You can find Armando Morales Consuelo Hernandez wrenching on cars at the Tuner Shop, towing beat up cars with his trusty flatbed Betty White, or cruising around the city in his customized Blista Kanjo. Being the gearhead that he is, he found his way into the LS Underground where he battles with Los Santos best drivers under the alias Reaper.

Standing at 5'11" and smelling of fresh Hugo Boss cologne, Armando Hernandez has slicked back black hair which he usually covers up with his signature blue beanie or his Fukaru racing snapback. Going with comfort over high fashion, Armando prefers to wear anything that goes well with his chanclas, which usually means oversized shirts and rolled up joggers, along with his black leather racing gloves. While working or out running tow jobs you can find him in his mechanic jumpsuit and steel-toe boots.

BBMC Secretary Chip Wheeler formally invited Armando to complete the Hangaround Challenge on the 20th of October 2022. He was accepted as a Hangaround on the 25th of October 2022.
