The Bondi Boys Motor Club (BBMC) was an outlaw MC that operated out of Vespucci, founded by Irwin Dundee (Blooded Out), Barry Benson (Prime Minister), Riley Carter (Exiled), Pez Speedwagon (Blooded Out) and Chip Wheeler.
General Description[]
The BBMC was a 1% Motor Club that embodied chaos and the spirit of sending it, which they learnt from their first Prime Minister Irwin Dundee. The club's foundation was built on robbing banks and running oxy, and later expanded into the production and distribution of meth through pushing on the streets and running armoured meth transports. Various members also have involvement in criminal activities such as: weapons trafficking, the sale of explosives, the production and distribution of weed, street racing, and boosting and vin-scratching vehicles. Under the club's legal fronts, they have become increasingly diverse with both civilian and criminal businesses, which include flagship companies Benson's Backalley Motors and Nailed It, among others.
The BBMC operated out of Vespucci since their founding in April of 2021. Their focus was to protect Vespucci and its residents from crime (that wasn't being committed by themselves), and bring life to the area. The club initially had an isolationist mentality, meeting not only other criminals and gangs, but also uninvited civilians with aggression on their turf. Gradually they became more expansionist in nature, with the BBMC extending a warmer hand toward the civilian population and developing Vespucci into a major business hub.
As a Motor Club, the BBMC are vintage muscle car enthusiasts, with most members having a 1970s-era muscle vehicle painted in Bondi Blue: a metallic midnight blue with an ultra blue pearlescent finish. When a new member joins, they take pride in buying and painting their first club car Bondi Blue. As an MC, when they take to the road on two wheels, they ride the Western Cliffhanger, and have a fleet of choppers. In the same vein, another vehicle they drive is the Australian icon the Annis Hellion, an off-road truck that seats eight. The club has a fleet of Hellions with custom liveries, spray-painted by member Finley Milton.
Patched and prospected members are often seen wearing traditional blue, bleached, white, red or black denim jackets and vests, decorated with a few smaller patches and a large Bondi Boys Vespucci patch on the back. The first kuttes made for the club had the patches handsewn on by Dundee. Finn redesigned the kuttes in 2023, making and handsewing on over 100 brand new patches. The club has different variations of kuttes for different ranks, including patches for High Command.
In December of 2023 the club was notified of an impending RICO (Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations), when a Federal Investigation Bureau warrant was hand-delivered to them. Six months later, the Billabong was ambushed, and the Battle for the Billy broke out. The LSPD led with an overwhelming force of tanks and jets and successfully took down the BBMC. Many members were imprisoned and deported back to their home countries, and the Billy was stripped. The BBMC was forbidden to publicly associate with each other and the PD set up a base of operations in Vespucci before the collapse of the government. Afterwards, the Vagos moved in and sprayed up their former home, making it their own turf.
Territory[]
Territory Comparison to other Gangs, Groups, & MCs[]
The BBMC claims the region of Vespucci and Vespucci Beach as their turf. Their territory stretches from the south-east waterway leading into the Puerto Del Sol Marina to the southern side of Dean's World Pier, and from the Vespucci Canals to the edge of Vespucci Beach.
The BBMC's main center of operations is a gated city block framed by the Vespucci boardwalk on the west and Magellan Avenue on the east. It features a long, unnamed alleyway running down the center between two rows of beach houses. It's back wall faces the end of Bay City Avenue that overlooks the Puerto Del Sol Marina. The gated entrance to the alley is located off of Melanoma Street. This area is colloquially known as the Billabong, or The Billy.
The Billy is the BBMC's home, and the club regularly conducts meetings in the Billabong and spray-paints their club's tag around Vespucci. Since buying multiple houses within the Billabong, they have also started leaving signs warning against trespassers, and regularly scare off intruders, including shooting police officers who enter their territory and refuse to leave.
The club has staked financial claim and ownership to their territory by establishing local, club member-owned businesses under the Bondi Holdings corporation umbrella.
Club Rules[]

BBMC club rules by coopS
The club rules were laid out on the 12th of July 2021 by members Irwin Dundee, Barry Benson, Channing Turner, and Collin McKinley:
- Respect
Respect is everything. Respect everyone in the hierarchy. Every person higher than you is to be treated like your boss. Every member high and low are to be saluted upon greeting. Those that are higher than you are there for a reason. Do not question after an agreement has been made by the club. If a decision cannot be made, the highest ranking available will decide. Respect their decision. - Club Business
What happens in the club, stays in the club. Do not go to partners or non-members to explain or vent about club business. Club business stays within the club - including sensitive information and criminal knowledge - unless training Hangarounds. Only tell them what's necessary for the job at hand or for their safety. - Protect The Patch
Stand up for your patch. If someone is disrespecting the BBMC, put them in their place. This includes outsiders wearing the club jacket, with or without patches. The only exception is to be made for those with a strong relationship with the club, in which case use your brain. Have common sense. Ask about their relationship to BBMC before shooting them.
3.1: Know who the club's allies are and who is most powerful in the city. - Bust Together
No hesitation. If you see club members are blasting, you pull your gun and you blast too. No running away. No backing down. No retreating. Even if you go down, you go down with your boys and for the club. Do not run to avoid jail time without the other members. Use common sense and communicate.
4.1: On jobs, if you have the loot or if you are ordered to, run and stash it first. - Never Alone
Stick together and be prepared. Always be with another club member or person. Don't go alone if it can be helped. Always have a person on the lookout and be ready to fight back. Never let your guard down. If the club is threatened, at war, or under pressure, do NOT leave people in kuttes alone or unguarded for any reason. - Club First
The club comes first. Club responsibilities come before all else, including partners and family. Check with the club before any personal activities. Prioritize club members over anyone and anything else. If you are on a job with others, try to include BBMC members if possible. - The 5th Man
Always account for the club. When dividing cuts from jobs, include an equal "5th man split" to put towards the club. There must always be a cut for the club. While you are not required to, donating your personal cut is always appreciated.
Example: Typical 6-man bank job with a cop chase - Reimburse costs to do the job (laptops/thermite/etc), then divide by 7, every person and the club gets a portion of the loot.
7.1: This rule was replaced by weekly Club Dues, as proposed by Stevie McQueen and other prospects. Defunct as of the 28th of June 2022. The "5th Man" was reinstated on the 25th of November 2022 by Prime Minister Barry Benson. - Not Guilty
Never plead guilty. When caught by the police, never admit guilt. It makes no difference if you plead guilty or try working with the cops for a lesser sentence. Police can and will use anything and everything against you to fuck you. Never trust a cop. Always plead not guilty. - Know Your Handbook
Study and know the handbook of standard operating procedures (SOP) by heart. The handbook will contain the club rules, information of how to manage weapons, what tools do what, what cars are best for tricky situations, rat getaway routes, how to operate in gang wars, etc. (See Additional Rules below). - Protect Turf
Protect the turf. If someone you don't know or don't want is on the turf, you deal with them. Give them two chances to leave, then bust. It doesn't matter who it is, but use common sense (see Rule 3.1). If after two warnings they don't leave, open fire.
Additional Rules[]
- The Billabong Rules. No masks during meetings. No stolen cars in the Billabong. Always have a gun out in the Billy.
- Give Keys/The Road Captain Rule. Whenever you're in a car, make sure you give keys to everyone else with you in case of emergencies. Rule created by then-Road Captain Barry Benson.
- Family Members are punished together. If you are in a relationship within ranks, each person in the relationship suffers punishment for each others' mistakes. Rule added after Riley Carter, Malakai Anderson, and Freddy Fastfingers left the club, and amended when members Jesse Reed and Olivia Garcia dated in August 2021.
- No Loose Ends. Added in September 2021 after Dundee experienced multiple cases where, when BBMC left their enemies alive and showed them mercy, it came back to bite them, most notably Riley and Freddy, former members who went on to try and take revenge against the club.
- Honesty/No Secrets. There should be no secrets within the club, especially within ranks. Proposed by Collin on the 12th of July 2021. Added the honesty rule after Hangaround Stone exaggerated his hacking capabilities and cost the club several thousands of dollars in wasted laptops by failing to hack a Fleeca three times in a row in September 2021.
- Let Them Know. Jobs are to be done in kuttes. The BBMC is loud and proud. The BBMC name is going to be spread through Los Santos. Rule added on the 18th of December, 2021.
- Sign the Billy Board. When you wake up in the morning you are to sign your name or nickname to the Billy Board (a white wooden board hanging on the wall in the shed), so other members know who is awake and available for jobs. Rule added on the 13th of December 2021 by Barry, after being inspired by Stevie's note left outside the shed door.
- Default Radio & Rubber Ducky. Every day when you wake up, check the assigned daily radio symbol to contact members. When club radio is compromised, you 'rubber ducky' by going up the very last digit by 2 points. If the radio is 101.9, it is rubber ducky'd to 102.1.
- Protectors of Vespucci. Illegal activity is monitored in Vespucci and criminals who commit crime without permission will be taxed or punished. Civilians do not need to be driven out of the area unless they are trespassing around the Billy; they simply need to be checked out and allowed to go on their way. The BBMC want to promote life in Vespucci.
- Stay Strapped or Get Clapped. Every member must have a gun, two sets of body armour, joints, oxy and/or spare bandages on them at all times. Regular loadout checks will be made, and if you fail to have the proper armoury, you will be beaten. A fight can happen at any time and all members must be prepared in order to keep up the club's reputation. Keep a gun in your lap whenever you are in a vehicle. Rule added on the 29th of March 2021.
- For Jordan. Rule created by Barry on 19th of June, 2022, the day Jordan Lee died. Jordan's name is to be written on the Billy Board every day, no matter what. Amended to writing his name beside a stuffed turtle after it was added to a shelf in the shed in his honor.
- No More Dodo. Jacketed members are banned from delivering packages for Dodo Logistics, after two BBMC members were rolled and shot down by the Blocks while doing a Dodo run. Barry said the civilian job reflected poorly on the club and was a liability, and ordered them to earn money through more criminal enterprises. Rule created on the 25th of November 2022.
- Sixty Days. Hangarounds have a minimum of sixty days to impress the club and their jacket. It is their jacket's responsibility to mentor them and prepare them for Prospecting. After at least two months, a jacket may choose to have the club review their Hangaround's progress. If club members cannot see a Hangaround ever wearing a jacket, at that point they will be let go. However, if a Hangaround is on track to receive a jacket and just needs work in a specific area, the club may choose to give them a final review. Rule created by Chip Wheeler, with input from Fey Dawson and approved by High Command on the 17th of September 2022. Amended on the 14th of December 2022.
- Bondi Standards. The club follows the Bondi Standards for reviewing Hangarounds and voting in new Prospects. Prospective members must have good Bants and vibe with all members, they must show the Bondi Spirit and have a sent it attitude, and they should know a slate of Basic Criminal Skills and be able to specialize once they receive a jacket. Created by Barry on the 14th of December 2022.
War Rules[]
These rules were first implemented during the 45-Day War in January/February 2022 and are effective during any gang war.
- Arming Club Members. Each jacketed member gets one Class 2 automatic rifle and one Class 1 pistol to keep in their home or storage, which the club gives to them to use in case members with access to the clubs armoury are not awake. When this weapon is worn out, the club will replace it.
- War Weapons. When it comes to war, defending and hunting, the Club will give a jacketed member a weapon to use on the day. When the battle is over, the gun must be returned (if the holder still has it) to the club member that gave it to them, so it goes back into the armoury and can be used to save the life of a brother or sister who needs it most in the next battle.
- Spoils of War. Any weapon found on the dead body of an enemy during war is encouraged to be passed over to the armoury so it can be used in the next war or offered as a replacement to a jacketed member.
- Ordering Guns. The Sergeant At Arms and Treasurer are the only ones permitted to purchase weapons for the BBMC and are charged with keeping track of the money and guns that go in and out. If weaponry is needed, it is to be ordered through them so the books can be kept up-to-date.
- No Hangarounds in War. Unless there are insufficient jackets to fill a 6-man squad or hold down turf, Hangarounds are not permitted to be near the Billabong during times of war.
Promotion Rules[]
Individuals must receive unanimous votes to join the club. Members do not vote in the same rank as themselves, but on the rank coming up below them. These rules were last amended on the 17th of September 2022.
- The Prime Minister appoints the Vice Prime Minister. Their leadership forms High High Command (HHC).
- The PM and VPM appoint High Command. They oversee club responsibilities and share an equal rank.
- High Command votes on Patched Members and alongside HHC, appoint Command and titled roles. To become a blooded-in Patched member of the club, Prospective members must receive unanimous votes from HHC and HC members.
- Patched Members vote on Prospects. To become a Prospective member of the club, Hangarounds must receive unanimous votes from all active blooded-in Patched members, including HHC, HC and Command members.
- Hangarounds are invited by club members. To become a Hangaround, individuals must personally be invited by a club member and then complete the monetary Hangaround Challenge. The jacketed member who invites them becomes their mentor and is who they report directly to. Hangarounds are not allowed to claim association with the club. Asking to become a Hangaround is an immediate disqualification from joining.
