You Can't Kill What's Already Dead.

The Already Dead Motor Club (ADMC) is an outlaw motor club operating out of the Rancho and Strawberry neighborhoods in South Los Santos.

General Description[]

The ADMC is a 1% terrorist motor club founded by Barry Benson after he returned to Los Santos following his deportation four and a half years earlier. Barry invited Sean McQuillen to be his Vice Prime Minister, and Solomon Walker (Blooded Out), Edbert Ropeburn, and TJ Walker (Deceased) to be his High Command, officially dubbing them the "First Five." Their patch and kuttes were designed by their first Patched member, Finley "Finn" Milton.

The club's name, "Already Dead," was created by Barry. It is an homage to the founding members, who came together and built the club "out of the ashes" of the dead groups they were previously in. Barry said it was also named in honor of his son TJ, who protected his family and club members against Death itself. The First Five were brought together by their anti-establishment work five and a half years prior, when they united in taking down the previous corrupt government of Los Santos. Many of the early core members were veterans who had fought in the Sanguine War and other conflicts. Their collective trauma from their war experiences and subsequent thirty years in prison left them feeling "already dead" and like they were living on "borrowed time."

As a group, the ADMC delves into both street and organized crime. Most members are loud and proud criminals, while a few are quiet criminals who work in various parts of business, government and emergency services. Originally there were three pillars in the ADMC: a branch of active criminals called Reapers, a small group of more civilian-minded Shadow members, and the intelligence Ghost division that reported directly to High Command. Following the events of the 21st of May 2024, where TJ was assassinated while in government service, the club moved away from Shadow and Ghost members, and focused on being loud criminals.

Territory & Assets[]

The club operates out of an old Hayes Autos on Little Bighorn Avenue, in the Strawberry neighborhood on the east side of Los Santos. They are located south of Mission Row Police Department and next door to the Central Hospital, with a parking garage dividing their block. Their gated turf, which faces the Los Santos Canals, is known colloquially as The Boneyard, or The Yard. Barry paid $1 for the property. Next door to the Yard is Milton's Mods, a mechanic shop operated by Finn. Across the street in the Rancho neighborhood is the Aztecas block, owned and controlled by the ADMC, where the bulk of the club's housing is, along with a clubhouse bar. They also own two houses a few blocks away in the Southside on Roy Lowenstein Boulevard.

Vehicles[]

As a motor club, the ADMC drive both old school and modern muscle cars. The official club car is the Bravado Gauntlet Hellfire, with the Declasse Sabre Turbo as the starter club car. However, members can be seen in various muscle car models that fit their personal style, such as the Imponte Dukes, Declasse Vigero or Imponte Phoenix. The front of the alley at the ADMC Block is designated as the "muscle car section" and is strictly enforced.

The club car color is a Metallic Black (#000004) with headlights, underglow and tire smoke in Pure Blue (#0014FF).

Properties[]

Before ADMC was founded, Barry collaborated with many of his future club members, along with several unaffiliated associates, to acquire an investment property. These 24 individuals each contributed a minimum $10,000 starting equity, which allowed Barry to purchase a house located in the Southside on Roy Lowenstein Boulevard 10, as well as a workbench. First conceived of as an information-gathering opportunity, the property swiftly evolved into collective advancement in the fields of automative repair and information technology, among other more illicit enterprises.

On the 31st of December 2023, interpersonal tensions between investors Chip Wheeler and Vinny Pistone, of the now-defunct Popular Motorworks, with investor Irwin Dundee, then a manager at Mosley's Auto, culminated in a loss of key access for Dundee and a return of his investment. In the meantime, the fledgling club began forming, blooding in its founding members. After indicating he had no interest in joining the club, investor Gheto Kaiba stepped away from the household. On the 25th of January 2024, Chip and Vinny, the sole remaining unaffiliated investors, opted to relocate their business, acquiring a residence nearby and moving their bench there. Following their departure, Barry declared the house property of the Already Dead MC and began using its resources solely to progress the club.

By March 2024, the club realized they were outgrowing their original Southside investment property and began real estate hunting. After touring multiple properties with Sean, member Cora Star inquired with Hydra leader Juan Carlos "Flippy" Hernandez about purchasing a property on their turf. Flippy said he preferred having ADMC live in their cul-de-sac over other groups and gave his approval. The club pitched in to grind the money for their new investment house through drug running and street pushing. The partnership then-Road Captain Shang Liu brokered with Flippy - to push Hydra weed on the Families turf - allowed the club to reach their final monetary goals in just 10 days. With $600,000 clean cash and with a loan of $150,000 from member Fey Flowers, Sean purchased Nikola Place 2 in Mirror Park on the 21st of April 2024.

Meanwhile, Finn's mechanic business, Milton's Mods, which operated out of the first floor of the club's Southside house, was expanding rapidly and needed more space for its multiple benches. On the 16th of April 2024, Finn purchased Roy Lowenstein Boulevard 11 and moved the business next door. The original Southside house became the club's laundromat, and later their grow-op.

On the 17th of June 2024, the club's neighbors, The Saints, informed Shang they were moving out of the apartment block next door to the Yard to live on Forum. Shang and Sean decided to expand the club's turf to encompass the Aztecas apartment block. They purchased a trio of apartments located at Roy Lowenstein Boulevard 13, 14 and 15 for $684,000, with a $400,000 personal loan from Shang.

Hydra approached Sean later the same day and offered the club the opportunity to purchase three more properties from the Saints, which included a bar commercial space. In exchange, the ADMC would sell their Mirror Park property to Hydra, and Hydra would sell their Forum Drive house to the Saints. Hydra called this their "Monopoly" deal. On the 19th of June 2024, Shang and Flippy met with Saints member Jason Ledson and completed the purchase of the three properties for $1.2 million. These were: a large street-level apartment at Roy Lowenstein Boulevard 16, the bar at Roy Lowenstein Boulevard 17, and one additional apartment at Innocence Boulevard 211.

In the following days, Shang purchased additional Aztecas block properties from the Saints on behalf of the club: Innocence Boulevard 208 for $400,000 on the 18th of June 2024 and Innocence Boulevard 210 for $430,000 on the 23rd of June 2024. Edbert purchased an additional apartment on behalf of the club at Innocence Boulevard 207 for $400,000 on the 5th of July 2024 and Shang purchased the second-to-last available apartment, Innocence Boulevard 209, for $400,000 on the 9th of July 2024. The newly-acquired apartment buildings were renamed the ADMC Block.

On the 12th of July 2024, The office on the Milton's lot, LIttle Bighorn Avenue 26, came available on the market. Finn took out a loan from the club for $300,000 in order to purchase it for $490,000, in exchange for Roy Lowenstein Boulevard 11 being handed over to the club. This property then became the club's Laundromat.

Shang was presented with the opportunity to buy a warehouse at Abattoir Ave 6 for the club on the 9th of August 2024. He purchased it for $400,000 cash, with High Command planning to expand the club's BUTc and moonshine production there. The following day, a member of the Cypress crime family approached the club about the property. Their leader Lang Buddha met with Shang on the 13th of August 2024, and they agreed on a lease-to-own deal for $900,000, with half being paid upfront and the other half being paid in 30 days when the sale was completed.

With the opening of more properties in the city, High Command agreed to purchase an emergency safehouse away from the club's turf to store drugs and weapons. On the 12th of September 2024, with permission from Vagos Jefe Lex Dyminz, Shang bought Jamestown Street 346 for $405,900.

On the 27th of October 2024, Shang brokered a deal with Flippy with a personal loan of $1.2 million to purchase an industrial property at Innocence Blvd 21 for $2.75 million. The sale was completed on the 28th of October 2024 and keys were transferred to Alice Omen. The new warehouse became the club's BUTc farm.

Andi Jones offered to sell her Paleto Bay warehouse to the club on the 31st of October 2024. Edbert agreed to a deal of $1.2 million, promising Andi a recording of her brother Barry saying "Andi is the best sister ever." With a personal loan of $100,000 from Shang, Ed completed the purchase of Paleto Bouvelard 35 on the 1st of November 2024.

House Heist[]

After weeks of internal tension, club members Ivy Grayson, Sophie Sanders and Kelly Dean house heisted the club with the help of Hades members Achez Perez, Aleks Harris, and Reggie Might. Sophie held Quartermaster Tallie Marks at gunpoint and they absconded with upwards of $10 million from six club properties: the Fortress, The Last Stand, the laundromat and weed houses, and the Northern and Southern warehouses. It was later revealed Sean greenlit the plan.

A partial list of what was was stolen from the club included: $5.7 million in guns, magazines and ammunition; $1.9 million in clean cash; 3,200 BUTc valued at $480,000; roughly $200,000 worth of furniture, including gun racks and large storage boxes; $100,000 worth of materials; $93,000 in washed money; one Fleeca card valued at $50,000; two Paleto cards valued at $100,000; seven white cards valued at $105,000; 10 PNY cards; roughly 20 thermite, 50 thermal fuses and 50 fingerprint scanners valued at $300,000; $60,000 worth of oxy pills and tourniquets; two 3.0L flat-six engine blocks with a street value of $500,000; the main computer's hard drive with cash exchanges unlocked; repair kits; and the club's $60,000 lockpick blueprint.

Barry called an emergency meeting and declared those who voted to have him step down as PM and were involved in the house heist "traitors" to the club. Ivy and Sophie were marked as "shoot on sight." A civil war broke out, with the club demanding $2 million in cash, Ivy's apartment, three Cliffhanger motorcycles and "Sean's head on a platter" as end terms.

Charter[]

(Drafted by TJ and presented to the club by the First Five on the 15th of February 2024)

Bylaws[]

  1. Respect for Chain of Command. Respect your club members and the positions they hold. All members of the ADMC wear the same patch that they have earned. Disrespecting them is disrespecting the patch. If there is an issue with another member, it is to be brought up in a constructive and respectful manner.
  2. Not Guilty. Never plead guilty. Never admit guilt to law enforcement. Pleading guilty can be used against you in the future. Never trust the cops, no matter what they say. We will never be guilty of the life we live.
  3. Club Business. If something is club business, it stays within the club. Do not share club business with anyone who is not a club member. Information should only be told to hangarounds on an as-needed basis.
  4. Act Within Your Means Don’t act or make assumptions for the club as a whole if you do not hold the rank or role to do so. If a decision involves the broader club, make sure the Prime Minister, Vice Prime Minister, and High Command members are informed of the actions taken. Leadership must be privy to all information that can affect how the club operates or deals with other groups.
  5. Protect The Turf. Protect the Yard at all costs and stand your ground if people are snooping or disrespecting the Yard. Anyone invited into the Yard from outside the club is to give it the same respect the club does. Do not let people disrespect or tell you off on your turf.
  6. Bust Together. Always have your club members' backs and be ready to defend them with no hesitation. If a club member decides to shoot or pulls a gun to shoot, even if you don’t have the context, you back your member and bust together. Try to communicate as much as possible so that as much help can be given.
  7. Club Cut. The club always receives an equal cut from every completed job a member does. If six people are on a job, the take from the job will be split seven ways, with the extra portion going to the club. There will be instances where the whole take from a job will go towards the club. A High Command member will specify when this will happen.
  8. Protect The Patch. When it comes down to it, we are all we have in the world. You protect anyone wearing the ADMC Reaper on their back until your last breath. If someone disrespects the patch, they disrespect the club, everyone in it, and everything you and they stand for. Don’t be a fucking idiot and shoot every c-nt in the city.Use your brain and pick your fights and your means of sending a message.
  9. Put The Club First. Club responsibilities come before anything else, including partners, crews, and organizations that you are involved with outside the club. Let a club member know if you will be doing something with another group.

Standards[]

  1. Sign in. Let others know you are around by putting your initial or symbol on the board.
  2. Know your turn. Do not interrupt others and let them speak. Talk when they have finished.
  3. Give keys. Give keys to all individuals in the car as soon as you get in the vehicle.
  4. Emergency meeting location. Should a job go south, all members should meet at a prespecified location.
  5. Radio etiquette. If you are organizing a job, choose a new station. Do not conflict with more than six people. Know the codeword to change stations.
  6. Know your members. There are members who are "loud" and others that are "quiet." Respect their contributions to the club and their level of quietness.
  7. Respect job leaders. When leading a job, no matter what rank, the job lead pre-empts club hierarchy.
  8. Respect the Patch. Any disrespect of the patch must be dealt with.
  9. Keep it in your pants. Under no circumstances are blooded in members to have romantic or sexual relationships with Hangarounds or Prospects, unless the relationship was pre-established. (Implemented on the the 24th of March 2024 by Sean and High Command, following the inappropriate behavior of Patched member Benny Razer toward a Hangaround.)
  10. No dating cops. Members are not allowed to become romantically involved with police officers. (Implemented on the 5th of April 2024 by Barry, after member Rue Minmi inquired.)

Reaper Vote[]

Those who join the ADMC in any capacity accept the consequences of the Reaper Vote. By accepting the terms of the Reaper, these people are a part of the club and will be held to the club's high standards. Any failure to uphold the standards of the ADMC, or any breaking of the rules, may result in a Reaper Vote. This could lead to that member meeting the Reaper.

Situations that could trigger an automatic Reaper Vote:

  • Shooting Another Member
  • Killing Another Member
  • Aiding/Snitching To The PD
  • Aiding/Snitching To Others Outside The Club
  • Sharing Club Secrets With Outsiders
  • Putting The Club As A Whole In Great Danger

A Reaper Vote can be called by one of High Command. If the vote is called for one of High Command, they must be excluded from the vote. A Reaper Vote requires a majority vote by High Command (amended by Barry on the 6th of October 2024).

Leaving The Club

It is possible for someone to leave the club without a Reaper Vote, which will be up to the discretion of High Command. However, if a member leaves the club they are still held to the standard of the Reaper. This means a vote can be called at a later date for the reasons stated above. All members of the club are subject to the Reaper, regardless of whether they are Patched members or Prospects.
