On the front, the business aims to connect employed individuals known as Talents to clients of need in specialized expertise (eg. IT Specialists, chauffeurs, security). In reality, the talents are meant to be hired out to criminal crews looking for specific roles in heist jobs (eg. Hackers, Getaway Drivers, Gunmen)
Hired talents are grouped by their specialties as well as tiered by their skill and experience in progressing up the heist ladder.
