During the two weeks that Dundee was missing, Barry Benson decided to purchase this house as a way of officially claiming Vespucci as the club's territory. He also claimed that this would be a good investment for when Dee was back, so he would have somewhere to recover and hide out if that was needed. Barry purchased the house on June 17th 2021 with Pez's help, using 100k of his personal money, 80k from cash the club had collected, 60k from Pez's personal money, and 150k from True Blue Towing. Originally, he and Pez had keys, but upon his return, the second set of keys was given to Dundee.
Jesse sold his previous home in Chumash so he could purchase a home in the Billabong. He purchased it for $385,400 outright and paid for it in full. Partner TJ Walker moved out of his father Barry Benson's home and paid Jesse back half of the cost of the house. He decorated the home for them as well. On the 23rd of July 2023, TJ repurchased the home after it was foreclosured upon, for roughly $500,000.
Jesse gave Junior a personal loan to help him purchase his own home in the Billabong. After Junior was Blooded-Out, Ellie bought the house with the club's help. After Ellie was Blooded-Out, Aubrey purchased the house on the 24th of May 2023 for $556,640, with realtor Ursula Leichenberg's assistance.
Collin purchased this house on July 28th with Pez's help, using club money and a loan from Kevin Ram (FastLoans).
On the day that he went loud, Chip sold his southside home and purchased a house in the Billabong. Chip took out a loan with Diamond Hand for $150,000 as a buffer. Chip bought the home for $450,800.
Edbert purchased his house on the day that he was patched on the 27th of October 2021. The home cost $375,200 after the realtor discount and he paid for it in full.
Currently: After Chain left the club, his house was foreclosed on by the state on the 23rd of March 2023. The very next day Fey, the newest Patched member, purchased it for $511,000. She had lived there since it was first purchased by Chain. Previously: After a housing market crash on the 18th of June 2022, the final home in the Billabong was priced at $364,000. Channing purchased the house with the assistance of a small loan. After a realtor discount, the home was an estimated $291,000. The club paid off the remainder of the loan for Chain.
Stevie, was given $500,000 from the club on the 17th of October 2022 to purchase the "Pink House," for a total cost of $473,000 with tax. She kept the remainder for her first asset payment. When she and her deceased wife Liv first become Hangarounds, they had dreamed of owning that home together once they were Patched. After Stevie became a Patched member on the 24th of September 2022, Prime Minister Barry Benson told her the club would cover the costs for buying this home for her. With this purchase, the BBMC officially owned every house in the Billabong and realised one of its earliest goals and dreams. Previously, Pez purchased this home for himself and his new bride and Old Lady Cindy Tipton. They recieved a loan from Diamond Hand for the total price of $490,000, with 15 repayments of approximately $20,000. After asset fees were increased in the city, the house was sold on the 21st of October 2021 so Pez could focus his finances on the construction of the club businesses, the Pit and Bluey's. After his violent divorce from Cindy, Pez repurchased the house on the 19th of January, 2022 and turned the master bedroom into the Treasurer's office. Pez sold his house for the second time on the 29th of June 2022, after being blooded out of the club.

Currently: Flops purchased his home in the Annex for $470,400 on the 22nd of May 2023, after Aubrey sold it to move into the Billabong. Previously: Aubrey purchased her home in the Annex on the 30th of March 2023 for $455,000 with a realtor's discount. She moved in next door to her brother, Eric Wolfenstein. The original owner of of the house was Barry Benson's father, Hubcap Jones, who had lived there before he joined the Lost MC and moved to Sandy Shores.
Kaiba purchased this home on the curve of Bay City Avenue on the 20th of April 2023 for $586,530 with a realtor's discount from Ash Ketchup. Behind the home is a boost spot but he chose it because it was a corner lot with a scenic rooftop deck.
Kelly purchased his home on the 2nd of August 2023, after being pushed out of the Vespucci Canals by Irwin Dundee and his new crew, the Bang Boys Syndicate. He and his wife Roy Rinn used their joint savings and the sale of the Canals house for $816k to buy two separate homes - a house in Mirror Park near her place of work, XTC Entertainment, and a house in the Billy Annex near Kelly's "place of work," the Billy. Number 12 is the closest house to the Billy in the middle row of homes, and was purchased for a little over $600k with a realtor's discount.
Winston purchased his house in the Annex on the 8th of December 2023 for $591,920, with a realtor's discount, after winning $250k at the casino. Number 8 is the mint green home off of Bay City Avenue that faces the waterway leading to the Puerto Del Sol Marina.

The "Blue House on Bay City" was previously owned by Burger Shot owner Shelly Smith. After selling the "Hangy House" to purchase her Cliffhanger motorcycle, Fey was eager to buy herself a new property in order to begin her weed growing again. She was pleased to find that the cozy Blue House was for sale for $962,500, and purchased it on the 29th of September 2022. She often gave keys to new hangys so they could live close to the Billy.
After Cora received her jacket, she moved out of the Vespucci Canals and bought a house in Vespucci, right next door to Sam Baas's house. The house was bought on the 23rd of July 2023 and it cost her $518k before tax and realtor discount. She and her partner and fellow Patched member Sean McQuillen live there together.

Currently: Barry repurchased the old warehouse for $350,000 outright on June 17, 2022 with the help of realtor Ash Ketchup so he could officially own the property and address for Benson's Backally Motors. It is also used as temporary storage for those who do not have access to the club's main warehouse. Previously: After new properties came to the city, Pez asked shadow Patched member Chip Wheeler, the best kept secret of the BBMC, to purchase a new club warehouse. Because he was happy to help his club out, Chip, with the help of Kevin Ram (FastLoans), took out a loan to purchase the $718,000 warehouse with weekly payments of $55,000. On the 17th of February, the second warehouse was sold due to the club needing the funds, and Chip's desire to become a loud member of the BBMC, which would have meant the warehouse would have been burned and rendered useless.
Currently: When the majority of the club went off to fight in the Invasion of Sanguine Isle, Edbert began looking for another warehouse to move the club's liquid cash into. He asked Patched member Fey Dawson's spouse Fauna Flowers to be the clean person. She purchased the warehouse on the 30th of August 2023 for $787,500 using her own money. Previously: The club decided to buy a new warehouse on the 30th of January 2023, after Collin McKinley got a warrant for terrorism and they had new materials they needed to secure. Barry asked tow truck driver Red Harrington if he would be willing to be their warehouse holder, as Red had always been good to the club. Red told him this was something he'd always wanted to do. The club paid Red $200,000. The warehouse, with a realtor discount, cost $708,750 in full. Sold in April 2023.

After winning $50,000 from a spin of the wheel at the casino, on a whim Barry personally purchased this office space and adjacent golf course for $516,000 on the 8th of November 2021. He took out a loan for the property with the help of Kevin Ram and made his casino winnings the down payment. He decided to use the space as a meeting hub for club business. The golf course became the place of choice for weekly club meetings and has been the center of many important events in club history - including Barry stepping up as Prime Minister.

Barry's club car, a Sabre Turbo, was bought shortly after the Tulip was from a PDM employee for $85,000 total on the 14th of April 2021. The car was promptly painted midnight blue with an ultra blue pearlescent to match Dundee's Tulip and given custom blue smoke, a rarity in the city.
Barry swapped his R32 for the 6STR Ellie.
Collin purchased his dream car, the 65 Mustang, from Stag for $850,000 and 100 GNE. He got a loan with Fast Loans for the full cost, to be paid over a period of 15 weeks ($65659 per week), with 15.7% interest.
Stevie purchased her club car, an Impaler, shortly before she was prospected in August 2021 to the BBMC. When she became a prospect she took pride in painting it Bondi Blue.
After seeing Chip's Ruiner as his club car, Dundee told him to sell it and buy himself something different. Chip chose the Vamos from the list of approved muscle cars made by Dundee and paid for it in full ($210,901).
Finn swapped his Charger, Matilda, for the 1965 Mustang he named Victoria. Before being sent to jail for murder Finn passed of Victoria to Jessi.
As a Hangaround Buck bought himself a muscle car. Once he was Prospected, he painted it Bondi Blue with a flames livery.
As a nod to her bogan roots, Rue bought the Yosemite on the 21st of February 2023 for her club car. She calls it her "Rute", a portmanteau of Rue and Yute.
On the 22nd of April 2023, Aubrey purchased her new club car, an Ellie, for $140,000. She painted it Bondi blue with a pale pink interior. She sold her old club car, a Dominator, to then-Hangaround Teddy Booker.
Flops purchased his club car on the 23rd of April 2023 from PDM for $104,520. With him to help him buy it and customize it was his jacket Chip.
Kaiba purchased the Phoenix as a club car on the 27th of July 2023 from PDM for $132,132 after tax.
Edbert bought the Dukes as his new club car on the 18th of January 2023. He later gave it to Fey and she passed it on to Kelly
The Tulip was originally purchased on the 22nd of September 2022 for $120,000 from Red Harrington. It was part of a hangaround challenge assigned to Hubcap to find and buy himself a 4-door job car. He traded the Tulip with Lil Cap for the the Sultan Mark III, which was originally his son Barry's, so that Lil Cap could have a club car. Cap gifted the Tulip to Jessi when she received her jacket.
Dundee's Tulip is the first club vehicle the BBMC purchased for $83,000 plus tax on the 8th of April 2021. To try and avoid any police investigation due to his $45k debt, Dundee asked Ron Otterman, the news reporter, to buy him the Tulip and sell it to him for $1. After many days of hard work, a loan from Ron, and investments from his two original co-founders Barry Benson ($20k) and Riley Carter ($15k), Dundee purchased the car and the BBMC was officially founded. This car stayed with Dundee when he was exiled. .This car was returned to Barry on the 4th of July 2023, when Dundee moved on and formed a new gang. Barry gifted it to Peter Percocet on the 7th of August 2023, after he became Sergeant At Arms.
After getting prospected into the club on the 30th of September 2023, Rein received the Tulip as a gift from his jacket Flops.
The Tampa was the first car Theo bought in the city. When she had amnesia, the only thing that she could remember was an old picture of her father working on a Tampa when she was a child. Her father turned out to be a psychopath, but she painted it Bondi Blue to rebrand the meaning of it and use it for her club car.
Lil Cap bought the Gauntlet from PDM for $330,330 on 2nd of October 2023. Before being deported to Sweden, Cap passed the Gauntlet to Fey.
Finn purchased the Gauntlet to replace Matilda, which was lost in the Great Car Purge of 2022. He sold it to Winston on the 21st of November 2023.
Fey has owned her Dominator since her time as a hangaround for BBMC. When she got prospected she painted it Bondi Blue.
Kaiba purchased a Tulip for $130,559 including tax on the 14th of November 2023 from salesperson Johnny Divine. It had just beenrestocked at Premium Deluxe Motorsport. He christened it by taking it for a race in the Drunken Roo.
Ellie purchased her club car, the last Vapid Ellie in stock at PDM, for $116k on the 17th of October 2022, with funding from the club. She always liked the idea of having a car with the same name as her, and was pleased it was one of the better muscle cars in the city as well. Sold to her former Hangaround Benny Razer the day she chose to leave the club. On the 5th of November, 2023 Benny sold the Ellie to Winston for $135,000, who had been looking for a club car.
Shang bought his Ellie on the 20th of Novenber 2023 for $170k from Richard Jonas of the Lost MC.
In November of 2023 Kaiba introduced the BBMC Battle Pass, in which club members, split into Team Collin and Team Barry, would collect points doing various crimes. The reward for one team winning would be, the club getting a new S+ club muscle car to replace one of the S+ Sultans, a 1965 Mustang or a Ellie 6STR. After 2 weeks of Team Collin clearly winning, Team Barry made a huge comeback in the last few days, with Winston earning the most points and helping other members, who were falling behind, to also do their part. As a symbol of appreciation Kaiba suggested putting the Ellie in Winstons name, Barry agreed. On the 3rd of December 2023, Kaiba converted a vin-scratched Ellie, which he got while the battle pass was going on, and gave it to Winston.
TJ purchased his club car on the 7th of December 2023 from Arthur Lionheart for $2 million. It was originally his friend Michael Simone's car. TJ changed the license plate to read "BBMC."

Shaneo gifted the club a vin-scratched Hellion as a Christmas gift to the club. Spearheaded by Barry, members of the club boosted and scrapped cars until they had enough parts to convert the Hellion to a legal vehicle through H&O. They paid Shaneo $240,000 to convert the car.
Otis, Fey's then-boyfriend, bought a Hellion from Mushkin's Motors, after being told by Fey, he needs permission from the BBMC. Once confronted by the BBMC and offered $250k or they would blow it up any time they saw it, he stood his ground on not selling it to them. This resulted in him getting shot and the car being blown up a few times. After a few days he felt like he needed to choose between Fey or the Hellion and chose Fey. He transfered the car to her and she later sold it to Collin for $1. Collin was ecstatic, as he had been waiting to buy the last Hellion from the Tuner Shop for a while.
After his mother's death (Olivia Garcia), Finn planned to buy the Hellion she died in. But after seeing one being advertised on Twatter, he chose to buy it for the explosive price of $400k. A few weeks later himself and Alford "Tinny" Foil exchanged their Hellions.
Shaneo handed over this Hellion to the club as payment to end the cold war between the BBMC and Hayes. Dundee allowed that the Hellion could be given to Edbert, which Shaneo was happy about because he and Ed had always been close.
A vin-scratched Hellion, owned by 4Head, was sitting in the H&O garage for a while. Jaylen offered it to BBMC, but at the time the club didn't have enough parts to convert it. When he had enough parts, Barry converted and gifted Chip his own Hellion. Chip was over the moon.
Barry converted a converted Hellion the club had vin-scratched and gifted it to Stevie. She was thrilled and thanked him with a rare hug. She then immediately had it painted pink and stored it in the Pink House garage so all of the Bondi Babes could drive it.
Edbert found out that Lucy Sinclair was selling a vinned Hellion and purchased it for the club for 38k on the 20th of October 2022. Antonio asked Jaylen Carter Jr to convert it for the club, which he did for free. On the 23rd of November 2022 the club held a Drunken Roo Race in Hellions between new Prospects Ellie Fletch and Aubrey Adams to determine who would get it. Aubrey won the race but Ellie had the fastest lap, earning her the new club Hellion. She gifted it to her former Hangaround Benny Razer when she was Blooded-Out of the club.
Before the club gifted Stevie her own Hellion, she had been approved for one at Tuner shop, so with the club's help, she bought the last Hellion available for $410k and 693 GNE and gave it to Fey.
Ellie swapped her Land Cruiser for a Hellion and gifted it to Aubrey so she could have her own club Hellion.
On the 20th of November 2022, Antonio purchased a vin-scratched Hellion off of Eethan Gaine-Prince from the Saints for $75k plus the promise of gifting their gang some bank codes. He gave it to Lil Cap in January 2023 so he could have his own club Hellion. Before being deported to Sweded, Cap gave his Hellion to Shang.
Peter purchased his Hellion for $250k on the 23rd of January 2023. Antonio brokered the deal for him.
Rue purchased her Hellion from Officer Lea Nova on the 7th of March 2023. Nova had always wanted a Hellion, but was willing to sell hers to Rue when she found out she had been jacketed.
Kaiba purchased his Hellion from JJ for $600,000 on the 11th of March 2023.
Benny originally purchased his Hellion from Patrick Tuna for $450,000 on the 12th of April 2023. Finn brokered the deal for him. It was passed on to Kelly when Benny received a Hellion from former Patched member Ellie Fletch.
Finn brokered a deal with Liam Law from the Angels to purchase Flops' Hellion for him for $550,000 on the 23rd of April 2023.
On the 9th of July 2023, Cora was gifted this Hellion by her former jacket, ex-member Antonio Rodrigues. This was the iconic original BBMC Hellion, purchased by Pez from the Tuner Shop for a total of $359,350 and 900 GNE. After getting blooded out, it was repossessed by the club and given to Junior. Antonio received it when Junior was blooded out, and swore to gift it to Cora when she received her BBMC jacket.
On the 17th of August Sean was gifted the Hellion by his jacket Gheto Kaiba, who bought it for $900k.
On the 9th of October 2023, Rein competed with fellow prospects Jessi Adler and Theodora Thatcher to win this Hellion, which Finn purchased for $700k in August and had been saving for the next jacketed member. He was the victor after a hard-fought Hellion Derby was held at the Redwood Lights Track.

After PDM was restocked, Dundee was adamant to get his dream bike, the Cliffhanger. The club worked all day to get the $70,000 (before tax) to pay for the vehicle, as Barry insisted to not take out a loan.
After the restock at PDM, Pez was able to secure the last Cliffhanger in the city as an investment for the club. After some time, the Cliffhanger was gifted to Collin.
As a thank you for his hard work, Dundee gave Jordan permission to buy the final reserved Cliffhanger for the BBMC from PDM. He used his personal money to pay for the $70,000 vehicle (before tax), to customise it to Bondi Blue and to upgrade its engine and transmission. Dundee said he would reimburse Jordan the money over time. Right before his passing Jordan gave his Cliffhanger to Collin as a gift for TJ, because he had no use for it since he was out of the city so often for work.
Chip bought his Cliffhanger from PDM months before becoming a loud BBMC member.
The day that all MCs in the city were banned from Premium Deluxe Motorsport, a Western Cliffhanger went up for auction at PDM. Fey used her friendship with Beach Crew member Larry Jonsen to have him secretly bid $257,000 on it. While the MCs were in the middle of a summit on how to deal with PDM, Larry won the auction for her. Fellow Prospect Finn helped her purchase it with a personal loan.
Pez bought the Cliffhanger very early on in the city. After getting blooded out, Pez kept the Cliffhanger, but it was repossessed by the club and given to Finn.
Flops purchased his Cliffy secondhand from a Balla on the 24th of April 2023 for $250,000. He and his new fellow Prospect Kelly purchased their Cliffhangers together.
Kelly purchased his Cliffy secondhand on the 24th of April 2023 for $250,000 from his friend Brock Thompson. He and his new fellow Prospect Flops purchased their Cliffhangers together.
Cora purchased a Cliffhanger for herself on the 19th of July 2023 after being prospected into the BBMC.

After months of waiting, the Tuner Shop finally received it's new stock, with it arrived the Nissan BOSS14. The car was imported by Eddie Marshall specifically for Chip, since it holds a special place in his heart. It is a 1 out of 2 and has a custom livery. Chip bought the car shortly after it was imported for $1.75 million.
It took a long and perilous journey over the course of two days to be able to purchase this vehicle. Sanity was broken. Barry got Covid. Everything that could go wrong, did go wrong. But eventually, with the help of Chip Wheeler, BBMC's first S-Class racecar was theirs. Barry took out a loan with the assistance of Pez for $999,999 through Fast Loans. The loan was over a period of 25 weeks ($43,399 per week), with 8.5% interest. With Barry's decision to finally buy an S+ car of his own cemented, the Sultan was transferred to Stevie in order to prevent Barry having to pay asset fees on two S+ cars. Dundee got Stevie to transfer this car to him and when Dundee was exiled the car left with him. Dundee later returned the car to the club as he was trying to make amends. Barry gave the car to Benny to hold for the club, and was later transferred to Flops to hold. It was sold on the 20th of November 2023 for $2.5 million so the club could purchase a second 6str Ellie.
After losing the original club Sultan was it was stolen by Dundee when he left the club, Antonio sourced a new S+ job car. The club bought another Sultan for $2.2 million. It was put under Aubrey's name since she didn't own an S+ car yet. She later gave it to Stevie told hold.
This car was shared between Cora and Sean, but it is now owned by Cora because she sold her r34 so he could import the Mercedes Benz AMG A45.
Sean imported the A45 with the help of Cora.
TJ got a vinned Spectre on the 9th of September 2022 and saved up to get it converted by H&O. It was converted by Jaylen on the 21st of October 2022 for 900k ($700,000 plus the cost of materials).
Tj sold his Porsche and bought the Aventador.
Edbert bought the ASP with the help of a loan.
Edbert bought the Penumbra FF from PDM as another club job car and gave it to Stevie to hold.

The club needed a reliable 4-door job car for degen hours. When Ed won the silent auction for the Sultan from PDM, he asked Barry if the club would split the cost for purchasing it. Barry agreed and Ed purchased the vehicle. It is stored in the club's shared Billy garage.
Edbert bought the Yosemite as a job car on the 28th of July 2023 and put it under Peter's name.
The BBMC pulled off a heist to take back TJ's CVPI from the MRPD parking lot in order to decommission it. Eddie from the Tuner Shop looked at it and decommissioned it for him personally.

The idea of Benson's Backalley Motors was originally brainstormed on the 8th of April 2022 by Barry Benson, with Jesse Reed and TJ Walker's assistance as a part of the club's plans to turn Vespucci into a business hub under Bondi Holdings. Speedwagon originally requested fake business fronts, however Barry became excited about the idea and wanted to create a space where the club could sell unique vehicles that they convert through H&O. On the 16th of May, Hutch Hutcherson, seeing the potential, revived this idea with Irwin Dundee and offered the BBMC exclusivity in converting B, C, and D Class vehicles through H&O Exports to sell in exchange for a 20% stake in the company. The club took this opportunity off the ground running and made $1.2 million in their first day of unofficial business. On the 18th of May, Benson's Backalley Motors business proposal was presented to then-Mayor Bunny Cohen with the assistance of Cerberus VP of Operations Nancy Drew. On the surface, Benson's Backalley Motors sells restored and imported unique and utility vehicles to the city. The business was approved!
Erudite Eats is a bookstore and café owned by Ophelia Dawson that offers a selection of books and stationary, as well as coffee to drink.
Vespucci Camp & Bait, owned by Chip Wheeler, is an outdoor sporting goods retail store located in Vespucci. The business was approved on June 29th, 2022 by the mayor. On July 1st, 2022, VC&B became the second official storefront in Vespucci, located at the old Vespucci Sports retail store at the corner of Prosperity Street and Palomino Avenue.
The Fujiwara Tofu Delivery Service is a restaurant created by Edbert Ropeburn. Fujiwara's business license was approved on January 5th, 2022 by the mayor. Originally, the business ran out a booth at Dean's World and the Paleto Farmer's Market, selling authentic tofu and takoyaki balls. A long-term goal for the business is to have a shopfront in Vespucci. On April 22, 2022 Ed reserved the old Taco Libre on Bay City Avenue across from the Vitus intersection with the mayor's office.
Nailed It is a hardware store owned by Collin McKinley and located at the front of the Vespucci business hub. The first MC-owned hardware store in the city, Hoe Depot, was operated by Collin's son, Freddy Fastfingers and daughter-in-law Mari Mckay. The mayor's office liked the idea of a generational family business venture when approving Collin's business proposal on the 24th of June 2022. On the 1st of July 2022, Nailed It became the first official storefront in Vespucci, with their grand opening being held on July 4th, 2022. The store sells chest armor, bike armor, paint thinner, radios, metal detectors, fertilizer, drills, heavy duty drills, regular briefcases, umbrellas, trowels and tents.
King of Investments (KOI) is an investment company owned by Barry Benson. On the 16th of August after changing his racing name from "GOLDFISH" to "KOI", Barry was inspired to purchase the closed Koi Spa and Retreat in Vespucci and reinvent it for a new business. He and TJ brainstormed the idea of an investment company specializing in NFTs with an underground GNE casino. Chip Wheeler contacted the Puppet Master, seeking permission to create a business proposal, which his approved.
Queenies Rock Bar, owned by Finley Milton, is a bar and entertainment venue located on the Vespucci Beach boardwalk. Queenies will boost an outdoor stage for performances by both famous and up-and-coming artists in the city, as well as a private events room for hosting meetings, after-work functions and other recreational activities. The bar stocks a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including various beers, wines, whiskies, vodka, custom cocktails and mixed caffeinated drinks. Catering will be available for private functions and events.
Wanting to increase their presence in Vespucci, Barry and Pez pursued the idea of the BBMC owning and operating the local tattoo store, The Pit. Mayor Abdul AlRahim approved the license on the 2nd of September 2021, and Pez became the official owner. Pez appointed Shane Powers as his legal co-owner, and BBMC member Stevie McQueen as manager. On the 7th of March 2022, The Pit vendor booth opened its doors at the Paleto Farmers Market and Dean World, selling food, drinks, healing creams and plushies of BBMC members and friends like Hubcap Jones, Buck Colton and Willie Banger. With the help of product designer and prospect Jordan Lee and top salesman and former hangaround Damien Tinkerman, the stall sold almost 100k worth of plushies in only one day-night cycle. The plushies, imported by Jordan, brought the customer up to a 16% discount on their tattoo price in the future, depending on how many individual plushies they owned. Damien eventually sold $1.3 million in pre-orders After seeing how much business the Blazing Tattoo in Vinewood was getting, on the 7th of June the BBMC planned a mission to "take out" their competition. After scaring off the customers and dismantling the shop, Pez threw a sticky bomb inside the front door and destroyed it instantly. An hour and a half later the brand new Pit Tattoo Parlor was up and running in Vespucci. When Speedwagon was blooded out of the club on the 28th of June 2022, he took the business, the business account and branding with him. Pez's original plans were to move The Pit to the Korean Square in Little Seoul next to UwU Café, but after he flew out of the city in January 2023, the club asked the Senate for the Pit to be returned to them. On the 3rd of May 2023, Chief Judge Alan Crane officially granted Stevie the ownership and keys to The Pit Tattoo Parlor.
True Blue Scrap, owned by TJ Walker, was approved on the 6th of June 2022 by the mayor's office. True Blue Scrap is a scrapping business used as a front for the Bondi Boys MC to launder dirty money and to use it as their club bank account. TJ also plans to use the business to scrap vinned cars they "acquire" for parts.
True Blue Towing was the BBMC's first front in order to keep their money in a club account, created in the early beginnings of the BBMC by it's founders. The business functioned purely as a pooled bank account for the club. After a long time of the company being dormant, since the club savings are now stored in The Pit, Pez decided to use the company as the front for the BBMC owning the Billabong. True Blue Towing was revitalised for TJ and Barry to use as a joint financial account for the club's boosting and H&O projects and conversions. The business is currently only used as access to the Billabong gates and garage.

Since it was under a legal name, and the club did not want outsiders to know of Pez's connection to the BBMC, several measures were taken to keep its existence under wraps, including a legal contract that showed that Pez is "renting" the warehouse out to Collin McKinley, to give him and other BBMC members legitimate reason to be there. The hope was that if the warehouse were to get raided and illegal goods were found there, Collin would take the fall instead of Pez. The contract was later torn apart, after Pez went loud. In addition to being a secure location for the club's illegal goods, The Pub is also where Bluey, BBMC's dog, can be found. After the club discovered that Detective Lily Pond and the SCU were overwatching the Pub for information, the warehouse was cleared out. As it was left unused for a few weeks, Dundee made a deal with Marty Banks and Gulag Gang to have them rent out the warehouse under a contract with Pez. Marty promised to take care of Bluey for the duration. On the 23rd of November, 2021, the Pub was sold for $320,000 in order to help pay for the brand new warehouse in Vespucci.
Paleto Main Street 3	Victor Fittipaldi	The Shed, also known as The Ed Shed amongst the prospects, is the BBMC's prospect warehouse, purchased for $221,000 by Victor Fittapaldi. Junior Meats, Edbert Ropeburn, and Jordan Lee use this warehouse to store their drugs from their respective operations. After Victor was raided and there was a major scare that the warehouse would be as well, the club considered the warehouse burnt and sold it.
Dry Dock St 9	Shane Powers	After Chip Wheeler decided to go loud, Shaneo purchased this warehouse as a new safe place for the club to store their belongings. Shaneo took out a loan with Kian of Fast Loans for $774,000 (plus 15.87% interest for a total of $896,833.80) via 15 weekly payments of $59,788. In May 2022, Shaneo told the club that he was no longer willing to hold onto the club's belongings due to complications with his Class 2 weapons license, as well as stress from his businesses. The club emptied the warehouse and cut ties with Shaneo.

Orchardville Ave 5	Collin McKinley	After a few months without a warehouse, Jesse stressed to the club the importance of getting one for the armoury and any upcoming wars. When the housing market crashed one night, Dundee, Barry, Junior and Collin sent it and made the decision to purchase a new warehouse, using the funds from Hydra purchasing sprays and club monies. They paid the $540,000 in full. Sold in April 2023.
Poplar Street 9	Ellie Nite	The club purchased a new warehouse on the 18th of April 2023 for $1,080,000 with realtor Artorius King assisting with the sale. This warehouse was needed after the primary warehouse owner Collin McKinley went on the run for terrorism and their secondary warehouse clean guy, Red Harrington, was burnt due to former member Irwin Dundee knowing about him. Once the club sold Collin and Red's warehouses they purchased this one. The warehouse was sold after Antonio and Ellie's bloodout.
El Rancho Blvd 2	Aubrey Adams	On the 29th of July 2023 the club bought the Sai Carter Gun Emporium as a warehouse for $787,500 before tax. Edbert scouted for it and Aubrey, as one of the club's weaponry buyers, put it under her name. It became the main armory pub. When Aubrey was caught using spike strips and raided on the 28th of September 2023, the warehouse was burnt and sold.

After the death of the racing scene and the car was paid off in full, the car was treated as Dundee's personal car, and one of the club's go-to getaway vehicles. After months of the car collecting dust in Pez's garage and the club needing money, the ownership was transferred to Barry with the intent of selling it, per Dundee's orders. The car was sold on the 23rd of May for $328,000 to Kirk Jerkems, much to Dundee's dismay.

The car cost a total of $107,000 with tax and customisations - which was Dundee's cut from the first full BBMC vault. Edbert paid for the car upfront until Dundee could clean the money and return it to him. Chain sold his Tampa on the 28th of July 2022 and bought himself a new club car.

Junior Meats	Karin Kuruma	P03IZR5A	After jokingly discussing looking for a new car and not buying it with his husband, Barry saw an ad for a Kuruma in the yellow pages, posted by Jenny Ondamic, that piqued his interest. His phone calls were ignored, yet somehow Barry miraculously found the exact car that was for sale outside of the courthouse and he and Dundeedecided to steal it and take it for a test drive. Jenny hunted them down during this test drive, but they managed to talk themselves through her hostility and continue testing the car. They did so against their Sultan Mk III, as they wanted another reliable 4-door getaway vehicle. Whilst testing, Dundee held up two police officers nearby the Billabong and took their badges. Baas wanted those items returned, and Dundee deemed the chase from that drop-off to be the ultimate test. He told Jenny that if they managed to get away, they would buy the car. After a one-hour police chase, Dundee was apprehended. He called Barry from Bolingbroke, and Barry agreed to purchase the car and pick him up from prison in it. Barry discovered that the Kuruma had a penchant for turtling, and it was sold to Junior Meats and used as a backup club car. The Kuruma was sold to Demi Black on the 28th of August 2022 for $350k.
Collin McKinley	Declasse Sabre Turbo	FREEDOM	Collin's Sabre Turbo was bought for $80,000 from Salem Barghouthi with a combination of Collin's personal money and a $32,000 loan from the club. The car was bought with a few modifications preinstalled and was painted blue to match the rest of the club's cars. Collin named the car "Henrietta". He sold it to Otto's, where Hayes mechanic Russell Rowe bought it for $140,000 on the 15th of September 2022.

The car cost $102,000 including tax, and Edbert took out a loan in order to keep his personal bank account above $100,000. He sold it on the 15th of November 2022 for $120k to lower his asset fees.
Antonio Rodrigues	Honda NSX	DOWNGOOD	After months of waiting for approval from the Tuner Shop, Antonio finally bought his dream car on May 18th, 2022. He sold the NSX for $3 million to Phantom on the 18th of November 2022.
Antonio Rodrigues	Subaru WRX	HTL32J9J	Antonio worked on his own accord to convert his own 4-door A class vehicle. Between the WRX and the Sultan Mk2, he chose the Subaru, because if he were to sell it, he would get more money. Jaylen Carter Jr converted the WRX for Antonio on Aug. 27th, 2022. He sold the WRX on the 27th of November 2022 to Garion Noble for $1.6 million.

The car was originally going to be a sleeper car with minimal upgrades, but Barry and Dundee quickly decided to upgrade the car and paint it blue to match the rest of the club's cars. After some time, the Sultan was treated as Barry's personal and go-to vehicle, and club getaway vehicle. The club sold the Sultan in order to help pay off the loan for Barry's dream car, the HSV. It was sold for $150,000 to then-Hangaround Finn. He used the vehicle reliably for jobs as a hangaround, and painted it Bondi Blue when he was prospected. Some time after Lil Cap became a Hangaround, Finn offered him the car for $137k. Cap was proud to be the new owner of the Hangy job car. After he became a Prospect, he traded the car with Hubcap for a Declasse Tulip, so that Cap could have a club car and Hubcap could have a reliable 4-door job car for the hangarounds. Hubcap didn't make it to prospect and kept the Sultan
Barry Benson	Holden HSV	GOLDFISH	The Holden HSV is, and always has been, Barry Benson's dream car and end-goal in the city of Los Santos. After struggling with the stock at PDM and rising prices of the car, he began to think that the car was only a pipedream. He didn't want to use club funds to pay for the vehicle and was determined to save up for it on his own. Despite that, Dundee and Pez saw how much Barry wanted the car and purchased it for him in secret. Pez took out a loan with Kevin Ram for $700,000 over a period of 30 weeks. The car cost $666,901 in total stock, and Pez also paid to fully upgrade it. The club surprised him with the car. This car is Barry's personal 4-door go-to vehicle. He kept coming back to the Toyota Supra A80 because it was in his price range but his dream had always been a 90's JDM car. Mayumi Himura was thinking about selling her R32 because of high asset fees, so after Jesse expressed interest on Barry's behalf and vouched the car would be taken very good care of, she gave it to Jesse to hold on to for a few days to see if she would miss it. After a few days Barry bought is for $2.4 million, which was well below the market price of the car. This car was lost in the great car purge of 2023. o7

Ellie Fletch	Subaru WRX	TRACKA	Even though H&O had stopped converting this very sought after car, on Nov. 10, 2022, Ellie managed to get her very own Subaru WRX with the help of Jaylen and some of her friends at Street Team. She took out a loan from James Arsenal for $800,000, paying Jaylen $612,000 plus materials to convert it for her. This car was lost in the great car purge of 2023.

Antonio Rodrigues	Nissan Skyline GT-R R34	WAOW	After Antonio successfully pulled off an S+ boost for a vinned McLaren 720 on Oct. 15, 2022, one of the most coveted cars in the city, he had the opportunity to acquire his dream car - a rare GT-R34. Jaylen had been eager to get his hands on a McLaren, and worked with a third party to buy Antonio an R34 that had been collecting dust in a garage. In exchange, Antonio gave him the vinned McLaren and 480 HQ parts in trade so he could convert his new McLaren.
Irwin Dundee (Vin-Scratch)	Imponte Beater Dukes		Jesse Reed vin-scratched the Dukes with the help of Mayumi, Derrick and another friend as a gift for Irwin Dundee, as the car is the muscle car on a patch on the BBMC jacket. He knew that the car held nostalgic value to Dundee, and was only available to purchase through the Tuner Shop, so he gifted it to him in October 2021. This car stayed with Dundee when he was blooded out.

Antonio Rodrigues	Vapid Ellie 6STR	W05Y12WH	Kaiba purchased an Ellie on behalf of Antonio that came up for sale on the 20th of April 2023 for $2.5 million. Two days later Antonio paid him back and took ownership of his new club car. Antonio took it with him when he left the club.
Edbert Ropeburn	Karin Futo GTX	TOFU	Shaneo gifted the Futo GTX vin-scratch to Ed right after they founded Fujiwara Tofu Shop. The car collected dust in Ed's garage for over 7 months. In that time Ed bought the Futo 6STR from the Tuner shop but later decided to sell it for $800k so he could pay off his loan and afford the conversion. When he got the Futo GTX the car was classed as an A but after trying to convert it he and Jaylen discovered, it had actually been "reclassed" as an S. After a few weeks of grinding money to afford the new conversion cost, Ed got his Futo converted on the 4th of July. The car may actually be a 1 of 1 in the city, since it has not been available to be boosted in more than half a year. Edbert later sold the car.

Finley Milton	Declasse Tulip	X2Z45HHI	Dundee bought Finn the Tulip as his club car on the 14th of January 2023. Finn said that a Tulip was the first club car he had wanted and when Dundee learned his Charger was being wiped by the city he bought this as a gift.

Benny Razer	Declasse Yosemite Rancher	65FS5412	Benny replaced his original club truck with a Rancher after liking how it drove better. He purchased it on the 23rd of April 2023 for $104,520 from PDM. He later sold it.

Bluey's

The BBMC dreamt of having their own Australian-styled pub in Vespucci. Names after the stray dog that hung out near their warehouse, the business was approved in December 2021 and former treasurer Pez became the official owner.
After Speedwagon was blooded out of the club on the 28th of June 2022, he took the business account and branding with him. As of July 2022, Pez's plans were to run an entertainment business at the El Gordo lighthouse under the Bluey's business name. Currently Bluey's is being used to the Bundy family's gate entrance to their home and business.

Bolo's Polynesian Cuisine

Bolo's was founded on the 8th of April by Junior Meats as a part of the plan to turn Vespucci into a business hub under Bondi Holdings. The resturant is named after Junior's uncle. The business was proposed and approved by the mayor's office on the 6th of July, 2022.
Junior employed several club members as "janitors" who regularly use the business account to buy more "cleaning supplies" to keep their specialty tables clean.
After Junior was Blooded Out, the business was divested from the club.

Son of a Beach

Son of a Beach, formerly owned by Antonio Rodrigues, is a souvenir shop located in Vespucci. The shop will sell healing aloe vera for sunburns. It will also offer a range of souvenirs for those visiting Vespucci. He sold it to his mother, Ellie Nite, in April 2023.
