Billybob came to Los Santos from Alabama to visit his nephew Domenic "Cooter" Toretti.
He usually spends his time glorifying his god and savior Donald Trump, trying to convince other people to shout "Trump 2020" with him. He also doesn't like people wearing masks, asking them to take it off, explaining that they shouldn't wear this "freedom muzzle" because "coronavirus ain't real".
