Alex Moans is a prominent conspiracy theorist and the podcaster and radio host for InfoBattle.org. Alex came to Los Santos to report and investigate the events of 6/11, Siz Fulker's disappearance, and Emma Gaine's mayoral corruption and fracking operations.

- Even though he pronounces his name as Alex the "l" is actually an uppercase "i", he did this so the government can't track him easily.
- He has a bad heart and takes pills for it.
