About[]

Aleks Krakowski is a 24 year old Polish-American citizen brought up in Kentucky and Liberty City, now residing to Los Santos. At first, he comes across as unintelligent and nonthreatening. Quite the contrary, he is a well educated man, raised by a military father, equipped with a large amount of wit, skill, knowledge and resilience. Every move he makes is calculated and he rarely makes mistakes.

Aleks likes to keep a low profile in the city, those close to him are referred to as 'The Circle', where trust and loyalty are of paramount importance. Currently, there is only one person Aleks feels he can fully trust with his life.

After the death of his father at 11 years old, he was adopted by a family living in Liberty City where he met his new older brother, Josephi Krakowski. Aleks and Josephi immediately hit it off and became inseparable. They would do everything together, they formed an unbreakable bond, trusting each other with everything. Over the next decade, the brothers built an empire for themselves, going from the corner to office buildings and nightclubs. Early on, Aleks decided to change his last name to Krakowski and they would become known all over the city as the Krak Bros. He would end up losing his brother due to an unpaid debt. The last Aleks heard, Josephi was paying off a $12,000,000 debt in Tokyo.

His now closest associate is Kyrie Jackson. He was head of the Krak Bros street operations in Liberty City before they all made the move to LS. He is now pursuing a career in music, staying clean where he can.

Backstory[]

Aleks Krakowski was born on the 2nd of May, 1998 at a Naval Base in a small town on the western border of Poland. Tragically, his mother (Maria Kowalski) died during the birth, leaving his father (Tyrese Jackson) to take care of him. Aleks’ father served as a Captain in the US Marine Corps and had a stern approach to parenting. Due to his father’s work, they moved to Kentucky, USA when Aleks was 3 years old. This was due to a terrorist attack that required his father’s undivided attention. Though Tyrese still did a great job of raising his son, teaching him principles, how to win in life and also to fight, shoot and survive. Additionally, he made sure Aleks excelled in school. On a deployment to Afghanistan in 2009, Tyrese Jackson was pronounced MIA and assumed dead. Aleks had lost his last living parent at the age of 11.

After the death of his father, he was adopted by a family living in Liberty City where he met his new older brother, Josephi Krakowski. Aleks and Josephi were around 14 and 15 when they gave in to the streets. They were put on by a 19 year old Russian man named Vlad Romanov who lived in the same building as them. Vlad gave them some weed to see if they could move it without getting caught. They did so, and pretty well too. By the end of their first week, they had already made over $800. The brothers clearly had a gift for this type of thing and decided that this is what they wanted to do for the foreseeable future. As time went on, they became restless, they wanted something more. The brothers knew of their potential but they felt as if Vlad didn’t believe in them. They realized that if they could find out where Vlad was getting his weed from, maybe they could cut him out and make more money. So they followed Vlad when he went to re-up and found out who his supplier was. They approached this man and he was angry that they had attempted to cut out his nephew, Vlad. However, he saw ambition in the brothers and decided to give them a chance. He gave them 3 bricks of cocaine and told them to move it. The brothers had never moved cocaine before, but this didn’t stop them. They also did this successfully and formed a partnership with their new supplier, Victor Romanov.

The brothers started in a district at the heart of Broker called Rotterdam Hill. Rather quickly they expanded into Downtown, then to Cerveza Heights. They were able to conquer all competition anywhere they went because everyone knew their place, everyone that worked for the Krak Bros had respect for the way things were run and knew that if they stayed in their lanes and did what they were told, they would all get richer. Aleks and Josephi made sure their workers were well compensated for their efforts, families taken care of, lawyer fees paid for. Anyone captured by the LCPD would be generously paid for staying silent and taking the fall. They also had several low level cops on their payroll, this helped keep the LCPD looking the other way, allowing them to operate more freely. Due to the amount of cash they were bringing in, the Krak Bros had to set up businesses to wash the money through. Josephi made a deal to obtain 6 laundromats across the borough for $1,100,000. This enabled them to wash over $80,000 a week. They were growing too big for their current connect, Victor Romanov, so he began planning to kill the brothers. This plan didn’t work, as soon as Aleks caught wind of this, he and Josephi found the connect’s supplier. He was a Colombian man by the name of El Tigro. They brokered a deal with him to cut out the middleman, buy more product and in turn, pay way less than what Romanov had been charging them. They lured Victor Romanov into a trap and dispatched him. The Krak Bros were now working with the plug directly, this partnership gave them way more power and the money began to flow in even faster.

Over the next 2 years, Aleks(16) and Josephi(17) had continued their upward trajectory on the streets of Liberty City. They had conquered all of the districts in Broker (one of the four Boroughs in LC), and were more than ready to expand. Another year went on and both of the brothers had turned 18. They decided that they needed to distance themselves from the streets so they promoted one of their most loyal soldiers, Kyrie Jackson. He was now in charge of their street operations and initiated the Krak Bros’ expansion across the bridge into the largest borough, Algonquin. This was a big move, they were moving on an unknown territory, Aleks and Josephi decided they weren’t ready. First they needed the support of Bohan, another borough which would get them closer to Uptown Algonquin. They approached the man who had Bohan on lock, Rick Porter. They managed to come to an agreement which involved Rick dropping his connect and buying at a cheaper price from the Krak Brothers instead. This was in return for free access through his territory and any pre-existing beef dropped. This gave Aleks, Josephi and Kyrie free passage through Bohan and straight into Northwood. They hired all the low level dealers in the area, trained them up and Northwood became theirs. From then on, Kyrie and his boys went district to district, muscling their way on top, stomping on all competition.

Defining Moments[]

Aleks’ accident while chopping cars with his brother.
Aleks and his brother run a scheme where they find cars to scrap and sell the materials for money. During a certain job, where Josephi had secured the vehicle and Aleks was following behind, both on their way to the scrap yard, though Aleks takes a slightly different route. Speeding through the city, he passes a police officer pulled over in a Ford Taurus. He sped past and ran 3-4 red lights. He pulled over as the cop lit him up, but as a second cop pulled up in a rushed impulse decision, he put his foot on the gas and engaged in a 10-80. Around 3 minutes into the chase, he attempted to make a U-Turn and drove straight into a cop car, flew out of the windshield and sustained two rather serious injuries. As he flew out the car, a large shard of glass poked into his face from his forehead down to below his left eye. Leaving a scar. He was also run over by another officer upon impact in a Ford Explorer, causing the femur in his right leg to poke out sideways. This accident left Aleks wheelchair bound for a month. Luckily the officers on the scene were pulled away by a sudden bank robbery call. This meant that Aleks got away, with a clean record and no jail time. The higher powers were certainly on his side that day and shortly after, Aleks vowed to never commit a petty crime again. After this event Aleks decided that he'd be much smarter when committing crimes from now on.
