The Arab Mafia was led by Salem Barghouthi and was known to have connections to the East Side Ballas and by extension the Chang Gang (although the latter broke ties with the group after the start of The Great Material War). The Arab Mafia played a part in The Great Material War in December of 2020 by both supplying the ESB and actively participating in their many conflicts. After losing The Great Material War with ESB both groups disbanded.
