Also known as the Alta Street Apartments, The Projects, or Block Towers by Mike Block. These apartments are provided by the government for housing non-locals. The place is considered the "Alta Street Projects" by majority of non-locals and Mike Block due to it being supplied by the government. This can be one of the most chaotic places in Los Santos.
