Description
Bobby went by the name of Creepy The Clown. He was a clown and wanted to spread laughter throughout the city. Creepy often got arrested for petty crime including joyriding and reckless evading.
Death
On May 5th, 2020, Creepy passed away in Pillbox Medical Center after he was stabbed to death by Officer Brian Knight.
