Alyssa met Devon on her first day in the city. Devon and Alyssa immediately got into a lot of shenanigans and crime together after running into Mercury Frost who helped them get started down their criminal path by teaching them where to get a VPN and giving them free bags of crack and lockpicks. Alyssa recognizes that Devon is a bit of a wussy in comparison to her spitfire personality and is constantly trying to encourage him to be more assertive and confident.
