Aaron Flocko is a former member of The Families.
He is severely in debt from his criminal activities, and he now occasionally does towing jobs in an attempt to clear it. His name (which he will make sure to let you know) is pronounced A-A-RON.
Flocko has a very wide range of connections throughout the entire city, as he's lived in Los Santos for a fairly long time.
