

Ellie Fletch

Former Patched Member — Ellie Fletch was accepted as a Hangaround on the 9th of April 2022. Their jacket was Jesse Reed. Promoted to Prospect on the 22nd of September 2022. Promoted to Patched Member on the 13th of February 2023. Blooded-Out on the 18th of May 2023 by Stevie McQueen, after expressing she didn't feel like the club was a family anymore. This came two weeks after her boyfriend, Ace Tonnerre shot down club members at the end of a failed oil rig and was unrepentant about his attempt to rob them of millions of dollars. While tensions were still high, he kidnapped Ellie and locked her in a cage in his warehouse to "protect" her from having to shoot him. After being told by the club they didn't like or trust Ace, Ellie broke up with him. However, five days later she chose to leave the club, stating that she didn't have the same trust in the club as she did before, and went back to Ace. They broke up in July 2023, days before Ace and his friends stole the BBMC's meth lab key. She became an Associate for Chang Gang.

Channing Turner

Former Patched Member — Channing "Chain" Turner was accepted as a Hangaround on the 10th of April 2021. Their jacket was Barry Benson. Promoted to Prospect on the 27th of April 2021. Promoted to Patched Member on the 29th of September 2021. Removed on the 7th of December 2022, after having flown out of the city on the 7th of October 2022. Vice Prime Minister Collin McKinley said Chain had sent a postcard informing them he had left the city, and Prime Minister Barry Benson informed the rest of High Command that Chain was no longer a Patched Member. Blooded-Out on the 8th of July 2023 by Barry after informing him that he did not approve of the direction Barry had led the club. Chain miraculously survived his execution but suffered brain injuries that made him lose all memory of his time in the BBMC. A few days later he joined his father, Irwin Dundee, and his new gang, Bang Boys Syndicate.

Freddy Fastfingers

Former Prospect — Freddy Fastfingers was accepted as Hangaround on the 27th of April 2021. Their jacket was Riley Carter. Promoted to Prospect on the 3rd of June 2021. Left on the 16th of July 2021, after the divide that caused the removal of Riley Carter and Malakai Anderson from the club. Freddy claimed he felt the club posed a danger to those he deemed his family, i.e., Mari McKay. He was rarely around other members of the club due to the hours that he was able to be awake, not aligning with other members, and for other reasons, including these. Freddy ultimately walked away from the club, telling Dundee and Barry that he was still willing to help out the club, just not be a part of it. Freddy became a Hangaround for the HOA on the 28th of July 2021, rising in the ranks to become a Full Member on the 18th of August 2021, and became their main hacker.

Olivia Garcia

Former Prospect — Olivia "Liv" Garcia was accepted as Hangaround on the 22nd of May 2021. Their jacket was Irwin Dundee. Promoted to Prospect on the 26th of July 2021. Left on the 21st of December 2021, after feeling disconnected from the club for some time. She called a club meeting in order to tell the rest of the club that she wanted to leave. When Liv was arrested and "Wrangled" for drug trafficking, her punishment was not being allowed to sell drugs, which was how she earned her jacket in the club. She felt isolated and that the club would be better off without her. Liv was allowed to remove her jacket and walk away freely without any consequences. She later became the Old Lady of Winston McCleod of the Lost MC before dying in a fiery petrol station explosion on the 10th of March 2022. Liv’s widow, Stevie McQueen, celebrated her life by holding a bonfire of cars on Vespucci Beach in her memory.

Linda Maridan †

Former Hangaround — Linda Maridan was accepted as a Hangaround on the 16th of May 2021. Their jacket was Riley Carter. Removed on the 11th of July 2021 following the club split. Linda left after Dundee ran her over with his car in anger after she attended a club-only meeting. Upon hearing that she had attended a private war meeting in the Billabong between the BBMC and the Vagos, where the club was shot down, Dundee charged forward in a stolen vehicle, shouting "Fuck You, Linda!" Linda pulled a gun on him in retaliation. She followed Riley and Malakai in the club split. She joined Mortelle as their 2nd in Command. She was killed in prison by lifer Amelia Waters following a murder trial where she was a state witness.

Serena Riven

Former Hangaround — Serena "CiCi" Riven was accepted as a Hangaround on the 12th of May 2021. Their jacket was Riley Carter. Removed on the 11th of July 2021 following the club split.

Emma Natt

Former Hangaround — Emma Natt was accepted as a Hangaround on the 15th of June 2021. Their jacket was Riley Carter. Removed on the 11th of July 2021 following the club split.

Raffius VonHammerstein

Former Hangaround — Raffius "Hammer" VonHammerstein was accepted as a Hangaround on the 10th of April 2021, after he and Chain saved Dundee and Barry's lives in a shootout with Lang Buddha and Tony Corleone at the Mega Mall. Their jacket was Barry Benson. Left on the 11th of July 2021, after being absent for some time. He sent a text message to Barry, informing him that he was no longer interested in being a Hangaround. His last text message to Chain was received on the same day as the club split.

Ricky LaFleur

Former Hangaround — Ricky LaFleur was accepted as a Hangaround on the 13th of June 2021. Their jacket was Channing Turner. Removed on the 11th of July 2021 after he snitched to the police about a meeting he attended with Chain and the Vagos on the 5th of July 2021. Most well-known for being used in the club's identity theft scheme. After taking over a dozen state IDs off of him, the club regularly claimed to be Ricky LaFleur to the police when caught breaking various speeding laws or robbing banks. They lost the last of their Ricky LaFleur IDs when they fled their first warehouse under threat of a raid in November 2021.

Rick Szhae

Former Hangaround — Rick Szhae was accepted as a Hangaround on the 14th of June 2021. Their jacket was Freddy Fastfingers, after being brought in by Riley Carter. Removed on the 1st of August 2021 following their jacket leaving.

Tallie Marks

Former Hangaround — Tallie Marks was accepted as a Hangaround on the 1st of August 2021. Their jacket was Collin McKinley, after being brought in by Pez Speedwagon. Removed on the 27th of August 2021, after telling Collin she "could not be ride or die" for the club, and she wanted to quit the Hangaround process. At the time she believed that BBMC was a threat to Hayes Auto Body Repairs, where she worked. On the 25th of August 2021, Tallie trash-talked the club behind their backs and unsuccessfully attempted to convince Shane Powers to have Hayes cut ties with the BBMC. Became a member of The Hidden. Joined the Already Dead MC after the club was RICO'd.

Vincent Vincent

Former Hangaround — Vincent Vincent was accepted as a Hangaround on the 14th of June 2021. Their jacket was Wolfe McCreedy. Removed on the 27th of August 2021 due to inactivity. Following the club split, they became increasingly anxious about the punishments involved with being in a 1% Motorcycle Club. Instead, Vincent began hanging out with his uncle Kirk Jerkems and his group The Stable. Vincent left the city later that year.

Former Hangaround — Hunter "Wingman" Skye was accepted as a Hangaround on the 5th of September 2021. Their jacket was Irwin Dundee. Executed on the 17th of September 2021. After being invited to become a Hangaround by his good friend Dundee, Wingman started selling meth for the club. When he was rolled up on by the Marabunta Grande on their turf, he let it slip that the meth strain he was selling was supplied by Dundee and the BBMC. Barry swore that after that mistake, he was no longer a Hangaround of the BBMC, and he was shoot on sight in the Billabong. Wingman approached the club begging for forgiveness, and said that if they couldn't accept him back, he wanted to be killed. For the safety of the club, they voted to end Wingman's life and execute him. Wingman was taken to the Del Perro car park, told to look at the sunset, and shot multiple times in the back of the head and back by Irwin Dundee and Collin McKinley, succumbing to his injuries. His will ensured that the club was not blamed for his death, instead pinning his murder on the Marabunta Grande. His dear friend Ash Ketchup received his coveted one-of-one sports car from Dundee, the Spectre Wide Body Custom.

Steven Stone III

Former Hangaround — Steven Stone III was accepted as a Hangaround on the 27th of July 2021. Their jacket was Channing Turner. Removed on the 28th of October 2021, after an incident involving Stone and another Hangaround Kaz Mendalez. They were caught repping themselves as BBMC and pressing people in Vespucci without permission. After the club discussed the issues they had with Stone, including his poor hacking abilities, his ego, and being disrespectful towards then-Prospects Stevie McQueen, Olivia Garcia, and Hangaround Morgan Jay, BBMC decided to punish and kick him publicly from the Hangaround process. But he fled the city and was never seen again. The club made "Pulling a Stone" an inside joke, meaning someone was bragging about their abilities but ultimately coming up short.

Reini Melrakki †

Former Hangaround — Reini Melrakki was accepted as a Hangaround on the 1st of November 2021. Their jacket was Jordan Lee. Removed on the 6th of November 2021 after breaking up with her boyfriend, then-Hangaround Lukas Fenri, and deciding she wanted to cut ties with anyone associated with him. She left to join Mortelle. In January 2021, she began working at Fujiwara Tofu Shop and started dating her boss, then-Prospect Edbert Ropeburn. Ed proposed to her on the 29th of March 2021, with a secret blood oath that bonded them together. Tragically, Ed was being hunted by a mysterious man named Lucifer, who was intent on destroying his life. On the 3rd of April 2022, Lucifer kidnapped Reini and cut out her heart at the Grapeseed torture room before the BBMC could find her and save her life. She is buried next to a pond nestled in the hills around Mount Gordo.

Kennedy Adams

Former Hangaround — Kennedy Adams was accepted as a Hangaround on the 23rd of September 2021. Their jacket was Jordan Lee. Removed on the 11th of November 2021, after failing to complete the Hangaround Challenge. Became the CEO at Hayes Auto Body Repairs.

Jakeb Dex

Former Hangaround — Jakeb Dex was accepted as a Hangaround on the 7th of January 2022. Their jacket was Edbert Ropeburn. Executed on the 13th of January 2022 by Edbert. One week after completing his 50k Challenge, issues that then-Prospect Fey Dawson had warned Ed about reared their head. His aggressive behavior and being disrespectful towards the women associated with the club led to Jakeb being shot.

Asher Brown

Former Hangaround — Asher Brown was accepted as a Hangaround on the 1st of August 2021. Their jacket was Olivia Garcia (Switched to Collin McKinley). Left on the 22nd of January 2022, after failing the club's vote to become a Prospect and choosing to walk away. Asher felt the club was no longer a family for him. Three days after leaving, he founded his own criminal gang, The Collective Family, out of the materials crew he had been building, The Runners. The Collective Family has since disbanded. Asher became a Full Member of The Saints, but was removed due to inactivity.

William McKenzie

Former Hangaround — William "Willy" McKenzie was accepted as a Hangaround on the 18th of April 2021. Their jacket was Barry Benson, his paternal half-brother. Reinstated as a Hangaround on the 22nd of October 2021, after several months away from the city. Removed on the 10th of February 2022 due to inactivity.

Kaz Mendalez

Former Hangaround — Kaz Mendalez was accepted as a Hangaround on the 31st of May 2021. Their jacket was Channing Turner. Received a warning after an incident on the 28th of October 2021 involving Hangaround Stone, where they were caught repping themselves as BBMC in Vespucci without permission. Removed on the 10th of February 2022 due to inactivity.

Casho Cashing

Former Hangaround — Casho Cashing was accepted as a Hangaround on the 25th of September 2021. Their jacket was Olivia Garcia. Removed on the 10th of February 2022 due to inactivity. Casho privately expressed to Junior that he didn't like how difficult it was to earn a jacket.

Davo Gumtree

Former Hangaround — Davo Gumtree was accepted as a Hangaround on the 25th of September 2021. Their jacket was Pez Speedwagon. Removed on the 10th of February 2022 due to inactivity. Davo privately expressed to Pez that he didn't like or approve of the club's monetary Hangaround Challenge and refused to complete it. Became COO of Hayes Auto Body Repairs.

Slim Jimm

Former Hangaround — Slim Jimm was accepted as a Hangaround on the 30th of October 2021. Their jacket was Junior Meats. Removed on the 10th of February 2022 due to inactivity.

Wyatt Jones

Former Hangaround — Wyatt Jones was accepted as a Hangaround on the 24th of January 2021. Their jacket was Edbert Ropeburn. Removed on the 10th of April 2022 due to inactivity. After resigning from the Department of Corrections, Wyatt had a run-in with Dundee in Vespucci on the 13th of January 2021. Wyatt convinced Dundee he could be a good criminal one day, and Dundee gave him his number instead of a bullet. On the 10th of June 2022, Wyatt became a Full Member of Beach Crew, but later was removed due to inactivity.

Lukas Fenri

Former Hangaround — Lukas "Luka" Fenri was accepted as a Hangaround on the 25th of October 2021. Their jacket was Channing Turner (Switched to Edbert Ropeburn). Removed on the 10th of February 2022 due to inactivity. Reinstated as a Hangaround on the 17th of March 2022, after Luka asked Dundee to take him back. Removed on the 26th May 2022, after name-dropping Jaylen Carter, the club's secret business contact to H&O Exports, to Tuner Shop employee Tommy Cruizer. He bragged he knew people (BBMC) who could undercut them, so Barry Benson ordered for him to be punished and killed. Chip Wheeler cut out Luka's tongue and stabbed him before they threw him out of a helicopter into the ocean for his loose-lipped behavior. This was after already being on probation with his new jacket, Ed, who had given him a list of rules he had failed to follow, eventually getting Ed put under financial investigation by PD officer Elizabeth Reed, which led to Ed having his bank accounts frozen and having to pay the government 400k. Luka became a CI for Randy Wrangler and applied to be a cop.

Damien Tinkerman

Former Hangaround — Damien Tinkerman was accepted as a Hangaround on the 16th of February 2022. Their jacket was TJ Walker (Switched to Pez Speedwagon) on the 23rd of March 2022, after having doubts about being a Hangaround. He became a Business Associate on the 10th of April 2022, after Pez acknowledged him for being very business-savvy and how much he earned for the club's first legal business, The Pit Tattoo Parlor. Damien parted ways with the club and moved to the Vagos territory in the Southside on the 28th of April 2022. He joined the Vagos as a Hangaround on the 11th of May 2022. He left the Vagos on the 28th of May 2022, after he was photographed as part of the VATO Alliance. Chang Gang advised him that they did not like their Wu-Chang Records artists associated with Southside gangs. Damien expressed an interest in returning as a Hangaround and restarted as a Hangaround on the 8th of June 2022. Their jacket was Junior Meats. Left on the 14th of June 2022, after learning Junior's patch and life were on the line if he failed to make it into the club. He joined the Lost MC as a Hangaround on the 22nd of June 2022, but left a month later in July 2022. Damien had a conversation with Dundee on the 31st of July 2022, and said that BBMC and Vespucci were his home and his family. He began discussing with the club what he needed to do to become a Hangaround for the third time, but was not invited to become a Hangaround. He joined the PBSO as a Cadet on the 18th of September 2022. Damien resigned from the PBSO on the 19th of October 2022. He joined the Clowncil as an Associate on the 7th of November 2022. In an attempt to save the Clowns from the club, Damien sacrificed himself to Norman Bones on the 24th of January 2023 and was briefly sent to Purgatory. Became an administrative assistant for the SASPR and the LSPD as a Dispatcher.

Elizabeth Byrne

Former Hangaround — Elizabeth "Lizzie" Byrne was accepted as a Hangaround on the 3rd of February 2022. Their jacket was Pez Speedwagon (Switched to Irwin Dundee). Removed on the 27th of August 2022, after she held up HOA 2nd in Command Andi Jones with her son, then-Lost MC Prospect Sai Carter. They handcuffed Andi and contemplated ocean-dumping her after she uncovered evidence that Sai snitched on the MC Summit to PD officer Louis Bloom. High Command saw her continued allegiance to Sai and her inability to dedicate time to the club as unsolvable issues. Became the leader of the Diamond Dogs.

Sonny D'Angelo

Former Hangaround — Sonny D'Angelo was accepted as a Hangaround on the 9th of September 2022. Their jacket was Alex Söderberg. Removed on the 25th of September 2022, after shooting down and robbing Selena Martinez, a then-Full Member of Gulag Gang in the Vespucci Canals, and name-dropping BBMC. This was the day after being raided by Wrangler for chopping mats, which led to Flippy's clean materials guy being raided. To avert a war with Gulag Gang, High Command allowed GG to come down to the Billy to rob and grenade Sonny as punishment. This was his last strike after causing issues with The Families when he robbed them as part of his Hangaround Challenge. Lil Cap was removed as his jacket and Sonny was cut loose by High Command.

Hubcap Jones

Former Hangaround — Hubcap Jones was accepted as a Hangaround on the 17th of September 2022, after being a longtime Associate. Their jacket was Antonio Rodrigues. Removed on the 4th of December 2022, after three members voted against him becoming a Prospect, saying that while they liked him, they did not trust him with their lives yet. Two members said they just needed more time with him, but one member, Finley Milton, said he was a hard no, so he was cut loose. Hubcap is the father of Prime Minister Barry Benson and the grandfather of High Command Member TJ Walker. President Rudi Rinsen of the Lost MC formally invited Hubcap to become a Prospect for the Lost on the 5th of January 2023. He was Blooded-In to the Lost as a Patched Member on the 4th of March 2023. He was Promoted to Road Captain of the Lost on the 11th of May 2023. Hubcap left the Lost and became a free agent in September 2023.

Armando Hernandez

Former Hangaround — Armando Hernandez was accepted as a Hangaround on the 26th of October 2022. Their jacket was Chip Wheeler. Removed on the 14th of December 2022, after Chip put Armando's Hangaround status on hold following a High Command meeting about making changes to the Hangaround process. Armando's last day in the city was on the 6th of December 2022.

Roy Rinn

Former Hangaround — Roy Rinn was accepted as a Hangaround on the 6th of February 2023. Their jacket was Alex Söderberg. Removed on the 10th of March 2023, after Road Captain Edbert Ropeburn and her jacket did not see any improvement in her skills and felt she did not have the initiative needed to continue. Became an artist at XTC Entertainment and married Patched Member Kelly Dean.

Broxh Kava

Former Hangaround — Broxh Kava was accepted as a Hangaround on the 21st of October 2022. Their jacket was Junior Meats (Switched to Chip Wheeler). Removed on the 23rd of March 2023, due to being unable to dedicate the time needed to the club. Broxh approached then-Road Captain Edbert Ropeburn to express his regrets and explain he would be withdrawing from the Hangaround process. Initially, Broxh told Ed he was not dissuaded from trying to join the club, even though his cousin and jacket Junior had been Blooded-Out. But being unable to associate with Junior took a toll on Broxh, and he stopped spending much time with the club. Chip gave him until the end of the month to turn things around and reinvest in the club, and at that time Broxh chose to step away. Began working with his cousin Junior for Capped Tarranova/3.0#The Colombians.

Tommy Olliver

Former Hangaround — Tommy "Tictac" Olliver was accepted as a Hangaround on the 23rd of June 2023. Their jacket was Rue Minmi. Removed on the 30th of July 2023, after telling Rue that he no longer wanted to be a Hangaround. He said because of time zones, it made it hard to see the club. The day prior he had spoken with the Leader of Gulag Gang, Marty Banks, and asked to join GG as a Hangaround, however he remained a free agent.

Sunny Moonstar

Former Hangaround — Sunny Moonstar was accepted as a Hangaround on the 11th of September 2023. Their jacket was Gheto Kaiba. Removed on the 22nd of September 2023 after never showing up to the Billy for onboarding. Then-Prospect Cora Star also expressed to High Command that she would never say yes to him if she had a vote. He had concealed that he snitched on Chang Gang's Changaloa Cartel activities several months prior to the PD, and was persona non grata in Little Seoul.

Wren Draider

Former Hangaround — Wren Draider was accepted as a Hangaround on the 1st of February 2023. Their jacket was Barry Benson. Removed on the 14th of October 2023 after six months of inactivity. He Ascended and became a God of Cars.

Teddy Booker

Former Hangaround — Teddy Booker was accepted as a Hangaround on the 13th of July 2021. Their jacket was Pez Speedwagon (Switched to Stevie McQueen). Kidnapped on the 20th of November 2021. Removed on the 10th of February 2022 due to his disappearance. Reinstated as a Hangaround on the 22nd of February 2022, after being released from imprisonment. Removed on the 28th of June 2022, after his jacket Pez was blooded out. Restarted as a Hangaround on the 9th of April 2023. Removed on the 14th of October 2023 after four months of inactivity. Joined the Already Dead MC after the club was RICO'd.

Morgan Jay †

Former Hangaround — Morgan "Blade" Jay was accepted as a Hangaround on the 6th of September 2021. Their jacket was Wolfe McCreedy (Switched to Edbert Ropeburn; Switched to Ophelia Dawson). Kidnapped on the 11th of April 2022. Removed on the 8th of August 2022 due to her disappearance. Escaped on the 28th of August 2022 and after reuniting with the club, spent eight months recuperating in the backwoods. Reinstated as a Hangaround on the 23th of April 2023. Removed on the 14th of October 2023 after four months of inactivity.

Cindy Tipton

Former Hangaround — Cindy Tipton was accepted as a Hangaround on the 9th of August 2021. Their jacket was Pez Speedwagon (Switched to Aubrey Adams). Left on the 25th of November 2021, after Pez shot and divorced her. Restarted as a Hangaround on the 3rd of May 2023. Removed on the 14th of October 2023 after two months of inactivity. Cindy was the adopted mother of High Command Member Edbert Ropeburn. Founded Mortelle, a successful all-women gang.

Edward Baker

Former Hangaround — Lifer Edward "Eddie" Baker was accepted as a Hangaround on the 6th of November 2022. Their jacket was Terrance Walker. Removed on the 20th of January 2023, after the club was informed that he had been transferred to a prison in a different city. Restarted on the 9th of September 2023, when he was transferred back to Bolingbroke Penitentiary. Removed on the 14th of October 2023 after a month of inactivity. Joined the Already Dead MC after the club was RICO'd.

Suki Wright

Hangaround — Suki Wright was accepted as a Hangaround on the 18th of March 2023. Their jacket was Finley Milton. Removed on the 5th of November 2023 after the club said they felt there was a lack of consistency from her.

Billy Mang †

Former Hangaround — Billy Mang was accepted as a Hangaround on the 10th of October 2023. Their jacket was Collin McKinley. Removed on the 5th of November 2023 after Stevie McQueen said she was a forever no for him. Billy told Collin: “If I can’t be Bondi, I might as well lay down and die." He asked to be killed by Collin under the Vinewood sign where he had shot his best friend Nicole Mathes a few weeks earlier. Billy was declared dead at 8:53 p.m. PST on the 5th of November 2023.

Gemma Knight

Hangaround — Gemma Knight was accepted as a Hangaround on the 27th of October 2023. Their jacket was Ophelia Dawson. Gemma left the city and flew to Italy on the 3rd of December 2023.
