History with the Clowns[]
The Mime Wars[]
After many years of clowning around, the time for jokes had come to an end. The clowns had been drafted into the next great clown war.
Following the death of Rosabel Briar and the realization that he would not be able to remain in Los Santos to avenge her death, Bon Bon shipped out to the clown wars with a ferocity he did not know he had in him. Sitting on the plane, with his friend Marie by his side, Bon Bon's rage was palpable. The look on his face would have been terrifying if his eternally smiling mask hadn't obscured the view. "Are you okay, Bon Bon?" Marie asked, noticing his discomfort, but he did not answer. His mind forever circled between the loss of someone so important to him and the new targets of his rage—the mimes. During boot camp and the war, Bon Bon served under Command Sergeant Scruffy Doodle, his long-time friend and roommate. For a time, he was an exemplary soldier, following orders and eliminating mimes with startling ferocity. A ferocity noticed by Doodle and other members of clown high command. But the stakes were high, and members of command thought it more prudent to use his anger rather than stifle it. They were right for a while, but Bon Bon's anger could not be satiated. During one particularly violent battle, Bon Bon tossed his firearms to the side, electing instead to take on the mimes with nothing but a knife and his bare hands. During the battle, Scruffy gave the order to retreat, but Bon Bon's rage would not allow him to follow orders this time, instead diving further into enemy lines, the silent screams of the mimes following him as he went. Fearing he would be lost, Scruffy ordered a squad to go and collect him. Three clowns died in the rescue operation. Clown high command brought Bon Bon before the war council, who were debating whether to dishonorably discharge him from the wars. However, his high kill count dissuaded them from doing so. Bon Bon sat there, mask off, with a blank stare on his face as Scruffy screamed at him for the clown lives he was responsible for losing. But Bon Bon didn't care; he would make the same decision again, so long as it gave him the opportunity for more blood. This caused his already strained relationship with many of his clown brothers and sisters to snap. The others resented him for the loss of their comrades and his seeming indifference. Bon Bon thought them to be weak, disappointed in their unwillingness to sacrifice for the greater good or simply to put a few more mimes in their silent graves. He thought the sacrifice worth it. Bon Bon would have lost his mind to the rage if it weren't for Marie—who sat with him after every battle and listened to his maniacal laughter, and often his tears, as he recounted the deaths he witnessed, both friend and foe, each day. Bon Bon's terrifying display during the war earned him the moniker "the mime mutilator," as his anger couldn't let him stop at simply killing, and he did horrible and unspeakable things to his enemies, which terrified both sides. Though his escapades caused division among many of his friends, Bon Bon saw one clown take to the battles with the ferocity he expected, and though their relationship was still strained, Bon Bon respected Kirk's efforts in the war and saw him as one of the only clowns willing to do what was necessary. And Marie, for whatever reason, never gave him a reason to doubt her loyalty, as she saw many of his gravest sins and never judged him for them. To their dismay, the clowns lost the war. Vice City was taken by the silent epidemic. The flight home was so quiet you could be forgiven for mistaking it as a mime transport. The clowns from Los Santos, once a family, had been driven apart by war, lies, and secrets. As they landed, Bon Bon decided there were few clowns left that he could trust. He would always respect his leader, Scruffy, but even their relationship had become strained from the war. As the plane touched down and Bon Bon stood on the tarmac, a hand touched his shoulder and he flinched. It was Marie. "We're home now, Bon Bon. It's over. We're okay." He put his head on her shoulder and let out a quiet tear. It would never be over. Not for him. He had lost the war and his family, and he struggled to understand how he was supposed to adjust back to normal clown life after what he had witnessed and what he had done. And knowing that the silent threat was still looming. |
New Clown Order[]
On December 28th, 2023, Bon Bon was a part of the founding of the New Clown Order, a coalition promoted by Chatterbox to re-align the clowns after the Mime Wars under a novel punishment-enforced code of conduct.
Leaving the Clowns[]
Back on January 29, 2024, the New Clown Order scouted for locations with Ray Mond and ended up at the Banning smelter where BonBon had accidentally thrown Ember Quinn into the cauldron. After the Clown Court session on January 31, 2024, it was ruled that BonBon and Twinkles had to spend an entire day with Carmella Corset, allowing Chatterbox to devise a plan to throw Carmella into the cauldron. During this, Ember ends up throwing BonBon into the cauldron, sending him to the ICU on February 2, 2024.
Upon recovering, BonBon arranged a meeting with Chatterbox and Carmella at the Fun Factory (Rogers Salvage & Scrap) in La Puerta on February 5, 2024 where BonBon argued that Chatterbox should be held accountable and step down, which Chatterbox agreed, but this was derailed after Carmella starts to argue and stabs Chatterbox three times, then stabs BonBon for trying to stop her.
This eventually builds up to a tense meeting between BonBon and Chatterbox at La Spada in Vespucci on February 20, 2024. BonBon suggests pranking Ray Mond, whom Chatterbox had become best friends with, and Chatterbox suggests pranking Carmella again, which both parties declined. Shortly after, BonBon asks Chatterbox to not tell Ray Mond, but he refused, so BonBon accused Chatterbox of breaking the New Clown Order Code and then asks to remove his signature. With this, BonBon officially walked away from the clowns, feeling shunned and resentment.
History with the BBMC[]
On February 21, 2024, BonBon gets a call from Mike "Rusty" Kowalski, pitching the idea of BonBon joining the Bondi Boys MC to control his rage and scheduling a meeting with Irwin Dundee. He takes this offer, catching Dundee by surprise on February 22, 2024. At this meeting, BonBon voices possible qualms, since Shang Liu and the club's previous iteration had killed Rosabel Briar, but this wasn't an issue as Dundee was apart of the Bang Boys Syndicate at the time and the perpetrators had become the Already Dead MC. Dundee concludes the meeting, saying "You can't spell Bondi without Bon."
After becoming a BBMC hangaround on February 22, 2024 and elevated to Hangaround+ on March 22, 2024, he would officially be promoted to Prospect alongside Tiene on March 28, 2024. However, during the course of The Company's academia event, BonBon sought to get revenge on Ray Mond. This all culminates in a prank where BonBon disguises himself as Dundee, her prom date, and stabs her. While it worked, this turned out to be a breaking point as Ray decided to shoot BonBon and Dundee in the underground Legion–Memorial pedestrian tunnel on March 29, 2024, sending him to the ICU and straining Dundee's relationship with The Company.
Death of the Clown[]
Before the end of April 2024, he would perform his April Fooze diss track for Ray Mond at the auditorium, but his performance was cut short as the New Clown Order decided to take him hostage. The clowns would take him to the sewers, where Sooty Gamwich shot him and removed his mask, marking the end of Bobby's clown persona on April 30, 2024.
Bobby, not BonBon[]
He was automatically promoted to Patched Member after the realignment on May 7, 2024.
