Benny Bridge is the NPC homeless man that lives under the bridge. Benny is a bad influence to the city, he hands out seeds to anyone who takes their time to go and talk to him. He starts people into the life of drug dealing. If people are sloppy dealing weed or growing marijuana, the job bosses can find out and demote them or even flat out fire them.
Benny Bridges has a friend up north in Grapeseed called Eddie GreenThumb that he refers people to if he initially trusts them growing weed.
