General Description[]

Balto Connelly is a Chaplain for the Neon Tigers MC.

He is currently living in Colorado with his husband and wife and their children and visits the city regularly to check in with his club, friends and family.

He served 50 years in prison for human trafficking after taking a plea deal, with the possibility of parole after time served, and was fined $1.5 million.

He was formerly the Deputy Chief for the Emergency Medical Services, call-sign Hotel-19, as before that he was a Prison Doctor for the Department of Corrections, call-sign MD-19.
