As a part owner of the 404 Casino, he has taken on the role of CEO.
There have been numerous, unconfirmed rumors of him being a wizard or otherwise possessing some kind of magical ability.
Following the closure of the 404 Casino, he left Los Santos, presumably to explore his magical path. Who knows when he may return, and in what condition.
