Marcus Gatlin (Former Interest)🛌 |
---|
They met at a race and Ava became intrigued with his mysterious persona. She became determined to fluster him and break down his walls, and eventually made a bet that whoever lost the race would buy the other person dinner. Ava lost and later on declared it would be a date.
10/05 - Marcus took Ava on a helicopter ride, showing off his flying skills (despite the first helicopter crashing into a river). Marcus took them almost 8 miles into the air and told Ava to say she trusts him. While she was terrified, she put her full faith and life in his hands. He turned off the engine, they plummeted towards the ground and he recovered them just in time. Ava passengered on a couple of races with Marcus and after he got angry and beat a local's car with a bat, then told her to stop when she tried to calm him down, she felt her jealousy surrounding his and Emmi's friendship brewing again. Marcus pushed her to talk to him about it and she explained how she'll never know what to say or do like Emmi does. Marcus reassured her that he's interested in her and that he'd reassure her as many times as he needs to. This meant a lot to Ava and brought her a lot more comfort around their growing connection. As Ava and Marcus have gotten to know each other better and spend more time together, Ava's worries have begun to dissolve, hearing his words and seeing how he reacts to her. Ava showed him a song she wrote for him called "Finish Line", which got his seal of approval and made up for the poem she'd given him a little too early on. They continue to take things slow but exchange gifts and see each other regularly - Ava enjoys her independence but treasures the time she gets to spend with him, as she can shut the rest of the world out when they're together.

Luke Spearman (Former Interest) ⚕️ |
---|
Ava met Fixer at MDMR when she became an intern for the label. They soon became flirtatious which lead to a couple of "dates", however their dynamic always left Ava confused, as it felt like he imposed rules on her, but not himself. They spent time in a situationship, even living in the same apartment for a while, however Fixer pushed Ava away after a "cheating" incident. Fixer was afraid to commit and continued to flirt with other women, so Ava went on a date with Marcus Wester. After this, Fixer admitted her feelings for him got too strong too fast.
Most recently, Fixer found out that Ava had been on a date with Chris Daniels, causing him to fight Chris and threaten to ocean dump Ava, claiming that while he friendzoned her, she couldn't do the same to him and had to love him. He later discovered Ava was getting to know Marcus Gatlin and became jealous, trying to get a +1 over Marcus and win Ava over. After a series of unfortunate events and conversations, Ava and Fixer went for drinks at the casino. There they reminisced and agreed that the more they try to stay apart, the closer they're pushed together. Ava admitted that they will always be connected due to their history and emotional bond, but that they'd never work in a relationship. Ava still finds Fixer attractive, and worries about breaking his heart by pursuing Marcus, but knows that they would be a strong duo at MDMR and that their friendship matters more than a relationship. Ava considers Fixer a soulmate. 07/05 - Ava went on a date with Marcus. When Ava asked Fixer if there's anything she can do for him (referring to MDMR), he replied with "be single and emotionally unavailable until I'm ready". Ava admitted she was seeing Marcus and he kicked her out of his car, nearly hit her with it and left. Later in the day it was business as usual and they were okay, but Ava became very aware of Fixer's jealousy and that she might be hurting him by seeing Marcus. As times changed within MDMR, as well as between Ava and Marcus, Ava found a deep friendship connection in Fixer. She no longer sees him as attractive and has no lingering feelings. As Ava progresses in the company, Ava has aligned better with Fixer's interests and feels they make a strong duo together. She hopes he will consider her for a true management role as she continues to work hard for the label. |
The Producer (Former Interest) 🛌 |
---|
Before moving to Los Santos, Ava was signed to another record label in a smaller city nearby. Ava instantly clicked with one of the producers and their flirtatious banter created tension in the studio, to the point where Ava bit the bullet and asked him to dinner. They spent almost every day together working on music, attending events and other endeavours, and Ava began seeing a future with him. Eventually they became an official couple, and when he bought his first apartment Ava was given keys and decorated the place for them. They later upgraded with a second house in their safe place, a beach house far from the busy city. As Ava grew as an artist and he became busier, they drifted apart, and one day Ava was provided with a ticket to the big city, where she could grow herself to a whole new level and maybe even "make it". They drove to their pier, where many deep conversations were had, and she explained her plans. Ava wanted to wait for him, but knew it wouldn't be fair on either of them. It broke her heart, but they ended their relationship, spending one last night together before she would say goodbye forever. Devastated and broken, Ava wrote "Last Flight", and having to stick around for a final event at the studio, she played it in front of everyone - including him. Her final communication to him before she left for the big city was a text: "I always thought we'd grow old together. Maybe in our next life." |
Travis (Former Interest) 🛌 |
---|
Travis was a member of the gang 305, which she had became an associate of when they began seeing each other. After many failed relationships and poor choices in men, Travis was a breath of fresh air and provided her with kindness and stability she couldn't find elsewhere. She moved into his mansion and attended events with him, doing jobs with him and the rest of the crew, and while she didn't necessarily fall for him, she felt content. Ava ended things with Travis amicably when she left America to travel and pursue her music dreams. |
Duke (Fling) 🛌 |
---|
Duke was the leader of 305. Ava got to know him after her break up from Carlos, and they confided in each other. Duke's wife, Delilah, had suffered severe amnesia and was terrified of men - she fell out of love with him, and Ava provided Duke with comfort, both emotional and physical. While Ava felt guilty, she was drawn to Duke and felt safe with him. When Delilah's memory began to return, Ava stepped away, and as their fling was kept a secret from the world, they would take it to their graves for the sake of Duke's marriage. |
Carlos (Former Interest) 🛌 |
---|
Carlos was the leader of a gang called the Devil's Rejects, and took a liking to her from the time she became a hangaround. Ava's quick wit and flirtatious nature hooked him in, and she felt drawn to his power and confidence. They got to know each other on a deep level, sharing their secrets and pasts, but tension arose in the gang when Ava was seen to be receiving a different treatment to other hangarounds and even full members. The gang started pushing Ava out, and as their war with Big Hawk worsened, Carlos became ignorant, reckless and aggressive with Ava. Ava danced in a club, and Carlos became possessive and jealous, trying to stop her from doing a job she enjoyed. Eventually, Carlos was pushed to his limit and the Devils' Rejects were dissolved, and Ava took her chance to get out of things with him while she could. He left the city out of shame and was never seen again. |

Roy Rinn (Friend/Colleague)⚕️ |
---|
Roy is like a sister to Ava. They have a lot in common and Ava's grateful to have shared the intern to artist experience with her. When they first met Roy was incredibly shy, got nervous around dirty jokes, and they actually hardly spoke to begin with, but over time they shared experiences and got to know each other better. They bonded over events such as the first Ecstasy ticket sales, St Patricks' Day, and was there for Ava when she was shot by Ryder Flint and nearly died. Roy opened up a little about her past when they got locked in the hospital, which Ava was appreciative of. Seeing Roy's growth over time and how she's come into her own has made Ava incredibly proud.
|
Harlow Mathews (Work Wife) |
---|
Harlow is Ava's work wife. They've had plenty of bonding moments as well as moments of tension, but Ava has a great deal of love for her and always comes to Harlow when she needs to talk about things because she's a good listener and highly compassionate. |
Tex Graves (Friend/Colleague) |
---|
Tex Graves is the reason Ava met Marcus, as he invited her to go racing with him. They work together at Hayes and regularly banter |
James O'Neil (Friend) |
---|
James is Ava's day 2. He showed her around the city, listened to her music and cheered her on. Since then she sees him regularly and banters with him, and sold him a rabbit at Paleto Pets. She's not close to James but he's always going to be a friend to her. |
Andino Vidal (Friend/Colleague) |
---|
Andino was originally a potential interest for Ava. They have great banter, and he allowed her to try hacking a boost for the first time, as well as teaching her how to corner weed. They work at Hayes together and she checks in when she can. Through Andino, Ava met Armani Macaroni and Morgan Drake and hung out with them for a brief time before refocusing on MDMR. |
Keandre Davis (Friend/Potential Interest/Colleague) |
---|
Keandre is a potential interest. He interviewed her for Hayes and she immediately felt a spark, with them later sharing flirtatious texts. Most recently, Keandre took Ava to his tugboat where they opened up about their pasts and got to know each other better. Ava wants to spend more time with him, but their schedules are hectic. |
Stewart Atkinson (Friend/Colleague) |
---|
Atzy was the first intern Ava really bonded with at MDMR. He annoys the hell out of her, but she sees him like a brother so it's to be expected. |
Yuki Tanaka (Friend/Colleague) |
---|
Yuki has always stood up for Ava and had her back. They met at BP oil after her failed date with Fixer, and hung out at Hayes after that. Later when Ava got shot, Yuki was the one who found her and got her medical attention, saving her life. She was there for her through that time and became someone Ava trusts and cares for. |
Ollivander Templeton (Friend) |
---|
Ollie is someone Ava's always happy to see. He infuriates her to no end, so she can only handle him in small doses, but when they're together it's always a lot of fun. She loves his voice and wants to see him do well in the music world. |
Santiago Madrid (Friend) |
---|
Santi was Ava's day 1, giving her a tour of the city and getting her adjusted (while flirting the whole time). While trouble follows Santi wherever he goes, Ava enjoys his company and finds it a refreshing change from the daily life. |
Raiden Rufio (Friend/Colleague) |
---|
Raiden is someone Ava has a lot of respect for and also feels a little bad for when Fixer picks on him. He's a gentle soul and Ava sees him as intelligent, caring and dedicated to his work. She always enjoys seeing him. |
Kelly Dean (Friend) |
---|
Kelly was one of Ava's first friends as him and Roy were inseparable. While Ava doesn't always agree with situations he's involved in, and he's pissed her off a couple of times (like when he lockpicked her car and drove it up to the front door), Ava does care for him and appreciate him, and he's great fun to be around. |
Lucifer Romano II (Friend) |
---|
Luci isn't someone Ava sees often but when she does she gets excited. They share good banter and worked on a song together, and she hopes to work with him again soon. He's down to earth and she enjoys his company. |
Harvey Hardy (Business Connection) |
---|
Party is someone Ava really didn't like at first. When she came to Wu-Chang Records she felt the experience was egotistical, ignorant and vain, and the delivery of the pitch sent Ava harder towards MDMR. However, recent conversations opened Ava up to how down to earth and relatable Party actually is. Ava respects the work he puts into the company and finds him pleasant. |
Klaas Nowak (Friend/Colleague) |
---|
Ava doesn't know Klaas well but he was incredibly kind to her and helped her through a panic attack triggered by SK getting shot. Recently Klaas joined her as passenger on a race and was very supportive and a great passenger, and Ava helped him get his dongle for racing. Ava wants to hang out with Klaas more and has a lot of respect for his music and overall attitude in life. |
Annabelle "Bella" Dawson (Friend/Colleague) |
---|
Tommy Cruizer (Business Connection) |
---|
Ava met Cruizer when Fixer was unable to make the Ecstasy opening and had to take over to gather artists, create a set list and provide a show for the club. Ava enjoyed stepping up into this role as well as working with someone new, and she respects Cruizer's business mind. She had issue with him when he interfered in drama between herself and Ryder Flint, leading to Ava getting shot a second time by him, but later worked with him again for an Ecstasy event as well as gathering a team to sell tickets. Ava expressed after the event that she would want to work with him more in the future, and hopes to build this connection over time.
When Cruizer and Eli "kidnapped" her wanting to use her as a bargaining chip, Ava admitted she was waiting on a ride from Marcus. Cruizer took on a fatherly tone and called Marcus to tell him about the kidnapping. Once Marcus arrived he asked what his intentions were with "his Ava". Cruizer mildly threatened Marcus' job and overall made sure Marcus would treat her well. After that, Ava sees Cruizer as a rolemodel and potentially even a fatherly type figure that she never had, hoping to be as good at business as he is one day. Following Ava's album launch party in which Cruizer didn't wake up to support (though she also didn't ask him to be there) Ava lost a little respect for him. She has looked into other venues since. |
Patar Bellosh (Business Connection) |
---|
Ava has a great deal of respect for Patar and how he conducts business, as well as enjoying his presence and energy. |
Denzel Wallace (Colleague) |
---|
When Ava first met Denzel, she found him funny and enjoyable to be around, thinking he was chilled out and down to earth. Over time he showed his true colours and through his manipulation and sticking his nose into people's business, as well as potentially playing a part in Ava getting a "no" from the Mob, Ava lost respect for him. However, she respects his place in the city as part of the Mandem, an entrepeneur as well as HR within MDMR. For now she'll stay out of his way. |
Richard Chiclets (Friend) |
---|
Ava had heard of Dick because of previous songs he made. He called her one day asking if he could use her vocals on a track and she immediately said yes. They created "Relapse" together. During this, Dick said he was selling his Elegy Retro and set up a good deal for Ava to be able to get her hands on it. Dick also joined Ava, Sammy and Sydney in an Ecstasy Pub Quiz. Ava and Dick have become fast friends, going to performances together, attending events and messing around in the studio and the casino. Ava has so much respect for Dick and always enjoys hanging out with him. She has learned he's not a good shoulder to cry on though. |
Jay Harper |
---|
Jay lost Ava's respect after manipulating her, Ranveer Singh Randhawa and Kyrie Jackson into hitting a Fleeca with him, angering her and causing her to fight him in prison, then ghost him. However, she still wanted to spend time with the boys and find a place with them so she let the past be the past, showing a willingness to learn and work with them. After getting messed around over her position of hangaround with The Mob and the reasoning behind her "no", Ava became angry and resentful of Jay. Furthermore, the things she was being told by Chucky Cummings and others that were in the group only added fuel to the fire. Ava has said she sees Jay as a puppet to Denzel and genuinely feels he wouldn't be able to lead without The Mandem's support and guidance.
03/06 - Jay has proved himself to her through helping with her event, supporting her diss tracks and overall showing up in her life. While there's still history that never truly closed off for Ava, she considers Jay a distant friend, with the potential to get closer in the future. |
Kyrie Jackson (Friend/Colleague) |
---|
Ava met Blocc Boy at MDMR and initially didn't vibe with him, especially after the Intern Idol drama. It wasn't until she tried to join the Mob that she realized how nice he was. He's always been chill to hang out with, has vouched for Ava and is always a voice of reason in her life that Ava is grateful for. |
Lewis Collins (Friend) |
---|
Ava met Lewis as she was trying to sell her 8F Drafter and Marcus sold it to him when she wasn't around. Lewis wanted to get into the racing scene and so Ava saw him at some races and started chatting to him. She thought he hated her for a while as his voice is quite monotone and he sounds angry a lot, but in reality they became friends in the racing scene and she's always happy to see him. |
Stephen Joyce (Friend) |
---|
Ava met STE through the racing scene. After Marcus praised his racing skills, Ava started chatting to him more, which lead to her tackling him at every race. Ava also continued her tradition with Cayde to STE, rolling up her buy-in for races and throwing it at him. When Ava didn't have the money for a race, Ava took his number to Wenmo him and they started talking over the phone. Ava took a racing break but came back a few days later and continued "bugging" STE on the daily. She likes him and enjoys his company, and looks up to him in a big way in the racing scene.

Dislikes[]
Clay Alderson (Friend) |
---|
Ava met Cayde at a race where he tried to convince her to join Redline and said if he saw her in Yokai merch again he'd RPG her (jokingly). They bantered and vibed well and kept racing together. Ava showed him "Finish Line" and he really liked the music and supported her Wu Chang diss tracks as well. While Ava has no intention of joining Redline (even though he keeps mentioning it), she enjoys Cayde's company and he's offered to help her improve her racing as well.
