Notable Events

Shooting a Judge, Legally

August 7th 2021 - Shooting a judge, legally

On August 7th 2021, AJ Hunter was attending a court case for an individual who argued that he was not given a Lawyer. When the Judge agreed with this individual, Hunter became agitated and exclaimed that he called every Lawyer that was available on the lawyer app- however, this did not matter as Monty Smith (a lawyer) claimed that he was not called by any officers and was clocked in as a lawyer at the time.

The topic of conversation quickly changed as Hunter became angry at the judge and began to argue with him. This caused the Judge, who was Ferst Temple, to respond with anger back and exclaimed that he was tired of the police doing as they pleased; he wanted to fire Olivia Copper (Hunter's close friend and fellow Trooper) due to her criminal record. This hit a nerve in AJ and he responded with a simple promise "I'm going to kill you....legally ". This comment led the judge to charge Hunter with contempt of court, even though court was adjourned at the time.

Hunter ran out of the court room, his fellow officers chasing close behind him on the command of the judge. AJ eventually realised there was no escaping this punishment and began to walk back to the court house. As he ran into the court, he accidently tripped over Judge Ferst Temple who was standing in the main lobby. The judge responded to this action by brandishing a sledge hammer and attempting to hit Hunter as he was on the floor, having tripped over. When AJ arose from the floor, he shot Judge Temple multiple times until he was laying in a pool of his own blood. Briefly afterwards, AJ was shot down by lawyer and attorney Monty Smith infront of officers.

Due to the complexity of this case and the factor that every member of it did something wrong in the eyes of the law, no one was charged with anything. Meaning that AJ Hunter infact did keep his promise of trying to kill Ferst Temple legally.

Raiding A Criminal

November 12th 2021 - Raiding A Criminal

On November 12th, AJ Hunter was looking around Alta Street Apartments for suspects who had escaped a Fleeca robbery minutes prior. Upon arriving, he noticed two familiar individuals who ran into their apartment and back out onto the street again. Due to his suspicions, he went over to question them. Due to a lack of communication on the radio, he could not confirm or deny that they matched the description of the criminals at the robbery and so he attempted to question them. As he did this, they became antsy and beelined for a stolen car parked on the sidewalk. In an attempt to stop them from driving off, AJ got into the car with them.

The suspect in the drivers seat decided to then exit the vehicle and brandish his Mac-10, firing shots at the Trooper. As AJ called on the radio for back-up (he was met with no backup), he exited the car and began to fire shots at the perpetrator with the pistol he had firmly in his hands since the start of the interaction. In little time, AJ had shot and downed the driver- the other individual now attempting to run away. As AJ followed the other suspect, he also brandished a Mac-10 and fired a single shot at the Trooper before he was also downed by AJ Hunter.

Upon detaining and searching the suspects, the driver who he had now identified as Richard O'Conner, admitted that he had more dirty bags in his apartment and was responsible for the robbery in Paleto. This admission gave AJ enough reasonable suspicion to issue a raid warrant for his Apartment and the two vans that Richard owned. Despite Richard's dismissal and argumentative attitude in the cells, AJ decided to still be lenient with him.

When the raid warrant was signed by a judge, AJ went to search the property and cars which were located at Alta Street Apartment. In Richard's apartment was 80 oxy and 150 dirty bags. Inside of his vans were 4 red dongles, 2 green dongles and 3 UZI's. He was then billed for the illegal items he had and let go, due to AJ's kindness and the amount of time it had taken for them to issue the raid.
