Ramee El-Rahman had a talk with Eddie Marshall in regards to the repossessing of vehicles late on payment. They both agreed that they would like to open a business together regarding it. Eddie Marshall has been one of the major figures of the start up of loan companies such as Fast Loans and he figured 622 Repo & Recovery would be a great idea to bring funds back to the state. Judge Serge Cross has been a major player in helping Ramee El-Rahman & Eddie Marshall to create this business.
