4EQ is an entertainment and event planning company operating out of East Vinewood. They own the Vinewood Racetrack, which is behind Diamond Casino and Resort, currently occupy the QuickFix near the Racetrack as one of their less official meeting locations, and were given office #3 in East Vinewood on the corner of Occupation Avenue & Power Street by Thomas Dwayne to conduct official business.

They have no direct affiliation with the casino despite their sharing of a campus. 4EQ's name is a shortening of The Four Equestrians.

History

Pre-Incorporation

In early April of 2021, Former Racecar Driver Richard Chiclets ('95 runner up champion, one state over) wanted to hold a legal race at the racetrack behind Diamond Casino and Resort. While illegal street races were a commonplace activity citizens of Los Santos engaged in, Chiclets was growing dissatisfied with the endeavor, wanting a sanctioned event that could not be cancelled at a moment's notice due to interference by the Los Santos Police Department. After Diamond Casino owner Dean Watson expressed no interest in holding a race, explicitly calling the track "A worthless pile of dirt", Chiclets went to his associates in The Four Equestrians to see about holding a race of their own.

After securing permission from Mayor Andi Jones, Chiclets and fellow Equestrian Nancy Drew set about securing sponsorships and naming rights for the event. They contacted several local businesses including Burger Shot, Dean World, and Premium Deluxe Motorsport, the latter of which provided vehicles for the race. The event grew larger and larger, beyond what Chiclets originally envisioned for the race.

The Trial Run

Following the race, Equestrians Richard Chiclets, Nancy Drew, Mick Flair, and Virgil Simpson met with Deputy Mayor Thomas Dwayne, who congratulated them on a successful event. Planning on a crowd of 45-50 people maximum, the race boasted an attendance between 90 and 100. Prior to the race, Mayor Jones informed 4EQ that the race was to act as a trial run prior to approving their business license and transferal of deed to the Racetrack. While Mayor Jones was unable to attend the meeting following the race's conclusion, Deputy Mayor Dwayne confirmed that the event satisfied the Mayor's wishes, and 4EQ was cleared to operate as a business in all future endeavors
