Bobby went by the name of Creepy The Clown. He was a clown and wanted to spread laughter throughout the city. Creepy often got arrested for petty crime including joyriding and reckless evading.
Death[]
On May 5th, 2020, Creepy passed away in Pillbox Medical Center after he was beaten to death by Officer Brian Knight.
