General Description[]
Hardworking yet hopelessly socially awkward, Billy Thorne is a former member of a variety of gangs including 3PAS and ⸸BD. He was also an Associate of Hades.
Billy's Adventures in Los Santos[]
Billy arrived in Los Santos after it's 2023 reopening and managed to find himself in a string of precarious situations - creating tentative business connections before accidentally drawing their ire (usually through miscommunication and rash decisions).
With members of Chang Gang and C4 out for his blood, Billy found a fraught salvation in a new friendship connection with Reggie Might. Through verbal and physical abuse tough love, Reggie dismissed Billy's want of validation and instead advocated for a sense of self-determination.
As Reggie was drawn back into the world of gangsters and criminals (stemming from his own history in the city), Billy followed and took advantage of the opportunities it presented - becoming the primary weed grower for The Company through Pharma, and then later for Hades. After Billy proved himself by leading an R&D initiative in the area of agriculture, Reggie (by then a high ranking member of Hades) approved Billy joining the crew as an Associate.
Billy was formally invited and accepted into Hades on June 18, 2024. He was removed early the next month due to a falling out with Reggie and other Hades leadership.
In July 2024, he commenced his redemption for Hades - gaining gang training as a hangaround for the Vagos.
